This is a nice hotel. The only real issue I had was that it said parking was available but they did not mention the low height restriction. I had my kayak on the roof of my car and had to take it down in order to enter the parking. I was able to leave it next to my car but it was inconvenient to take it off before entering the parking and having to put it back on when I left to go kayaking or checking-out.

The hotel room was well-equipped and clean. Its location in the heart of the tourist area made it very convenient to access the cable car station, shops and restaurants. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, which offered a great variety of options—far more than just a couple of pieces of bread like some other hotels. The indoor parking was also very convenient, and both vehicle and pedestrian access required a room key, which added a reliable level of security. However, the room’s facilities appeared somewhat dated and seemed to have been used for quite some time, although they were still clean. If the hotel were to renovate and upgrade to more modern, stylish amenities, I’d gladly give a higher rating. During our stay, the swimming pool was closed, overgrown with weeds, and filled with dirty water, which was quite an eyesore and somewhat affected my impression of the hotel. The hotel staff also seemed less attentive. There was a small hot tub that was functioning but not open for use and had visible stains, which discouraged me from using it.

We really had a good time at the Holiday Inn. The room was ready upon arrival before noon and we got a bigger room than what we had paid for, which was a very nice surprise. The weather was terrible so we didn’t get the chance to use the pool but the hot tub and sauna were in order. The pool area is really nice, the hot tub at the right temperature. The room was really quiet. There was a staircase in the middle of the room so it could be problematic is you have a baby, which was not our case. I don’t know if they can provide a fence for the staircase? The sofa bed could benefit from a memory foam. Otherwise, the queen bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was great, with a lot of choices to choose from. I would go back and recommend this hotel.

The property could definitely use a little upgrading. The rooms on the 4th floor are dark and not much of a window to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Leaving from the 4th floor was a nightmare with just 1 functioning elevator. Had to wait almost 1/2 hour to leave the building.

Too many kids in the hot tub. We booked this location for a ski trip and the hot tub is important to us. There was a hockey team staying at the location and they monopolized the hot tub the entire time. They also broke a drinking glass in the hot tub so it was closed for the majority of our stay.

The rooms were old and full of dust or mold . My partner and I couldn\'t breathe the entire night . They advertise "Queen" bed - however it\'s more like a twin . It was hard and uncomfortable. The outdoor pool was filthy with so much debris and bugs floating , we got out . The hot tub was the same, floating w dead wasps .

It took 30 minutes just to check in and there was only 2 other people ahead of us which they were both at the desk with different people. Checking in was a gong show but checking out was easy as all we had to do was text them. Their electrical panel wasn’t locked and was actually done very poorly, if a curious person were to put their finger in could seriously hurt them (we are an electrical company with one of us being a master electrician). The bathroom had nail polish all over the counter which I get isn’t their fault but it does come off and the bathroom floor was covered in pubic hair.

Very clean hotel. A good variety for breakfast. Coffee was very good. Excellent location. Pool was very clean. Our teens enjoyed their stay. Many activities to do. We went during the week it was less busy than on a weekend.

Very convenient location to walk around the resort area with many restaurants, shops, bars and things to do and see. Not too busy so nice and quiet, a nice day to walk and sit at an outdoor cafe in the sunshine. Room was excellent, lots of room with kitchen facilities and living area, separate bedroom. Warm romantic fireplace, nice balcony.

Le déjeuner était bon avec du choix .. l’emplacement parfait sur le bord de montagne en pleine ville .. mais l’hôtel a vraiment besoin de rénovation , vielle chambre avec vielle salle de bain dans les année 1970 ( mini chambre de bain vraiment due à changer , vieux tapis dans le chambre .. même dans les ascenseur datte des années 70 le hall .. tous en faite es du sincèrement à être rénover .. la place idéale prêt de tout mais po ur 235$ la nuit la moins chère elle devrait être rénover .. j’ai indiquer le prix car je comprend que tout es chère a tremblant tous es relatif mais par rapport qualité/prix jauras été dans un autre hôtel a côté pour le même prix mais avec chambre et hôtel rénover

Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very comfortable, the beds were especially were comfortable. The kitchenette could have been stocked with more cooking supplies such as a pan and pot - but these were provided when we asked the staff. We needed to use the sofa bed on our trip, and this was the least comfortable sofa bed ever. Super thin, mattress was old and stained, and wires poked through. Although the regular beds were luxuriously comfortable, the sofa bed - as advertised - definitely needs an update.

Used to be a good hotel years ago — not anymore. Rude staff, slow check-in, broken elevator, broken ice machine, and a terrible breakfast. Way overpriced for the poor service and outdated facilities. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

Last minute weekend in Tremblant. Check in, front staff staff were amazing! Caroline checked is in early, MJ allowed us to check out early as kids and I skiing but Mrs. Was not. Middle of the village was great location to restaurants and the places we like to be post skiing. Was exactly my family needed.

check in attendant was not accommodating . ( she) i forgot to take down her name? very limited space for hundred of people to eat breakfast at the same time and also has a few selection of food. but the GUY was very helpful i also don't know his name but when i called the front desk to ask supplies like towels .. he brought us a load of towels and toiletries. thank you!

It took 30 minutes driving around to find a spot to stop while I ran in to the hotel to get a parking pass. Then I waiting for half an hour (no exaggeration) at the front desk to get my parking and check in. When I got to the desk the woman told me there was no more parking available and we would have to park a km away and walk to the hotel. By the time we parked and checked in it was an hour. The front desk is nice but very slow and not accommodating. I will NEVER come back to tremblant. This was extremely stressful for the amount of money paid. I was inches from driving home and accepting the loss of payment. The elevator it terrifying and the building hasn’t been updated since the early 2000s. Stay here at your own risk. wish I could teleport home. I hate this ho

Nice location at the foot of the pedestrian village. On site parking $20 per night but given that Mont Tremblant is quite pricey, it was reasonable. We booked a queen room but got a suite. Lovely view out the back with a balcony. Many rooms have balconies. Very clean. Hand towels were a bit worn but other towels were ok. Bed was very comfortable. Music from local club was loud at night even with windows closed but I think this would have been an issue at most places in the village. We were there on a weekend so it was likely more of an issue than midweek. Breakfast was good. Carpet in the suite were a bit dated as was stove and fridge but there have clearly been some upgrades. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Stayed 2 nights and it was a great location in the Village. Staff was perfectly bilingual in both English and French. Really pleasant and very helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Dining room for breakfast was very small and huge lineups for food. However, there were lots of options and food was good. Only negative was only one elevator was working so wait times were long. I would definitely stay here again
