Stayed 2 nights

Rooms are of average cleanliness, aside from the air conditioner filters and ventilation grates that seem to get skipped often. Beds are usually pretty comfy, with a noticeable difference between the regular size and King bed upgrade. Pillows and bedding are adequate and comfortable. In room amenities vary, all include a working mini fridge and microwave, and the suite rooms feature a mini kitchenette with working sink and cabinets to keep clean dishware and cutlery in, which helps a lot on longer stays. Decor is very eclectic, and room lighting is minimal and extremely outdated, but is not any worse than other hotel in the area. Wifi is usually quite fast and consistent once you login, had no issues playing mobile games and streaming HD Netflix or other services. Free Breakfast is provided buffet-style like most hotels, but ends abruptly at 9:30AM so I usually miss it and can’t comment on the quality or selection. Overall, the stay here is a small step up from other chain hotels at a similar price range, and I will be returning here again the future.

My 2 teenage boys and I really enjoyed our stay. The room is huge. Nice table to sit at to eat in the room. Everything was clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The pool is shallow but my 1 son still enjoyed it. Breakfast was great. Great selection. The batter for the waffles should be a little thinner but they were still really good. Overall great stay. There was also a liquidation sale in the hotel and we managed to find some great items at a lower price.

Rooms filled with cobwebs. Spiders hanging in the middle of the hallway. The room key cards don't work; every time you return, you have to get new ones from reception because no one goes to the room and gives them to you. The fire alarm went off for no reason at 3 a.m., and the manager isn't trained to fix the problem.

I enjoyed the pool that was warm enough and the hot tub. The hot buffet breakfast was nice but could get crowded at times.
