our only complaint was the elevator being out of order. it was long waits, crowded and we weren’t told early in our stay that the service elevator was available which would have made our lives much easier.

I booked this hotel based on the pool and location. The pool was disappointing, the picture made it look bigger than reality and didn't take much for it to be over crowded even at a late hour. The room itself was average, nothing fancy but not bad at all. The restaurant was good, the staff was friendly and the hotel itself was very clean. 1 of the 2 elevators was not working at the time which made for a lesser experience for us as the wait time for the one working elevator was long and dreadful when you had to come and go often. I felt like this should have been compensated some how but nothing was offered, not so much as an apology.

We had a great stay at the Delta. It was quiet, clean. The staff was nice and cooperative. Our breakfast was delicious. The slide was not operational when we went to the pool and the frontdesk staff came rapidly to turn it on and explain its rules to my son. It's been a long time since I had such a nice stay at a hotel.

Hotel was clean, breakfast options were delish, slide at the pool was a hit. Downside, while visiting on a busy summer weekend one elevator was broken which resulted in long waits. They did allow people to use the staff elevator which was helpful but I’m sure a pain for staff trying to do their jobs. Overall great location and great place to stay.

Upon checking room was questionable clean. Picked up phone to call front desk. Phone was so dirty it actual stuckntonmy hand. Get on the phone to call front desk 4 times and after being in hold for 5 minutes only to be hung up on. I went down to lobby and explained room was dirty and requested someone pleasendo a quick cleaning. Front desk said yes. That was 5pm. It is currently 8:30 and room is still dirty. Delta has gone down hill and fast.

The hotel staff were amazing, and the hotel was very clean. The pool area was our absolute favourite of any hotel we have stayed in. The pool area was super clean, with multiple seating areas that had cushions, pillows and towels laid out. There was a giant Connect 4 game for the kids, a giant slide and the water was heated. All around a great family stay!

Everything about this hotel was fine but cleanliness was an issue. When lying down to go to sleep i realized the bed was wet. We took the sheets off and the actual mattress itself was soaked in what smelled like cleaner. We tried addressing the issue but it was late at night and the person we spoke with did not speak English well so we had a hard time conversing. Everything else was fine and staff were nice but the overall experience was very off-putting.

The pull out bed we had in our room for my son had cookie crumbs all over the mattress also a child stuffed animal was still in the bed the bathroom was very clean and so was everywhere else . The room service food was good and staff was very friendly. Also there was no blankets for the pull out bed we had to ask front desk for them . For the price that the room was I would have expected better . The noise in the evening at 12 pm was rather annoying also people yelling for over a hour getting out of the elevator. Outside in the front entry there was a empty pack of cigarettes on the sidewalk almost in front of the front doors and a plate a empty beer can and a piece of pizza left in middle of sidewalk right next to the front doors . For the money I had paid almost 500 bucks for one night I was not overly impressed

Lovely staff, sweet little amenities (snack bar), but hotels across the board are becoming rundown. Room was not thoroughly clean, accumulation of dust surfaces, remnants of many previous guests everywhere, especially the bathroom.

Staff was very friendly and helpful was very impressed with the hotels cleanliness. Pool was nice and clean. Pool staff went around constantly squeegee up the water, kids love the slide. Would definitely go back.

Walls are paper thin, constant banging and slamming, can hear everyone all night. Drunk, loud people were everywhere, live music boomed from outside until 3am!! Was horrible.

Location is perfect for downtown but the hotel looks a bit dated and the walls are very thin. You can hear every door slam when someone is coming or going. I was on the bed and could hear the a full conversation from the room beside me. Bar staff was very friendly and drink options were excellent!

Front desk check in person was not friendly. They asked for my Marriott number I noticed I wasn’t sure if I could find it. They stood not doing anything when I know that they can pull it up and finally said they could find it on my email. I kept looking email they have found out didn’t kindly tell me wasn’t the best experience I’ve had at a Delta property that’s for sure.

I prepaid but the girl at the reception told me it's not prepaid and also have to pay $17 for parking. I also had free breakfast as part of the booking but she said no. Next morning at checkout another receptionist corrected and reversed the change for room and parking

After checking in, checked my credit card and was removed over $1600.00 from my credit card. Room was supposed to be with parking about $320. Went downstairs and they said they “clicked” process 5x and that’s why and would do credit asap. Still haven’t seen a credit but they managed to look up my credit card for the remainder of my trip away. Unacceptable

Property was fantastic, close to everything. Only issue was homeless people by the building and drug addicts around at night time. Front desk staff did warn us and they said vehicle thefts is a problem in the area

Although it is not the fault of the hotel, the number of addicts laying around on the street corners surrounding the hotel is a severe eyesore and not something I enjoy having to explain to my child.

Great stay, fast check-in & out, clean and great service. However, the food at the restaurant is unfortunately not up to the standards of the hotel. The club sandwich for example was no better than dogfood. Also why on earth would you get rid of the hottub? Please bring it back, because there is nowhere for adults to relax and hang out by the pool which is always full of kids. Otherwise all is good.

Very good service! The hotel has been around for decades, but it has been nicely renovated. The pool/fitness area was great. They had lots of attendants. There was a video game area for kids which is great. The gym was great for a hotel! Dumbbells only went up to 50 lbs, but thats enough for most. There was several weight machines and cardio options. The water bottle fridge was a nice touch. The restaurant was great! Service and food was excellent. The only real downside was our room had a vent that acted like a speaker allowing us to hear people loudly talking and laughing in another room. That was quite frustrating as it was keeping our kids awake.

Did Delta Beausejour up their game recently? We’ve stayed here before but never had such a seamless experience. Dining, pool, drinks, amazing breakfasts. Nespresso coffee in the room was a real treat. Walking distance to other great dining. The beds were so comfortable! Great family day long weekend at the Delta.

I loved the property and the surrounding area. The staff was so professional, kind and helpful in every way! We ordered take out from the restaurant twice (a free breakfast was included in our stay) and both times we couldn't even eat it. We did not like the food at all.

The best decision was purchasing the breakfast and parking before. It’s offered with Expedia, and it’s a savings. Great breakfast menu.
