The rooms are comfortable. The hotel is in a great location in relation to the airport. The only downside to the hotel is that it has only one elevator. They are doing upgrades to the rooms at the moment which shows they are guest oriented.

Hotel convenient to airport - but shuttle service is an issue - website indicates it runs every 30 minutes, but it does not and if you are dropping off a rental car, the shuttle won't pick you up unless other guest arrive at the airport who haven't checked in yet. Breakfast is OK, but not much variety.

Upon arrival workers were rude because we booked with Expedia not them directly. Told us Parking would be more than it would and only when I said something charged us appropriately. Shuttle did not run morning of our flight so had to pay for uber even though when called they said they could accommodate

The airport shuttle pickup was chaotic. We waited 20 minutes as expected by our phone call. But when he arrived he wasn’t sure who he was picking up as there were too many people for the van. And he needed to go back to the International area so he wanted us to all wait and he’d come back for us afterwards which made no sense. Breakfast could have more variety.

The room was good. I arrived late and checked in during the evening due to flight issues. The airport shuttle was late because the driver was on a lunch break, and I was surprised to find out that the front desk staff member was also the driver. I ended up waiting for 50 minutes. The driver was also checking his phone while driving. I noticed that nearby hotel shuttles had already returned to the airport multiple times during my wait—they were much faster. Since I checked in late I asked for late check out, thankful for allowing to stay until 12Noon but not enough rest so i ask til 1pm and have to pay $12 for it. The breakfast was not good. It was just bread, bagels, and pancakes, with very few choices, which is disappointing considering they are aligned with major names in the hotel industry

Nice room, had window open for fresh air and had a great nights sleep. Shuttle to and from airport was quick and easy. Would stay here again.

Staff were courteous. Room is clean but part of the carpet is wet. Bed, bedding and towels are sumptuous. Little Dove bar of soap was super cute. I appreciate the hair conditioner too. Not all hotels supply that. Fridge is huge! We asked for a quiet room and so far it is very quiet.

The exterior of the property is tired and needs a refresh. The exterior unit windows were filthy…needed washing. The check in area had leaves from outside by the front desk and behind the front desk it was messy…didn’t look as it had been vacuumed in some time. Breakfast was a nice inclusion however the eggs needed to be hotter. Front desk staff was polite and accommodating. Staff had some difficulty answering our questions and we wondered if that was a language issue…asked for wine glasses and front staff appeared confused by the request until someone from housekeeping happened by and was happy to provide. The room was clean and tidy. We asked well in advance for early check in and got it however we needed to change our original request for a king bed to two queens. We have stayed at Wyndham properties before…this stay was below their regular standards in our opinion.

Convenient location to go to the airport. Staff were friendly. Room was a decent size, clean with a bigger than normal mini fridge and great to have a microwave even though I didn’t use it. Would stay again when I have a early morning flight the next day

Staff was soooo friendly! They loaned us an umbrella and a screwdriver set when we needed to adjust our wheelchair. They had great dining suggestions, the shuttle driver pointed out attractions and shops on the way to the hotel, just a really great group of hosts.

The service at this hotel is excellent, it’s a great option for an overnight before/after a flight /travel day, the room is very clean, no smells, breakfast starts at 5:30am, standard fare, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, cereal, waffles, coffee, tea, juice. Shuttle service is excellent, well worth it to stay at this hotel! Staff are attentive & helpful

On-demand shuttle is such a strange idea without a courtesy phone at the airport for visitors who may not have roaming or ability to call the hotel. Check-in with the night staff was painfully slow and to be honest, when we arrived, it seemed like we were a total inconvenience to them. The staff in the morning were a lot friendlier. The room itself was fine, roomy, comfy bed, plenty of bathroom product. It was quiet. Convenient walk to the car rental place at the airport. Fine for one night.

They double charged you at the hotel and on the expedia site and refund the expedia one later to you, which i don't understand why the process.

We were there as early as 11 am. They said that we have to wait because rooms not ready yet. We understand that, thats why we just waited patiently. The lady receptionist said that she will put us on the first available room. She also said to wait and she will inform us as soon as its available. About 3 pm, we notice that there where 3 groups checking in and they gave them rooms immediately wherein us who had been waiting since 11 am are still waiting. When i asked the male receptionist he said that he did not know that we are waiting and he cant monitor everybody who doesnt have room yet. As of it was our fault because he said that i did not inform him and he just started his shift. I dont know how come they dont have any endorsement and they dont treat clients well. They were noy even apologetic for our almost 4 hr wait. Staff are very rude and dont show concern on customers.

This hotel is located about three blocks from the train and bus station Bridgeport and you can travel to Downtown in like 20 or 30 minutes! Waterfront station and in this station you can get a Seabus to North Vancouver too!

The location was ideal...close to many fastfood (Subway, Donairs, Burger King etc) and an Asian Grocery Store and train. The location also offers free Airport Shuttles. Definitely will return

Cheap, cheerful and ten mins from the airport. Basic, but if all you need is a clean bed for the night and a shower in the morning then this place fits the bill. Breakfast could do with having a bit more choice but for the price it was acceptable

Shuttle and rooms were top notch. The breakfast needs some love. The only thing healthy enough to consume was the apple and banana, and that’s even a maybe.

The staff were nice. The rooms was old. But The breakfast was poor. There were no eggs on the day yogurt was served, no meat at all, and the only option was some bread. Even the DIY waffle station was incomplete, with no whipped cream available. This was very disappointing.

We stayed 2 nights, a Friday and Saturday . Saturday's breakfast was waffles, cereals, bagels or toast. Sunday they at least had eggs too
