Great place to stay for a weekend trip in Moose Jaw! Very centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. Didn’t feel welcomed. They make it clear that booking with a third party means you don’t have access to all the amenities offered. Even sent a letter after confirming this. “Book with us directly next time to get offers” Staff are unhappy, decor is tired looking, pool has algae. Downtown Moose Jaw was fun and friendly

Another amazing stay at Temple Gardens Mineral Spa. It never disappoints. Their guest rooms are being refreshed, but our family getaway was in three rooms that were not yet done, and they were clean and comfortable with good amenities. The Mineral Pool itself will be undergoing refurbishment but was still the amazing experience it always is. Dining options in the small city of Moose Jaw are plentiful. We don't shop, so can't comment on that. Small casino on site. Walkable downtown, on site parking. Can't be beat. We are lucky to have it so close to us. We go at least 2x a year.

We have stayed at the property 3 times in the last year and each time we stay we always wondered why the pool had so many ppl. This time the pool was so full from outside ppl that the hotel guests couldnt even enjoy. There needs to be a limit of outside ppl granted into the pool so guests of the hotel can actually enjoy the pool. Dont think we will be back anytime soon.

I loved the pool. The parking was across the street so unload your bags before parking. You can access the parking lot building to building as well so give time for this.

The Spa pool is lovely and very clean. Lots of towels and also iced cloths for forehead or neck as it was very hot. Mineral pool water is especially therapudic. I would definately recommend it if you have joint or muscle pain. The hotel lobby is lovely, service fair. Hotel rooms are very dated and in definate need of either a full reno or deep cleaning. Nothing special about them at all. Hall carpet especially the walkways over to the spa was gross. Smelled like the Western Development Museum if you know what I mean- old and musty. Lots of homeless in the downtown core like any other city.

Stayed in a Jacuzzi Suite and found the room in a very poor state. Lots of the furniture in the room was damaged/dirty. Even found the jacuzzi to be a bit dirty as well. The bed was fine, which saves a star otherwise, for the price of ~$300 a night, this is definitely not worth it. Won't be back at the hotel.

The mineral pool is nice, though the cleanliness could be greatly improved - dead wasps around pool side, floor in steam room appeared dirty. Worst by far was waking up in the middle of the night to bed bugs. They promptly got me a different room, though thought that I'd be offered something to keep my patronage. Was barely given an apology.

Our room 211 was in need of update: trim on bathroom hallway door was in poor paint condition. The furniture was old and worn looking on the dresser, headboards & night table. Absolutely disappointing and not worth what we paid for room. The carpets in hallways were dirty & old looking and hallway walls had big chips out of them and need to be painted. The restaurant food was excellent but very overpriced.

I love Temple Gardens it is very clean and well kept inside. We always get a room with a balcony, this time our balcony was not in the best shape, it was dirty and had peeling paint and what i think was mold in the corners. So I think they should spend a little more time cleaning the balcony.

Was a nice place to stay. Enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room and the mineral spa pool was amazing. The only reason I couldn’t give it an excellent was because the cooling system was very noisy and there were very few outlets in the room for phones etc. the one on the bedside clock did not allow me to charge my phone and watch.

Our room was a single. Even though it wasn’t one of the renovated rooms, we were still pleased overall. The furniture did have signs of aging, but our room was quiet and very comfortable. Slept very well. The mattress on the king bed was very good. The bathroom was showing its age but the tub was new and very nice, but would happily stay here over the last place we stayed at in Mexico.

For the $400 cdn that we paid , luxury suite it was not. There was not even complementary water in the room. The tv only had cable .The shower was an old stand up. The bed and pillows were comfy. Not worth the amount of money.

This hotel needs major renovations especially when they are charging that much for a room. There was a crack in the carpet on my daughter’s side of her bed. It would be a benefit to have a microwave in the room as well as most other hotels have this item in the rooms. The facility and my room was clean though.

Room was old and outdated and needed repair and freshening up…old scratched furniture, walls scraped and need touchups, electrical plugins were basically extension cords all over the place, poor lighting, zero vanity space in bathroom, and had to work off the toilet and tank, as well as the tub and floor. Bed was clean and comfortable. Window was blocked by huge sign and we could barely look out.

Geothermal Pool is amazing! Rooms are large and modern. AC was not working when arrived. Shower curtain was missing. Mini fridge was noisy. Bathroom sink was cracked around the drain. Front desk and maintenance staff were unapologetic and somewhat indifferent. Overall did not meet expectations.

Staff bumped our booking because we used Expedia. Two double bed rooms turned into two king rooms which made some of our kids not get a bed. When we showed them our booking they told us they wouldn’t do anything about it because we used Expedia. No security in parkade. Homeless people all over parkade and no security key to enter building. This place used to be so nice but it’s run down and under staffed. It’s called a spa but only delivers 2 star hotel amenities. We won’t be staying again.

Kinda a confusion on the check in and how many days we were staying ! So was locked out of our room ! Went to desk and gentleman figured it out ! The woman the day before was very rude as all she said was that is how we do things ! First cheque in put $33. On my credit card for damages and then next day a $377 was put on my credit card ! Just inquired about the charge and she was not very helpful ! Like no customer service !other than that all was good

Stopped into the spa to buy some products that I had bought the year before ! Talked to a lady about a product that didn’t have a mister ! She was very polite and said she would look for one if they had ! I returned and was speaking with a lady that worked there and the manager ( with bright red hair ) jumped in and was like we don’t have any ! Her attitude was like that is it and just wasn’t very professional. So I just left ! Return thinking she wasn’t there and was speaking to a lady about the difference in some products when out came the same red head and took over the conversation ! Had enough and told her that was very rude of her to do and she had no manners ! Had a few words and walk out and she is just yapping about me ! So I go back and tell her that I was going to buy some product but now I will just go home and order on line ! Very poor customer service !

I returned and was speaking with a lady that worked there and the manager ( with bright red hair ) jumped in and was like we don’t have any ! Her attitude was like that is it and just wasn’t very professional. So I just left ! Return thinking she wasn’t there and was speaking to a lady about the difference in some products when out came the same red head and took over the conversation ! Had enough and told her that was very rude of her to do and she had no manners ! Had a few words and walk out and she is just yapping about me ! So I go back and tell her that I was going to buy some product but now I will just go home and order on line ! Very poor customer service !

The facility itself is very well maintained and clean. The room we had was older ( few stains on the carpet, needs some updating), but it was impeccably clean and had what we needed. We also had a lovely balcony overlooking Crescent Park across the road.

The hotel is easy to access. And very walkable to the Tunnels, restaurants, a pretty park and anything else you’d want. The mineral pool is lovely. If you have a pet you are above the casino which is fine. You do have to manage the elevator though with people not staying at the hotel trying to get access. The rooms are lovely and quiet and clean. There is no soap for the shower so either bring your own or ask at the desk.

Very conveniently located if you are doing the Tunnels of Moose Jaw. Many restaurants are within an easy walk. The pools were lovely and our time there was relaxing. Will be back.

The hotel itself is quite aged and needs a refresh. There was frayed carpet in our room and dented walls. I understand that a few of the rooms have been renovated, however, I do not believe the price we paid matched the experience. The pool itself is beautiful and in decent condition and we love the area around the hotel. Being right downtown offers amazing walkability and so much to see and do. It is convenient staying right at the hot springs, but there are more affordable options within walking distance to use the springs and sace some money.

We were made to feel like royalty. Got in our room early. Had full use of the pool while waiting. The spa was like a slice of heaven on earth. And the mineral pool was amazing and so relaxing. It is a serene area that comes with a eucalyptus steam room and scented ice cold facecloths to cool yourself pool side. And for dinner Hardwoods so delicious. Afterwards if you enjoy to do so the casino onsite is so much fun. You'll find Cresent park across the street is so beautiful and historic main st right there for shopping and site seeing.

The room I purchase was advertised as recently renovated. We booked a very deluxe suite of the hotel and came into a room that mimic'd the almost out of business hotel in a small town. The room was dirty, extemely dated, and the thermostat controls were clumsy and ineffective (the room was 30 C for the first 6 hours). The staff were great. The area around the hotel is surrounded with the homeless. Stair wells around the premise had used needles and human feces. The parking lot was filled with such ice that low cars get damaged driving around. Book a different hotel but come for the spa.

Our room 211 was in need of update: trim on bathroom hallway door was in poor paint condition. The furniture was old and worn looking on the dresser, headboards & night table. Absolutely disappointing and not worth what we paid for room. The carpets in hallways were dirty & old looking and hallway walls had big chips out of them and need to be painted. The restaurant food was excellent but very overpriced.

The best place to stay in Moose Jaw! Nice spacious rooms, great location and the pool is an added bonus! The beds were super comfortable, best nights sleep I’ve had all trip. We went to the restaurant for breakfast was good food with lots of options. Will absolutely stay here again!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the restaurant was great! My only complaint was the wiring of the lights in the room. For some reason to have a light on in the bathroom the very bright vanity lights over the sink in the main area had to be on as well. So, if the bathroom was used in the night, anyone your with has to endure being woken up by blinding lights and then remain awake until the other person is finished using the toilet. Very annoying in an otherwise wonderful stay! 👍

Overall we love the Spa and often spend time there for anniversaries and short getaways. It has needed upgrading and renovations for awhile and still shows that need in the carpeting, paint and bathroom fixtures. The one thing that is most inconvenient is the lack of room service. New security changes that require keycards mean that Skip and other deliveries also are not able to deliver food to the room. It should go without saying that there are times during honeymoons and anniversaries where food delivery to the room would be deeply appreciated and when going to the Front desk to carry food to your room is less than convenient. This seems rather silly for a hotel and spa that hopes to compete on a national and international scale.

The new lounge area outside the outer pool area is a great addition. Also the additional steam rooms and Cold Plunge pool are great additions as well. The renovated room was also a great upgrade. We were very pleased with our stay.

There were many hallways under renovation when we were there. Our room was clearly recently renovated. Getting to our room from the parkade was difficult, as the rooms and hallways are all built around the main attraction of the hotel, the mineral pools. We had a great night for the waters, a clear night, the moon over the outdoor part of the pool, and no wind. The pool closed from 20:30 to 21:00 for cleaning, then the adult only hours open. Very lovely experience. Very easy walk to the Tunnels of Moose Jaw (we really enjoyed that) and some good restaurants. We strolled to Bobby's Place, a Scottish themed pub. Food was great!
