Parking is terrible. When it is full, there is no exit and you have to back up your car to find other space in different level. More annoying is you have to aim your car to the right to activate the garage door.

The room was great with a soft bed and lots of pillows. The only issue was a long wait of 45 minutes for the airport shuttle. We saw three shuttle pickups for the sandman hotel just down the street while waiting for our shuttle. The on site restaurant was great.

Stayed here on both ends of our trip. Rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. Free airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Restaurant on site was excellent and also has off sales for beer and wine. McD’s at end of parking lot if you get in late.

Excellent, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had an early flight so when we got down to the lobby the counter staff had already called a taxi to insure we got to the airport on time for our flight instead of waiting for the shuttle bus.

The main reason I had booked this hotel was due to the fact that it had a shuttle running from the airport to the hotel every 30 minutes. Despite this, I had to wait at the shuttle stop in the cold for an hour and 15 minutes before one was able to take me. I even contacted customer service to check on the status while waiting, and they kept telling me I'd be picked up any minute which wasn't correct. I was only needing a place to sleep for the evening before another flight out, and with this major delay and inconvenience, I was unable to get a good sleep. Secondly, I woke up to a very loud noise in the hallway at about 3 am. I didn't feel safe sticking my head into the hallway to check on what it was, but I ended up getting much less sleep due to this as well. I don't think the stay was at all worth the money, and I regret my purchase... I don't think I can recommend this property.

When I checked in, I specifically asked for a quiet room. I was given room 601 and was told that I could check it out first to see if it's quiet or not. I found it too noisy due to it is the room is nearest to the highway and it has two windows. I phoned the front desk and asked for another room. I was told that's the only one left for the type I booked. Then why bothered telling me to check it out first? The room itself is clean and nice but the noise level simply is the worst I have ever experienced. Also the shuttle bus to the airport was late for 15 minutes so if you decide to use it, ensure you leave yourself enough room.

It was a good hotel nearish the airport. The airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes (if catching the shuttle from the airport you have to go up to departures - it is not on the same level as baggage claim). If you want a ride in the morning you need to schedule it. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable, and they had USB outlets, which is always a nice feature. The bathroom was a bit dated. The room could be noisy at times. The staff was kind - though housekeeping entered my room at 8am to clean it - which I think is super early to be walking into guests rooms. The breakfast buffet was very lackluster, especially for the $19 price tag. I didn’t enjoy any of the food I had.

I’m normally not one to complain, but I stayed here last night and had one of the worst hotel stays in recent memory. We paid for a king bed room with a sofa bed and upon pulling out the sofa bed, I discovered McDonald’s French fries in the bed sheets, and the sheets themselves were not changed. They moved us into another room which was smaller than the one we paid for, and the shower drain was clogged and wouldn’t drain all the water. Upon complaining to the front desk, they were unwilling to do anything except offer me a discount on my next stay. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again. Location was great but I’m very disappointed in the terrible service and frustrated at how much I paid for such a poor experience.

Check in excellent with help with holiday inn reward Dinner excellent at fog and Suds Big disappointment that our wake up call for 5:15 was ignored. Luckily had a backup so made the shuttle. was told housekeeping for got to unlock phone.

Staff was wonderful! We arrived early off of a cruise ship and didn't think we'd be able to get a room, but Kevin L. at the front desk was very helpful. Kevin offered to get the room as soon as it was serviced, advised us about things to do, how to get there and directed us to breakfast while we waited. Then he came into the restaurant and brough us our room keys. Very friendly! Upon check out the hotel van wasn't available and as we came down for our early start to the airport the front desk person (didn't catch name) had already arranged for taxis to take us to the airport at the Holiday Inn's expense. Wonderful, responsive, and best customer service I've seen in ages. Great stay

They do offer a half-hourly free shuttle service to the airport, however, on one occasion, the driver just decided to not turn up for pick up and we were left waiting for more than 45 minutes outside the airport!!

Check-in was quick and friendly. However, the entrance to the parking area (key-in box) was awkwardly placed and somewhat inconvenient. The room was clean, and the breakfast venue, located at a separate restaurant next door, served a good selection of breakfast items and good strong coffee with very friendly servers. The location of the hotel was a bit far from shopping and restaurants but since we had a car, it worked out fine for us.

The hotel is conveniently located off the 99 and near the Vancouver airport. You can drive into the city in 20 minutes or so. The rooms are nicely appointed and there is a restaurant that serves a tasty breakfast for a nominal fee. Overall it was a nice stay.

Looks like the hotel has been updated in the last few years. The carpet is fairly new as are the rest of the hotel and rooms. There are plenty of parking at the hotel, and if you are the ING member, you will be waived the parking fee. Overall, I like the location (fairly close to No 3 road, Yohan Center, Aberdeen, and popular restaurants and shops. I used to stay at Radisson Richmond Airport hotel, but this hotel is an excellent alternative with lower price.

Staff is absolutely friendly, professional and especially helpful. We got in on an early flight and they let us into our room 4hrs earlier than check-in. Restaurant on site which was great (especially after an early arrival). Clean room, quiet and I felt safe. Only downfall is not much around if you don't have a car. McDonald's very close and I highly recommend the on site restaurant; Foggs N' Suds. Great prices and great food.

This hotel and its adjoining restaurant are absolutely amazing. You will love the staff, your hotel room, the amenities in the room (including a Keurig), and please take advantage of the restaurant. We had dinner and dessert last night that was extremely scrumptious and the wait staff was wonderful. Yes, do pay extra with your hotel room for the breakfast. It is at this same restaurant. A fresh breakfast buffet with so many options along with hot tea, water, coffee or juice. Wonderful for the whole family.

I had to give 4 stars… The reason is the dinning for breakfast attached to the hotel have poor customer service. We showed up at 8:30AM and handed the waiter our ticket from hotel. She took it and didn’t say anything so we assume she’s going to seat us since there was a sign the staff put up “please wait to be seated” so we followed her and she walks straight into the kitchen. Left us lost but we just pick a spot to sit anyway. Then all the food were gone and we had to grab some sausages and some breading. Plate were out and had to wait for more plate to come out. It wasn’t crowed when we show up.
