Very nice apartment with kitchen. We could do the check-in earlier and check-out later which is really appreciated (mostly when you have kids). Indoor spa was not working and sauna was not really hot (a rainy day). However, spa and swimming pool were fine.

One of the two elevators were broken (locals told me it had been broken for months) which made it impossible to transport your gear up and down. It took me 30 mins of waiting for an elevator to get my luggage up to our room upon arrival.

Very nice hotel, nothing spectacular, but you get everything you need, parking for $20 a day, nice and clean room, bunch of towels and locker for your skis. It is ski in and out! My only issue is that the hotel parking is limited in height and my SUV with the roof box wouldn't fit. I had to park at the bottom of the village in the free parking lot 1.

Wonderful place, in the heart of the village. Stayed multiple times, look forward to my next visit! Friendly staff, guests an enjoyable place to be. The hot tub needs to be warmer.

The room was full of dust as no one used it for months. otherwise it was clean. The washroom was nice and renovated but the hallways were old carpet which is strange for winter spot that everyone walks in with wet shoes. The Gym equipments weren't really functional. The location was nice and close to everything.

Hi! The location is fantastic! That said, the room was dirty (we found half eaten beef jerky next to bed), the spa facilities were not clean, and the staff was not very friendly! It was also very hard to get clean towels or more kitchen supplies. Bring larger pants if you are planning on cooking. Not sure if I would come back!

Room wasnt too clean, spider webs everywhere and had to clean out some spiders (outdoor vibe i get it, but I know people who would make a big deal out of it). We called and were told the only way too be sure we had a tv in the bedroom would be to order a suite (which was more expensive), but tv was at the couch in the living room area. (Has a hdmi but nothing else, old tv, random live channels. again outdoor vibe, we barely stayed inside so it wasnt a big deal)……… Sheets had a few hairs on them and what i think was a crumb of hard red candy. Staff were pretty nice, amenities were pretty old. everything else 👌 would have made a much bigger complaint if i was staying more than two nights but we were only staying inside to sleep so it didn’t matter

The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. However during our stay, one of the elevators was out of order, and there were no hotel services throughout the entire week. The free wifi is very slow, so it is necessary to pay for the tier-up if you actually want to use it. Also, it was unclear if you had to pay per device or per room. The laundry machines require you to download an app in order to use them. However, if you have a US telephone number, the app might not work for you. There is also paid garage parking. However, I did not know that it wasn't included until I checked out. The hotel is right near the slopes and the village, so the walkability was excellent. There is also a locker room that you can use. They offer locks, but bring one with you just in case. Overall, I would recommend staying here, but be prepared to pay a bit more during your stay. They may be better places on the resort, but this is a safe choice if you want to be close to the village and do not mind paying a little extra for accommodations.

All was very good, even had a full kitchen, with dinnerware, dishwasher, microwave oven, Big fridge, bedroom was separated from dining room and had its own TV. Only drawback was no option for food or snacks. The hotel wouldn't serve any food. Also, free internet was kinda slow, and not very useful.

We had a great stay! It was a perfect distance from all the noise and the tourists and easy enough to go to the village and walk around. We stayed in a suite, and it was perfect. Lots of space, great views from the balcony, and it felt like a home away from home… Very much recommend!

Overall, a decent 3* hotel. However, beware that some rooms are smaller than others! The room we were given, despite paying around £250 a night, was rectangular and characterless with no balcony. We felt rather cheated to be honest, especially after discovering that there were only about 4 such rooms per floor and that the other rooms were much larger and had balconies.

It was perfect for what we needed. We needed close access to the mountain and lift. The room was quite spacious and well equipped. It was generally clean. Nothing fancy. Maid service was every other day. Paid underground parking in the building. Lots of restaurants nearby, although only a few served breakfast. Would gladly stay here again.

Front desk staff weren’t great when we checked in. Not very friendly. Before our stay I had called to ask about ski rentals and were told that as long as I requested it early enough, they would deliver it directly to the hotel, but that didn’t happen. Only the lift ticket was printed and ready when we checked in. It wasn’t bad because the rental shop is SO close. Actually, everything is incredibly close. The room was great, bed was comfy, everything was clean. We were in a corner of adjoining rooms and so we often heard the people staying near us, but we were just in one room, not adjoining anyone else. The outdoor hot tub was magical. The sauna was perfect after a day of snowshoeing and skiing. I prefer automatic check out, but we had to go down and check out and pay for parking.

We appreciate the early check in free of charge, and they allowed us to leave our car in their parking garage even after we checked out. We had the best (1st time staying inside the Mont Tremblant Ski Resort) experience at this hotel. Thank you so much to the management and staff ❤️❤️❤️

We booked this hotel under the impression that the pool would have been opened for the summer season. It was not open during our stay and we had a very disappointed kid with us! The website states that a pool is part of the amenities but this was not true for our visit. They have a very small hot tub which had people in it everytime we went to go and use it so we never got use out of it. We called for some extra blankets and pillows at 10pm and we're told that we can come to the front desk to get them ourselves. This is poor customer service. We are paying a high price to receive customer service and did not receive any.

We are repeat visitors, come twice a year. However, we arrived at 11:30PM this time and the check in was long and ridiculous. One person in front of us and it took over 15 mins to check them in. The line had grow so much it was to the back wall by 11:40PM. We don’t normally arrive that late so I don’t know if it’s a regular issue, but it was a bad start to our stay.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, parking worked out great perfect walking distance to everything, we even saw a deer near the hotel in the evening. Super clean. Free breakfast was nice. Would totally stay here again and recommend

Great location right near the top of the free gondola and the base of the mountain so close to the luge, Tonga Lumina excursion, other gondola to the top of the mountain, etc. Small but nice pool and hot tub tucked away behind trees, very pretty. Best price we could find for suites in the village. Full kitchen great for cooking if you don't want to always eat out (it's pricey in the resort). Only issue was check out is 11 am sharp and it was a disorganized mess with a dozen+ families wanting to check out and extend parking for the day. No ropes to create lines, staff were taking whoever shoved up first - not a pleasant experience.

Great hotel, easily accessible by car and then everything else walkable in the village. Loved the ski in, ski out option, skiing down from the mountain base right to the hotel’s back door entrance where the complimentary ski locker room is located. Perfect after a full day on the slopes.

Great hotel with very close proximity to the ski lift and the village restaurants. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The only thing missing would be a hotel restaurant but overall great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Trop cher pour le prix 350$ la nuit, pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel, pas de possibilité de prendre un petit dej j’ai du faire le tour du village pour trouver ou manger et finalement c’est dans un autre hôtel que j’ai pu manger. J’ai payer dans la description il y’avait une piscine et ensuite je reçoit un message que la piscine est fermée cette année. La chambre était propre dans l’ensemble et le personnel cool également.

Beautiful property in delightful setting. We went between seasons (late June) so we enjoyed a less crowded and less expensive visit but I would stay here again at any time of year. Our studio was small but laid out so thoughtfully it didn’t seem small. The bathroom and shower were great, the bed and bedding comfortable, the kitchen more than adequate. The whole apartment was stylish and very clean. It had everything we needed. We had to book at the last minute as the place we had expected to stay was horrible, but every contact we had with Montagne staff was pleasant and helpful and they spoke English. The outdoor pool and hot tub were like an oasis in the woods. The hotel is in the resort area so steps from restaurants and stores and, I assume, skiing.
