Deuxième séjour au grand lodge. L’accueil est toujours parfait. Les chambres sont vieillissante et les équipements aussi. Beaucoup de bruit le soir, tout raisonne et grince au moindre passage dans les couloirs. La proximité avec les chambres font entendre l’intimité de certains qui pense être seul ! Nous nous étions déjà fait la réflexion. Le spa piscine est très bien mais vieillissant. Des sauna extérieur en pleine neige c’est juste parfait! La salle de sport est néanmoins horrible et très vieille. Équipement en très mauvaise forme. On adore la proximité des pistes et la navette gratuite, la location de ski et de patin à l’hôtel et toutes les activités avoisinantes. Petit déjeuner très bon. Personnel vraiment agréable.

Booking anything in April at Tremblant is considered the low season so be prepared to experience lower rates and lower traffic. We came to soak and enjoy Spa Scandinavia deciding to stay at Le Grand Lodge because other places we had been to before didn’t appeal. The lodge may not have had a restaurant open nor a bar but we had the whole place to ourselves as there was maybe a total of 10 people there. The pool is pristine and the hot tub hot. The steam room was working in the men’s dude but the women’s side was not so we enjoyed the outside barrel sauna. The room was clean and the view looked out at the lake. My girlfriend enjoyed doing Yoga and I enjoyed skiing. We will be back again.

The suite was clean and comfortable, and the beach had plenty of available lounge chairs. Our kids especially loved the pool, while we enjoyed relaxing in the saunas. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here.

Love this hotel. Been a few times. Needs some updating. The elevators/carpets are outdated and our AC wasn’t working so they changed us rooms , which thankfully they had extra ones. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish there were fixed hours for the restaurant but closing times depend how busy it is. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice location, breathtaking views across the lake. Nice place, but unfortunately our stay wasnt as good as expected. Lack of staff in the restaurant when there was a wedding on, meant we had a long wait and food that had to be sent back. Undercooked Salmon, cold vegetables and sauce, rice grains on steak n fries. Pool and gym needs addressing, only 2 towels left, no one around to speak to. Bathroom fans very noisy.

Pros: a beautiful property. The lobby and restaurant are gorgeous, the scenery is beautiful. There is a great beach area with kayaks to explore the lake. Our beautiful room view overlooked the lake. Staff was friendly, communicating in French and English. Our room was clean and comfortable. The whiskey bar food was incredible. We would go back. Cons: We booked a room with balcony, but got a room on ground level. This was nice to walk right out to the beach, but did not feel private. Our patio was heaving and uneven. Weeds grew up between the stones. The plastic Adirondack chairs were broken. The pool and hot tub area was dated and needs to be improved. There were broken tiles. But worse was the condition of the water. It was easy to note the water was cloudy and not clean or chemically balanced. We took our room towels after a guest told us there were no towels left on the beach or pool. The biggest issue was that the hotel was large and confusing to navigate. There was very little signage and they rely on a QR code in the room to explore the amenities. This didn’t work because data reception was very poor. They did have free wifi, but it is an unsecure network. We called front desk but got no answer. We resorted to walking to the lobby when we needed information. Suggestion… pack your own snacks and water for your stay. The only pop machine is often empty and requires small bills or change. Also, you should reserve for restaurant space.

There were no regular cleaning services provided. They only removed the garbage and replaced the towels every other day. I have kids, and I always choose a hotel over Airbnb for the cleaning services. It was unpleasant to return to a room that wasn't cleaned after a long day.

The property was nice. A resident above us was very loud during the night making sleep very difficult. The staff were bilingual which helped for relaying information and I did not feel out of place speaking with them. A New room was provided to us and 2 of our meals we had at their restaurent were covered to make up for price difference of the rooms and inconvenience of the room and people above us. The rooms were somewhat dated, seemed somewhat clean but the areas i look immediately when i enter a room are bathrooms and dining area which appeared to be cleaner than many i have stayed but still visible mold in creases on tile on walls and floor, which is offputting and the furniture in the living room is less than comfortable. All to say the rooms are about a 6 out of 10 for me. The balcony was not nice though the view was. It was clear to me people smoked out on the balcony which is another offputting thing with visible burn marks on some areas from cigarette butts. The pool in the facility was ok but, the hot tub had tiles missing and the floor around the pool was dirty making the experience for me difficult to enjoy. Wear and tear on the walls was visible perhaps from old residual mold that needed to be scraped off. I give my overall experience a 5 out of 10. Staff were great but odds are i would not return.

Staff is great. Room was very clean. Yes, the hotel is a bit dated but in very good condition. It has that country log cabin feel. Best location in Tremblant unless you want to pay double at the Fairmont so you can ski out the hotel door. I prefer the lake front. It’s much quieter and away from the busy ski hill which is only 10 minutes away.

Once we got into the room I got a needle in my foot. It was in the carpet. Then the tv did not have channels because they had problem with server. Did not have any dish soap to wash dishes. Hotel was almost empty and we were placed next to family with screaming kids. Had massages that was suppose to be couples massage and we were in separate rooms. Once massage was done my husband got up from bed to leave and tripped over wire that went across exit door. We were so excited to go because it looked so beautiful. But we’re disappointed in the end

the hotel is absolutely beautiful and wifi works great. My mom and I enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi a lot. The people at the front desk were amazing and extremely kind. Now the room. The main room with the king-size bed gets extremely hot, it took a very long time to cool down using the ventilator. It was really uncomfortable. Also, the mattress used in the Murphy bed was uncomfortable, it felt very deep by the middle and also we could feel a division which made it uncomfortable.

The deluxe room afforded stunning views of the lake and was spacious and comfortable. It feels like staying in a chalet or cabin, less of a standard hotel feel. The staff are warm and friendly, and are very helpful. The dining options are limited but the restaurant was good, and again wonderful staff. I would definitely return for another stay!

The people at the registration counter were awful. They treated me badly because my reservation was for 4 people and we were only 3. I told the lady “what is the problem? the room is already paid for 4, and we are only 3…it is not more expensive for 4 than 3? …so what is the problem? And then, in a rude way she told me I have to pay for breakfast at the restaurant (we were having breakfast there). My answer was again…what is the problem? I didn’t say I wouldn’t pay for our breakfast!!! Bad, bad service at the registration counter, I do not recommend this hotel at all. And this is too bad, I have been there many times, and the staff were friendly, not anymore!!! 😡

We recently stayed at Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant and overall had an excellent experience. The service and staff were awesome—everyone from the front desk to the manager, and even the director, made sure to make our stay comfortable. The facilities are fantastic, with a suitable pool and a stunning lake right in front of the lodge that added to the charm of the place. However, upon arrival, we were surprised to find that all rooms were fully booked despite having made our reservation through Expedia. This led to an unexpected situation where we had to spend our first night in a conference room. Despite this hiccup, the staff handled the situation with utmost professionalism. They ensured we were as comfortable as possible, offered us complementary breakfast and dinner, and even extended our stay by one night as a gesture of goodwill. In the end, while the start was a bit rocky, the exceptional service and the efforts made by the staff turned our stay into a memorable one.

Check-in was good and the front desk was very curteous and nice. Problem was the device to make the keys for the rooms was down so felt required to either stay in the room or be escorted back everytime we lefr and came back. Eventually the key system came back and everything else was good.

The staff made the difference! I was taken care by Anick, Jean Jack (I believe that is his name) and Victor. Super nice and helpful during my stay! Hotel is very well located, 10 minutes away from base. Has a huge parking lot across the street and it’s 10 minutes away from Saint Jovite. I arrived on the 25th and stayed in the hotel for Xmas dinner. For what we paid I expected a whole lot more so that was dissapointing. I would definitely go back to the hotel but would avoid doing dinner there! The view to the frozen lake was a million dollar view!! Waking up to that view was priceless! Thank you!!

We had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the staff at the reception had given keys to a room that was already occupied. Imagine our shock when we opened the door and found other guests inside! Clearly, they didn’t bother to check the room status before we arrived. To make matters worse, the same employee offered us free drinks as compensation for their massive error. Additionally, they made a reservation for us at another hotel, which was far from the area we had chosen and the room was clearly downgraded compared to what we had originally booked. Even more disappointing was the fact that the manager on shift didn’t bother to intervene or provide a good explanation and a suitable solution for this serious incident. The staff had no skills in handling difficult situations or providing adequate solutions. The entire experience was TERRIBLE in all aspects. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great family atmosphere. Ecellent bar & live entertainment. It took nearly 2 hrs to get our dinner and our bills all had errors so we didnt eat there again. The free Shuttle service was excellent and convenient to get to/from slopes and the free back up public transportation was also good and we could track the buses on zenbus.

We really enjoyed our time at this lodge. We took our grandson. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and the pool. We rented bikes and went for a short bike ride on the nearby trail. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable. Very nice sheets and towels and the beds were comfy. We were able to cook some meals in our small kitchen. As other people have pointed out, the place could use a bit of sprucing up. We decided to try the breakfast buffet one morning. It's expensive and not good at all. I didn't realize how much it would cost. My advice is to skip it and eat in your room or go somewhere else.

Rooms were a bit dated, check in staff was very friendly. Our first room was really far from elevator and the check in staff changed our rooms with no issues. Lobby entrance was beautiful, and it had the best rec room, gym, spa and pool by far from all the other lodges that we stayed at. Resto menu is decent, evening wait staff was young and lacked a bit of attentiveness. Breakfast buffet selection was great, breakfast wait staff was excellent. Will definately come again and recommend to friends.

Just came back from a wonderful weekend at the Grand Lodge Tremblant. The staff at the Lodge were warm and welcoming. We spoke to several different staff members and all were positive and informative We ate dinner at the Whiskey Bar and had the buffet dinner, both were delicious! Only feedback for the lodge is that the rooms are starting to get a little run down, we were disappointed we couldn’t use the fireplace even though it was cool at night and there was no kettle in the room for tea. Highly recommend anyone to stay here, lake side view for some of the most amazing morning views to enjoy your coffee OR TEA! We will be back

The property was very rustic. It was close to the ski mountain which they had a shuttle every 30 minutes through the ski day. They had a restaurant that served delicious food, but you had to make reservations 1day in advance which would be good to know before we get there. They accommodated us given we had just driven 10 hours. Overall a great place
