Hotel is a bit outdated. Jacuzzi tub needs some work. Pillows very lumpy and somewhat uncomfortable. Breakfast had cereal, muffins toast, pancakes, yogurt, fruit cups

The bedding was clean but the carpet was terribly stained and the heater emitted and smell. The vents definitely needed cleaning

For the second time in a week we stayed at this Days Inn. The first visit we were given cold bottles of water at check in when we asked if there was water in the room. The second visit we asked for early check in as we had a long wait between medical Appointments. Customer service was above and beyond both times. So grateful for their kindness

Half the lights on the exterior sign were burnt out. Walked in to the front desk agent arguing to a guest on the phone about a cancellation. Check in was fine, desk agent was polite and kind to us. Pool and hot tub were out of service for the next 30 days. Overall the common areas of the hotel were very dirty and run down. Hallways and elevator in particular. The room was clean but also run down and dated. Stains on the carpet. Bed was fine, Overall the hotel was quiet that night thankfully. We went down for the break fast at 6 and it was all fine. Normal selection for continental breakfast. Never saw anyone at the front desk or in the breakfast area while we were there. We left without seeing anyone that morning. For $130 I would definitely stay somewhere else next time.
