No free shuttle to and from the airport. Taxis is about $28 ca each way. The place is very outdated and in need of renovation to modernize the rooms etc. Most other hotels in the area have free shuttle to and from the airport.

Although the staff was great and it was relatively clean, the pool was very dirty and there was only 1 working elevator that meant we were all waiting a long time and squishing in to try and get to our floors. The breakfast was also extremely limited and as someone with a dietary restriction the only food I could eat was a clementine.

the property is dated but clean, the A/C worked well, there was coffee/tea in the room, and a good supply of plugs, there is a Poland a very small gym. There is a Moxies next door. Breakfast comes in a brown bag, muffin, juice, fruit. This was a stop-over before we left on our vacation so it was adequate for one night.

Staff was very helpful. The bagged breakfast was an unexpected bonus. Pool was quite cold. Property is showing its age - elevator lights don’t work, general wear and tear. But as a clean place to be a home base and sleep it was great

Mold in windows in room, hair in the pool, pool has no heat so too cold to enter even if you want to deal with uncleanliness. No breakfast as advertised, instead you get one orange and oatmeal bar per room at the front desk. If you try to get out of reservation they will not allow or do anything for you. Worst experience at hotel yet.

In one of the bathrooms, we found a cockroach in the tube. In one of the beds, the mattress is not flat; it feels uncomfortable to sleep on top. I booked four rooms in total and had two big problems.

This place is a dump! Smelly bathroom with bug in bathtub, I think an earwig. Carpet that has probably been there since the place was built. Chair like my grandmother had. Windows FILTHY! Only good thing is bed was comfortable if you don’t mind sleeping in the divots made by years of previous guests. Their offer of “breakfast” was a joke from anyone’s perception.

Everything as expected except the bathroom needed better cleaning. There were two long black hairs left behind in the bathtub and on the floor. Toilet needed better cleaning as dried urine stains around the hinges behind toilet seat

Avoid at all costs! Disgusting hotel and conditions, I’m sure not all staff, but two I had dealings with very unhelpful!! Absolutely appalling hotel! Blood on sheets and filth and grime all around, not a nice or safe place to be!

Cons: The bathtub had hair in it. So I didn’t use it. The mattress needs replacing big dip in it. Pros: Close by the airport, Quiet, Room was spacious. Nice bagged breakfast/lunch. I’m returning to stay there again next week. So it can’t be that bad. Staff extremely helpful.

This hotel is convenient to the airport. Plus - clean, good staff and check in. Negative - property is older and in need of updating and modernization. Many electrical outlets did not work, could not use the outlet in the bathroom so could not use a hairdryer. Bed was exceptionally hard.

I admit when i pulled up to the building i wasn't sure about what it would look like inside. The paint was faded and patchy in parts making it look run down. The lobby looked good so i think theh may be upgrading. The elevator ran fine but the buttons gave the appearance that you may or may not make it to your floor. There was 2 elevators and i went up in both of them at different times. I was on the 6 floor and the first time i went in the light on the button wasnt working so i just waited to see if i was going to go up, and i did. The hall was dark and narrow giving the appearance it was older than it actually is i think, but my actual room was very comfortable and updated. I only would change out the carpet because this one was stained by the door. I very impressed with the water pressure in the shower too. Usually i find there isn't enough pressure but this one was great in my opinion

The elevator button on our floor to go down and in the elevator did not light up. Hotel needs updating especially the lobby area. The room and bathroom were ok-beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable but not horrible. Good place if sleep but not hang out for the day.

The location is great, this was a business trip so getting to customers in the \Vancover area is good. Expedia should let people know there is $10.00 parking fee per night. The property and rooms need a face lift and the WiFi is so slow I had to use my hotspot.

The service was horrible. I went to the front counter 3 or 4 times while I was there and each time the response was slow and it was like I was a burden to them. I’ve never felt like that at other hotels. Also the electrical outlet in the bathroom wouldn’t work.

Fantastic room- EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Bed was unbelievably comfortable. Great in room amenities like a Nespresso coffee machine, Dyson hair dryer, clothes steamer and remote controlled room darkening shades!! Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was oddly quiet even though we were right by the airport. This hotel is a gem!

The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are lovely. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and stylish and affordable. I think the only suggestions is to incorporate a free airport shuttle service. Maybe teaming up with another hotel nearby would help share the cost running one.
