The first room given had a plugged toilet. The upgraded the room to fix the problem but it should have been caught during cleaning. The pool had so much dirt in it that we deemed it unsafe.

The floor was sticky to walk on, coffee machine not working,holes in wall stove and fridge dirty and outdated, stayed two nights and no one even cam in to change towels, and when got back late no parking available and told to park on street I am shocked that hotels.com would even suggest this dump eve hall ways and Lobby is dirty and I am still cracking

We had a newly renovated room that was clean. The rest of the hotel, however, is another story. We experienced scary yelling by a “long term resident” about 2:00 AM. The hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke smell. The dining area for breakfast was unkept, with boxes piled in a couple of corners. The pool had “dirt” visible so we did not go swimming. We did not feel safe staying at the hotel. Would not go back there.

The pictures….. are probably dressed up with AI. Prices jacked up on the weekend. This is a 79 dollar hotel through the week. Our outdoor pool stays cleaner without attention then that pool was. You can smell the currie restaurant

The location and price are good. The room was pretty clean when we came. The service is not good, we requested cleaning of bathroom.and clean towles every day, the bath lightly moped once, and towels never replaced. We had to run and ask for a new towels. Breakfast is under any explanation. Bread, butter, jem, and yogurt. Pool is cold and dirty.

The staff was very nice and helpful, and the room clean and comfortable. The hotel is a very old building that clearly need maintenance. Our room was newly renovated however. There was no pool despite being advertized. There was a breakfast, but very limited (only bread, juice, coffee and cereal). Overall it is ok if you are just passing by, but it should be less expensive.

This property is very old and needs a lot of work. I would never stay here again. Outside and the hallways were very dirty and not cleaned — stains everywhere in the hallway carpets and food wrappers everywhere. Not enough parking for all rooms. In my room, there was a dark stain on one of the bedsheets, the telephone was smashed up and not working, the remote for the television was broken with only a few buttons working and the battery cover broken off. The television was supposed to be 42” but was only about a 32”- quite small for a hotel room. There was a black spot on the toilet seat and rust marks on the floor of the bathtub. Staff are not fluent in the English language and every time you approach them they seem to be “playing stupid”. The pool area has a mouldy smell to it, no towels and the hot tub is covered over with wood. The paint is also bubbling off the walls and ceiling in spots. One door to get out of the building was broken and padlocked closed, leaving us only one door to get outside. The continental breakfast had barely nothing. The other patrons were there all complaining that it was a joke. The ice machine was broken. Upon arrival, a man in the next room asked us if we were actually going to stay there as there was raw sewage backing up into his room and he was more than freaking out very, very angry. It was the worst disaster stay that I ever had . Not worth even half of what I paid to stay here,

I would like a refund. Woke up at 3:30am and found a bed bug on my shirt. Went to tell the desk and they did not care at all, we immediately showered and packed up our things into bags and are now on our way back to Fredericton. Worst hotel/motel experience for the both of us.

Would never stay here again. After I checked in I spilled a little bit of water on the floor in front of the fridge. I used a hand towel from the bathroom to wipe it up, when I lifted the towel it was literally black. We then wouldn’t take our shoes off until we got in bed. The tub/shower was full of mold. I told the lady at the desk when I was checking out and she never said a word just that she was sorry.

Check in - I waited for a few minutes for someone to check me in. I finally hollered hello and someone came. Maybe have a bell at the front desk. The continental breakfast was warm juice from a pop machine, bread and a toaster. Cereal was behind a booth which was difficult to reach. I spilled some juice on the floor and wiped it up with a napkin. The white napkin turned black from the floor. I will not be staying here next time we are in new brunswick.

Room was disgustingly filthy, mold in main & bathroom , broken items, no phone, long hair in sheets, wrinkled bedding. No one at front desk upon arrival, had to search for staff. No safety lock on door.

The room was dirty. Mould in so many places . It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months . We are not confrontational so put up with it but didnt stay our paid 3 nights . My wife was in for an operation and when she got out we left on the second day of a three day stay. She was not interested in recovering in that dirty room .

The bed looked like they hadn't changed the sheets. I ended up with bite marks on me from the bed. Not bed bugs but something bit me. There was mold in the bathroom. The screen in the bathroom window was hanging on by a thread. Garbage was overflowing outside. The continental breakfast was a joke. You could barely make it to the stand because their restaurant booth was blocking it. You had to be tiny to slide into it. I get that it is an old building but stuff was falling apart. It looks like they don't care about the rooms. The restaurant seems to be their main focus. It looked clean and took precedence (like I said, it blocked the breakfast bar). To note, we didn't eat from there. We couldn't get out fast enough. I guess you do get what you pay for. Won't be back.

The staff was insincere, and constantly lying. Had to beg for toilet paper and for room to be cleaned, which was done half ass. Dont think they ever change the bed sheets, just a part of our trip we would love to forget...

The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the central location was convenient. Some maintenance was needed in the bathroom, as the handle for the shower was wobbly, making it difficult to turn on the water. The grout between the tiles needed a good scrub. And I was unable to increase the volume on the tv. A continental breakfast (cereal, toast, yogurt, coffee/tea) was included in the price, which was reasonable. The parking area was icy the day I left. Some salt or sand would have helped. An okay place to stay if you're on a budget.

Comfortable beds, could use an upgrade all around but pretty clean. The doors need to be greased. The price might have been higher than I would like but we needed a place to stay last minute, our fault. Would stay again!

My TV didn’t work for the 2 days I was there nor did my window open. I saw homeless individuals, drug users and prostitution within an hour of my arrival. The staff I spoke to except one didn’t sleep very good English so it was difficult to communicate. I asked for a later check out given my TV and window were not operational but they refused despite the fact that the room should not have been rented after my departure due to these two issues needing repair. Bed was comfortable and I was told by another customer that all the beds had been replaced with nee ones a few days before I arrived. Would not return.

A basic entry level three star property. Our room door was an exterior door and we could see light around tbe door, which would make it a very cold room in winter. Hair dryer and TV would not work.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a motel. I had to wait an hour to check in due to networking issues, which was I understanding about . They then charged me for my room and damage deposit , and by time I got back to my room, I was charged for the room a second time. They said that they didn’t do it . I got to my room, and was greeted by a mouldy, unkempt room. I used the washroom and the toilet didn’t flush; it had been repaired with a shoestring and a thumbtack . The shower curtain had about 4 inches of black mold on the bottom. The outlet covers were broken The curtain had blood on it . The walls were missing paint, the sheets were stained, the walls had goop of some kind on them. I checked for bedbugs every hour or so I was in the room because of how disgusting it was. I had to wear shoes because the floor was sticky with residue all over it in spots. I am shocked this place is allowed to continue doing business; how is this even legal? Why would Expedia allow this motel on their site? This turned my much needed vacation into a nightmare. I wish I had taken more photos but I was so embarassed and disgusted after the first few I was just in shock. On checkout I disputed the charges again and was told that I never even booked through Expedia and they had no idea what I was talking about . 0 stars. Avoid this place like the plague .

Booked this hotel after a concert, knowing it’s poorly managed after reading the reviews, my main concern was the room key we were given was universal to all rooms. I accidentally walked into the wrong room while they were sleeping. Another room guest allowed us to check on their door lock at it let us enter as well. We felt very unsafe and unsettled then after seeing our actual the room for the first time disgustingly dirty, we let the front desk know and got in our car and left immediately. They did not provide any type of reimbursement however Expedia helped me out.

The check in was very uncomfortable. Firl at the desk didnt engage with us and or attenpt aby time of customer service. Once we checked into the room i immediately notice the room wasnr cleaned. The rug wasnt vaccumed the bath tub wasnt cleaned and there was an inch of dust on most surfaces. The renote ro the TV did not work nor did the air conditioner. Upon check out we were not asked about our stay were told to hand the room keys, while they went and checked the room for damages. There was absolutely no attempt to communicate with customers. Ive been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and i could not believe how we were treated. There were people who werent even staying at the hotel lingering around the parking lot which seemed unsafe and unprofessional things to allow from staff. I would stringly recommended a different face to meet your futire customers. We did not feel welcome at all

Rooms were nice for the price. We checked for bed bugs and seen none as I’ve seen in other reviews. Floors were dirty but we just kept our shoes on. Friendly service at the desk. However we did have one problem last night at 11:20pm a man entered our room with another guy using a master key. I went out to front upset as that is scary specially when we were in bed with 2 kids. He apologized, he was trying to show another guest a room. They need to check their list better as this happened in another review here too. Made me nervous so I ended up putting two chairs there so if anyone opened the door the 2 chairs would hit the other side of the wall.

We had dirty room, broken tv and beds old and sink in the centres. They came to the room and used water from the sink to cleaned table and said "good enough" rudely and just said tv broken rudely and just walked out of the room while trying to talk to them.

This is in a very dirty part of town. There are unhoused persons wandering around outside the building. The hallways are very dirty with garbage scattered around. The room smells like a sewar. Very gross all around.

I liked the convenience of the property to shopping and the staff are super friendly. I feel the extra efforts should be put in to clean walls down and cleaning microwave. Also the tv does not turn off unless its unplugged so not very convenient.

Location and price was okay. the comp breakfast is a cold one and don\'t have high expectations for it. Previous occupants "stains" were on the comforter so i would recommend inspecting the bedding before climbing in.

We stayed for 2 days. When we asked for housekeeping, nothing was done when we came back. Breakfast here is a shame. They dont even have enough cutlery and plates. There is just one person at the reception who keeps juggling. Only white and whole wheat brea, yoghurt and cereals. Mostly everyone had issue accessing their room. Their system was down. Bathroom products were v lowquality. Overall not recommending
