The location was easy to get in and out of. The hotel was quiet even with it's location to the highway. The breakfast area was a bit small but with the hotel as full as it was it was to be expected. The pool is small and with the size of waterslide it can get a bit crowded especially when adults use the slide. The room was clean and a good bed but the ac unit was a little loud on start up. Would recommend the location.

Staff were super friendly and everything was very clean. The only slight disappointment I had was that there were not pots/pans, etc provided in the kitchenette in our room. I booked a room with a kitchenette so that I could cook a few meals. It all worked out, but would have appreciated knowing this in advance.

Excellent staff and great location. Breakfast was also great. Only complaints from my group was that the pool and hot tub need to be cleaned up green algy was n the hot tub and funny smell in the pool. Also one of my group said equipment in the gym wasn’t working overall we enjoyed our staff and want to again mention that the staff were excellent.

Really enjoyed our one night stay and the pool was nice. However, the kitchenette in our room could not be used as absolutely not silverware, cooking supplies, dish soup or dishes were provided.

The hotel and the rooms are very dated. The kitchen can use a new toaster or two as the one being used currently only works on one side and it takes along time to toast so there was a long wait time.The staff were pleasant and helpful.Also the jets on the hot tub didn't work.

I really enjoyed the hot beverage machine in the lobby. The parking lot is in terrible condition and there weren’t enough spots to handle all of the guests. For some reason the city allows big rigs to park on the street in both directions which is extremely dangerous and adds to the congestion.

Great stay with kids 7 and 9. Hotel gave us an early check in which was appreciated so the kids could hop in the pool early. Pool area was clean, waterslide and hot tub in Working order and kids commented pool temperature was perfect. 2 queen room was spacious and in addition to fridge and microwave it also had a stovetop and sink/kitchenette area. Beds were very comfy; not too hard, not too soft but just right. Restaurants and grocery are about an 5 minute walk. I my only small complaint is the drapes didn’t completely close so a little light in the room during evening and early am; but def not a deal breaker and I’m just being thorough in my review. Overall would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff at the front desk were quick at check-in and check-out. The self-serve hot beverage machine in the lobby was great. Walking into our room, the air was fresh and the room was very clean. The only downside is structural. The front door would allow any hallway noise to come in as if the people were inside our rooms. There were signs in the elevator that said quiet time is 10pm. You need to be in your rooms or the lobby lounge, which I appreciated. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

There was a pool and free breakfast. The air conditioner was very loud. There was no tub, but a wheelchair accessible shower that was very awkward. When the showerhead was raised, wayer leaked on the floor across the doorway, which we did not know until we slipped and nearly fell as we walked through the puddle. When we told the front desk, they said "that is an ongoing problem with those rooms, we are trying to find a solution." I did not request a wheel chair accessible room, and was not made aware of this hazard.

Nice clean comfortable room. Pool and hot tub was really nice. Gym also good. Nice continental breakfast. Staff at front desk very nice. Noisy neighbour first night but called down to desk and within 30 minutes or so things quieted down.

Upon check in, the trainee at the front desk had checked someone else into our room. Obviously, this is a breach of privacy and left me uneasy, but the manager was able to check us into another room and that process was quick. My husband also had uncooked sausage patty this morning for breakfast. We ordinarily stay at BW when we come to visit friends and family in Moose Jaw, so this was a bit sad. Otherwise the hotel is clean and the staff is always very good.

We arrived around 8:00 PM. We asked the counter staff if there were any other benefits because we couldn't use the swimming pool due to construction, and with a dismissive tone, he told us to ask Expedia about it. Of course, I received an email from Expedia about the construction. And I made a reservation through Expedia. All complaints were made through Expedia. Looking at this, it seems quite risky to book through Expedia.

Very comfortable beds. Spacious room. Fun pool. Only bad thing was breakfast being on paper plates and plastic cutlery. The food was quite good - the eggs were much better than other hotels’ - but it was so cheap-feeling to eat with plastic.
