Catfished!!!! Yes the have a pool and water slide, but you can’t use them, closed indefinitely. Never told us at check in, only found out when we went to use the pool, front desk staff informed us that they are not in use and no plans in the near future for them to be. Asked to speak to manager as this was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, was told she would call to discuss as she is very busy, she never did. Hotel is average at best, not a good value.

Breakfast was delicious! Pool was great but the hot tub could have been cleaned. We didn’t end up using it as it looked dirty. The staff were very friendly and checked on us at breakfast! Made small talk with my kiddos and made it feel “like home.” The king beds were an added bonus that were very much appreciated! Just booked again for our next trip in April!

When our stay was booked nothing was said about hot tub & pool not running. That was our reason for booking. Unfortunate front end staff very accommodating, cancelling our room & we booked next door with operational hot tub !! Will try & stay with Holuday Inn again when hot tub/pool working

Best hotel in Moose Jaw! Great breakfast, great staff, and extremely clean and well taken care of! The manager is an amazing woman so thats an excellent bonus! Our kids absolutely love this hotel, and it is our go to. The bathrooms are beautiful, the hotel is clean and smells super clean and new, everything is upkept beyond normal hotel standard. Overall, the best hotel in Moose Jaw. Would highly recommend!

We were storme stayed and found the room to be reasonably priced and very clean. Your standard breakfast that you find at Holiday Inns in western Canada. Breakfast was fresh and staff offered to clear your plates for you. Coffee was fresh. My son was in the pool for hours in the evening and then again in the morning before we hit the road. Rooms were very clean and the manager was friendly.

Was a great hotel with fantastic staff and amenities. I was a bit disappointed that house keeping wasn't consistent in stocking coffee, the entrance hard floor wasn't swept of dirt, and although bed was made there were chip crumbs in it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was really good the room was very nice and spacious, beds were comfortable and bathroom was very nice. There was a bit of pinkish water stains around the shower but other then that the room was perfect

It looks very new, beautiful, and modern. I found it noisy due to a lack of soft furnishings. We could hear every door opening and closing, every foot step of the room above us. We had our dogs with us, and of course, due to sounds around us, they would bark. Also, our bathroom had a barn type door that was not designed/installed corectly. It wouldn't stay closed but kept rolling open. I think there are a few problems that need ironing out .

Rooms were nice, lots of space for the family. Kids had lots of fun in the pool area. The only we weren't a fan of, is the TV isn't a smart TV with the apps for us to connect and watch movies (ex:netflix, disney) but thats a preference thing.

The beds were comfortable, the pool was on the colder side, we loved the waterslide and hot tub. The complementary breakfast had a vast array of options and even had gluten free options which was a bonus for our family. The room was a little noisy which made it hard for our little one to sleep.

Stop over to break up the drive home from a week away in the mountains. Had the pool, waterslide & hot tub to ourselves from 9pm-10pm. Breakfast was good and well stocked. View from the room left much to desire (just a field next to the highway). Room temperature was easily managed and the beds were comfortable. Shower head was lacking.

The day staff are fantastic. I had the pleasure of dealing with Darlene and I was not disappointed. The night front desk staff are hard to find. They stayed in the back. I would of liked to see them at the desk as added safety. The house keeping very friendly ( small talk ). Staff looked clean. The hallways , elevator , common area , breakfast area also clean. Our room was clean , AC worked but the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. Staff said she would let the staff know. The pool area was clean and plenty of towels etc. Check out was lovely. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were fantastic during our stay. We came from NS, our first time in SK, so any questions about the area they were helpful to answer for us. Our room was clean and comfortable and having a free hot breakfast daily was very nice. When I’m back to visit my son at school, we will stay there again.

Great hotel, beds are very comfortable. My only concern was that they had overbooked and I had booked a suite online with 2 beds and for a standard room with 2 beds but paid the price for the suite. Other than that the hotel itself was really nice.

The location of the hotel was so easy to get to. The hotel was exceptionally clean. This was seen everywhere. The staff was friendly, professional and would go that extra mile for you. This is a direct result of a great management team led by Darlene. She definitely went that extra mile for us. Great place. Great value and great people.

This hotel is wonderful. It is located right off the highway and very easy to access. Great value for the price. The room was quiet and clean, and bed was comfortable. My two small dogs were welcomed. We were put in a room very close to a side door for easy access to a grassy area for bathroom breaks. Wonderful shower. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice stay . All staff were very pleasant to deal with. Public and rooms were very clean. Rooms were very nice with great amenities, Bed was so comfy! Only issue was heater/air conditioner sometimes was quite noisy, not sure why. Morning breakfast had a nice selection. It was offered from 5-10 am, which is great for those that wanted to be up and out early. We went around 9, still a full selection of hot and cold items, but hot offerings were not very hot that point in time. Would stay again if in Moose Jaw and would definitely recommend it to others.

Immaculately kept hotel. Comfortable beds and bedding. Hot breakfast bar with plenty of choices- from yogurts, muffins and cereals to scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and oatmeal. Central to restaurants and trans Canada highway. We stayed here heading to BC and again returning from. Our dog was with us and we stayed in a pet friendly room.
