Bathroom needed mantinance, staff slow on check, not enough towels, parking lot needed patching. The pool , hot tub and gym closed. clean, breakfast good.

Pool was disgusting, hot tub was broke, weve stayed here multiple times within the last few years its a great family hotel bit it keeps getting worse every time.

Clean room and a great breakfast. The pool area was nice, but the pool itself was cloudy and cause the eyes to sting.

There was no more towels again for the pool service plus no hot tub (out of service)

Bathroom was dirty. Three out of four ice machine did not work.. hot tub was out of water

The room ( bathroom had very strong oil smell or dirty perspiration smell that lingers into whole room. And the pool was black and has been out of order for a very long time, Parking was easy. Breakfast good,

Those who travelling with a lot of stuff, there is no elevator, we had to take our baby and stuff and climb stairs. Also, there were no water filters , we had to buy water from the vending machine, which is usually not the case. Overall the stay was just fine.

Pool and hot tub out of order. Queen bed was a double Uncomfortable and entire bed moved if one of us shifted position. Hot food at breakfast wasn’t hot. Just not a good experience. Hole/damages to wall of room. No vending machines for drinks Convenience store of hotel had no water/pop. Could not get a bottle of water/pop anywhere on property

Potholes in the parking lot could be fixed

The ad said they had ev chargers. I was disappointed when I arrived and saw that the ev chargers were in the process of being installed and not operational. Why advertise ev chargers if you don’t have any yet? Thankfully, there are EV chargers nearby so it wasn’t a huge deal but it would have been nice to have them on site. My kids loved the kids suite, enjoyed the pool, and loved the included breakfast. So close to Magnetic Hill!

Room was very clean

This property needs major upgrades. Rooms are only cleaned once every 3 days so on a five day stay cleaning and fresh towels only done once. Furniture in the suite should have been removed 20 years ago. Carpet’s worn out. Room only half cleaned when done.

The first room had 12 plus stains on the carpet. We were shown another room but the hallways, stairways, and area before pool was filthy. During our 40 minutes in the hotel there was a floor mop lying across a hall, this was separate from the dirty laundry and the cleaning cart. The manager of this hotel should be ashamed and needs to be more involved in supervision. The 2 girls at front desk tried very hard, were polite and did refund our money with Expedia. Expedia should investigate this place.

When we checked into our room it hasn’t been cleaned from the previous guests . Bed unmade,garbages were full and fast food wrappers on the coffee table . We were sent to another room and when we got in there we checked the bedsheets only to find out they hadn’t changed the bed sheets they just remade the bed . Full of crumbs and hair .

We enjoyed our stay it was clean smelled good and very central

The room lacked attention to detail and basic cleanliness (the bed sheets were dirty).

The room was nice and large but had not been cleaned well. Bobbie pins left from previous patrons, hair in the sink, dust on the microwave.

Hotel was dingy and dirty, bathroom was not good at all.

Moldy shower with hair from the previous guest were still in the bathroom. Found bugs in the bed.. dusty musky smell in the room , loud ac..

The hallways and stairs are lined with ripped dated carpet. The wifi is very slow. Continental breakfast is ok but the coffee is terrible. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the casino, highway, and not far from the city.

We got a decent deal on the presidential suite. Our family, when possible, likes to book rooms with separate spaces to allow the kids a quiet space. In terms of the space of this room it was great! Also, the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Also it was a decently stocked free breakfast. This said our bed had what my wife and I called a ‘crevasse’. The biggest issue was cleanliness and smells. Different parts of the halls and even the room had a musky/moldy smell, which one of the sources became clear (see picture of the stairwell below). Our room had dust all over the floor, including bobby pins on the hard floor, blood stain on the wall under the sink, visible toys from previous people under the couches, smudged dining table ect. I guess it’s tough to want to lysol your whole room upon arrival. If your single and passing though town and the price is right sure stay here but if not I’m sure there far cleaner choices.

I like the amount of room you get in a suite. But the room have gone downhill. We stayed here a few years ago and the furniture was very good (sofa and side chair, kitchen table and chairs,dressors) now theres a aweful small and very uncomfortable pull out couch and no comfee side chair also no table and chairs. If you have a room for 6 people there should be 6 seats. You have a chair for the desk but everyone else has to sit on the floor. We did ask for some chairs from the banquet room (as we did last week when we were here) but that didn't happen. I also asked for a bathseat that didn't happen either. The telephone also didn't work. And the toilet ran. We asked for assistance but got none. The night staff tryed to help out but the day staff didn't follow through. We had stayed here for 4 days the week before and left an adapter in the bathroom , we reported it but never got it back. Why do you advertize a kitchen suite if there is no supplies that come with it. Everywhere we go we get a kitchen suite and they all come with dishes , silverware, tea towels, dish rack , everything you need in a kitchen. What's the point of having a kitchen that's empty and no table and chairs. We did talk to some of the staff and they all agreed that the hotel is struggling with it's services eventhough its full all the time. We'll be coming back to Moncton in the future but not sure we'll stay here. So sad.This could be a great hotel.

Nice spacious room. One of the mattresses in our room (#164) was bad. We just kept rolling into the middle. Breakfast was great. The pool and spa were really good.

We couodnt find a singke ice machine that worked. Every one had a broken, do not use sign on it. That was frustrating. In our room which was the kids suite. What i thought was going to be a fun night turned into a scare. The space room was basically what looked to be an old utility toom that they converted over into a room by slapping some paint on it and callinh it a day. The light switches didn't properly work fhe lights, the remote for the tv was broken and there were junction boxes all inside the "space" room on the outside of the walls with some having the sides punched out. This was the scariest thing to me because if my hisband coukd get his big ol burley man fingers in those holes, any child would 100% be able to too, and thsn your facing electrocution. Out in the living room / sleeping area, there were pleantyy of sockets, yet for whatever reason everything had to be plugged into extension cords and power bars. How the place hasnt burned down is beyond me. The bathroom sink faucet is barely hanging in there, the whole mechanism is so loose we were afraid it would come off. We didnt even try the shower. Honestly we both thought the same thing; we didnt know if we trusted the plumbing or the electrical that may of been behind the walls. Trying to sleep was not easy as there were kids running up and down the hall yelling, amd where we were the last door, they picked ours to stop by amd yell to the others. This kept us awake as well as our grandson.

The main light switch in our room was not working. The pull out couch was broken and could only be used as a couch. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Room was spacious, the outdoor entrance was so helpful with small kids and the pool was great! will definitely book again!

The room was nice, bed was comfy and the linens were clean but there were some issues. We couldn’t get the curtains to close all the way so we were unable to take a nap after we arrived like we were hoping. The door to the room had to be held a certain way in order to lock it. We later found out that one of the outlets in the room only works if the light in the entry way is turned on so we couldn’t use either lamp on that side of the bed or have a phone plugged in. There was hair from previous guests in the bathroom, the pumps in the shower were pretty grungy as well as the shower curtain and the fan looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. At checkout I had a quick, simple question about the hold on my card and I got a snarky answer. I personally won’t be booking a stay at this particular Days Inn again in the future.

We called ahead to advise that we would be very late checking in, when we arrived during the early hours, someone else was unexpectedly occupying our assigned room. The clerk tried to be helpful and gave us a different room which was also occupied. He was able to find us a room that met our needs but we were very tired. He was very kind. The room was spacious and well appointed.

We have stayed here a few times. The staff are lovely and helpful and hard working. it is nice, the breakfast is great and the kids enjoyed the pool, The facility itself seems aged and needs some repairs. In our room the air conditioner was very loud and would randomly rumble a lot. The ice machine wasn't working and the mattress of one of the two beds was very uneven and sunken in. Not comfortable.

Front desk wasn’t very helpful. Wifi did not work well in our room. They attempted to double charge me for the room although they did resolve it once I brought it to their attention.

Check-in was not an easy process. Pricing was not correct at check-in and was still not fixed 48 hours later at checkout as promised. Was not checked into the proper room reserved, and once that was fixed I was put in a dirty room. After I called to report this it was an hour wait for house keeping to come clean my room. Roof was leaking in their breezeway near pool.

One and a half hour wait outside the door of the hotel to get checked in . Only 2 staff on serving customers . Not exceptable

Overall we had a poor experience: 1. We were very disappointed with our check in. The poor receptionist was the only one working and dealing with a line out the door of people trying to check into their rooms. The server went down which prevented her from checking anyone in. Back up was called and after nearly an hour of waiting in line we were able to get to our room. 2. A charge of $713 was applied to my credit card for a 2 night stay. Apparently it was a glitch that was experienced by many customers and was returned. 3. The phone rang multiple times to our room, once in the middle of the night 4. The change room/ bathroom by the pool was incredibly dirty and had green algae/mold growing on the floor. I will say the staff were very friendly and I honestly felt bad for them and I’m assuming it is a situation where they are understaffed, but overall I was not very impressed with our stay.

Booked a late check out online, and confirmed this upon check-in with May. May called the room the next day at 11:30 am and said we had to be out in five minutes. She was very argumentative and poor customer service.

Had to wait over an hour for check in. And was not notified until we arrived with 4 kids. No discount was offered and no apology.

Check in was at 3. Our room was not ready until nearly 5. It seemed like a lot of travellers had the same issue. I had to ask if we could use the pool while we waited, and we were aloud. However, there are no towels in the pool area and you have to get them from the front desk. This was extremely inconvenient as the walk is pretty lengthy. It would have been nice for the front desk to offer the towels when I asked about the pool. The pool was dirty. The floor was extremely wet and was dangerously slippery. When we finally got our room we were happy with the size but discovered that the TVs were on close caption, and we could not figure out how to take it off. My husband went down to the front desk to ask, (as the phone did not work in our room either) and no one was able to help us. We made up the pullout for one of our kids and the cushions were very dirty… Family of 5, only 2 towels so again, a walk down to front desk. . . Breakfast was fine. There’s a pancake machine the kids all enjoyed. Would not recommend to stay here.

The booking process took a long time and there were many people waiting to be registered. A long time! Only two staff were at the desk and their command of the English language was poor. We are seniors and both use canes. Our room was down a long hallway, up two flights of stairs and then half way down the length of another hallway. I asked if we might have a ground floor room. No, but they did manage to find a nice young man, Yomi, who carried our luggage upstairs. He also helped us to order in for supper on his own phone. The room had NO drinking glasses or mugs, yet we had a coffee machine. I called down to the desk and was told they aren’t supplied, guests bring their own and maybe I needed to go shopping. I ended up going back down to the lobby and finding some paper cups myself.You very much need to find staff who can speak English. I suspect their French isn’t adequate either.There was one armchair in the room and that was not usable as something to sit in. Breakfast on Monday morning July 21 was another lineup and wait. Yomi aside, this was without a doubt, the poorest experience for us in many motels over the years. Without him at theDays Inn in Moncton,you haven’t much to offer. Don’t lose him! Staff was great, breakfast was great, our kids had a blast swimming. The room we had was huge and gave them so much room to play. Not super impressed by all the hidden fees when you checkout. I thought I was paying the price on the website when booking, and it was more.

They dont bring new towels, change your garbage, etc. If you try to call them they wont answer, you have to go down to the front desk and ask for someone to assist you. The phones are for show it seems. We werent allowed to check in until 5pm. For the price point, there are so MANY other better hotels in moncton. Never again

Nice and clean close to everything

We stayed for 2 nights to get around Magic mountain and Monton downtown. Perfect place to get around anywhere you want in Monton. Kids loved indoor swimimning pool and overall, it was decent enough.

The Days Inn is our go to Hotel when we are in Moncton. They are conveniently located right off the highway. They have a very large pool, hot tub and an amazing breakfast. There is all kimds of places to shop and the Casino is right across the road.

Love the Days Inn. I stay here very iften when in Moncton. It is conveniently located right off the Highway. The Casino is right across the road. There is a couple gas stations just down from the hotel, a Tim Hortons, McDonald's, A&W, KFC and Burger King. Also Magnetic Hill is very close by.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfy, the continental breakfast was average. The location was perfect

Spent a night for a girls trip. Went to a concert at the casino. Just a five minute walk! Very comfortable bed and very clean. Amazing hot shower. Lots of parking. Great free breakfast. Front desk staff person was very professional and helpful. Overall excellent experience and would definitely stay again!

The breakfast was good… for the most part. The win was the coffee machine.

The front desk seemed overwhelmed, the hotel seems too large for the amount of staff working. The breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel. Things felt run down.

Other than the pullout couch being broken and them not having the omelettes made to order any longer (very much missed), our stay for 5 ladies on our shopping trip was good.

Lounge isn’t open to guest on Sunday. Rooms aren’t check to make sure that everything is working (lamps, fridge wobble) water when showering water runs down the back onto he floors
