Terrible check in. Terrible check out. A hotel that is absolute bones when it comes to service. Aggressive staff. Pay the extra $50-100 for an equivalent hotel.

The Positives Unbeatable Location: You simply cannot beat the proximity to all the local activities and Mont-Tremblant truly is the Cadillac of getaways! Wonderful Staff: The customer service was a major highlight. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly nice and genuinely helpful. Great Amenities: The pool and hot tub area were fantastic for unwinding after a busy day out. The Drawbacks (minor) Dated Rooms: While clean and functional, the room decor and furnishings are definitely showing their age and are in need of an update. The Pull-Out Couch is Unusable: This was a huge pain point. The mattress on the pull-out couch was so painfully uncomfortable that we had to drive to Walmart to buy an air mattress for the last two nights. Neighboring Odors (Out of Hotel's Control): While not the hotel's fault, our next-door neighbor seemed to be frying fish three times a day, which made the hallway smell quite unpleasant. Recommendations for Future Guests We would definitely stay here again because the staff, pool, and location are fantastic. However, do not rely on the pull-out couch. If you are traveling as a family, we strongly recommend booking a room with two proper beds or bringing along a blow-up mattress to ensure a good night's sleep.
