I would love to give 10 out of 10 for this place, the staff was really excellent, rooms were nice enough, hot breakfast and parking garage were included and price was already very reasonable. Pool was pretty big too. and personally, I like downtown Sudbury. My only real complaint is property and facilities. My key card didn't work for many entrances and exits and the change rooms in the pool area were pretty poorly kept. Lots of things empti, missing or broken. That said, I'd stay here again with my kids for sure. It would just be nice if some.of the facilities were maintained a little better. Pesto's onsite restaurant was good too. 8.5 out of 10 over all.

Nice pool, no longer has a hot tub, breakfast was good but very limited places to sit. Paid for a room with 2 queens was given two double, room had a huge wet spot in the middle of the floor that never did dry up, first time and last time stay, wouldnt recommend.

I travel to Sudbury 2 or 3 times a year and this has become my 'go to' hotel for several reasons. The check in is courteous and quick, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the on site restaurant has great service and food at a reasonable price and last, but not least, the pool is warm and great for doing lengths, unlike some of the 'kiddy' pools at other hotels in Sudbury. A definite winner in all respects. I will return!

The pool is always cold when I go there, There is no more access on main floor to outside via sliding doors, handicap parking is very limited so had to park so far away and have a hard time walking. Breakfast was limited gross sausage only as meat choice. Wish they had a hot tub and sauna again that would make the place grand again. The only thing this place has going for it is the pool size but like I said wasn't enjoyable as it is always cold.

Parking is a nightmare, there was no room in the lot so we had to park in a public parking garage around the corner. Thankfully the hotel covered the xost.

Parking not great out front but you can park in the covered parking lot connected to the mall. Front desk will give a ticket for that. Room was comfortable and large. Pool wasn’t really heated but up to 8 feet deep and large enough to enjoy with others. I would stay here again.

Sounds doesn’t work on one channel Boogers on wall Dirt on floor Clock doesn’t work Charging port doesn’t work Stains on the lamp Strange smell when I first came in Bed was titled as queen but seemed like a double Tub takes very long to drain Hair in the sink Once I mentioned it to a worker, they just apologized and didn’t fix the any of the issues once we came back after leaving for a day there was a pillow on the ground and a sheet on the ground too.

There were mice in our room. My son woke up yesterday morning with his eye all swollen almost shut. telling us he felt something crawling on him all night. And while we were packing our stuff we saw our little friend that identified itself as a mouse. And ran right under the bed were my son was sleeping. I took a trip to the hospital to treat his eye, and the doctor confirmed me that it was the dirtiness and the mice running on his face during his sleep that cause it. The front desk apologized but refused to give me a credit for this incident. Such an awful experience, we are never going back there

The breakfast was good and had a nice selection, which I appreciated. The room itself was okay, but I was disappointed to find that it wasn’t properly cleaned there was a lot of dust and dirt under the bed, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. I informed the reception and requested a cleaner. The cleaner came and mopped the floor, but unfortunately, the dirt and dust were not fully removed. Overall, the stay was decent, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

Surprised to see a hotel in this condition that holds the Radisson name. The room was dirty and had garbage on the floor, which shows the lack of care put into cleaning it. Parking was also a nightmare as you need to use the shopping centre’s sketchy lot, then wander through the whole hotel and convention centre area to get back to the guest rooms. Overall it’s a pretty rundown hotel, but is good enough for a night.

Room 336 was disgusting. Smelled like rancid dry dog food. Carpet is matted in the room, the hallways and especially the elevator. I slept on top of the sheets with my own bedding. I wanted a refund for my 4 night stay as soon as I got there and saw the place but it was refused as they said it was prepaid and non-refundable. How anyone can stay here willingly is beyond me.

Beds were comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Air conditioning was excellent. It is an older hotel. Some of the rooms and decor is dated. It looks like they are gradually redecorating the hotel as it is very big.

I liked the room. The beds were very comfortable. There are a few things that need attention. I couldn't use the plug in on the lamp. So I unplugged the clock. The elevator carpet is very dirty. A few things like scratched up furniture legs. The bathroom needs a night light. It is excessively bright at night time visits to the washroom. Doors slam if you let them go to shut. Other than things needing to be refreshed I.found all the staff to be very pleasant and friendly.

Had a great stay! Staff member Faith went over and above to provide great customer service. We asked for extra towels and even though she was extremely busy she hand delivered them to our room door. She did a great job in making sure our stay was convenient and comfortable as I did not meet any other staff. Answered all questions I had about dining and parking in a professional and understandable manner. Overall very good experience, would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent and the breakfast selection terrific. The staff was very friendly. Everything is in great condition. The only reason why I deduct one star is because it is a veritable maze trying to figure out where your car is, lol! But we will definitely consider staying there again.

I travel to Sudbury 2 or 3 times a year and this has become my 'go to' hotel for several reasons. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Extremely limited parking due to a construction company that had taken up the majority of the parking lot that was roped off just for them. The area itself is horrible with homeless and drug addicts in your backyard. Not a place that I would recommend the young people or women to be walking alone at night. The food is not very good. The service was very pleasant, but the dining room is not a place I would eat again. The rooms were clean, but the carpets both in the elevator, and on the floors in the halls, pretty dirty . It just looks like they haven’t put the money into upkeep.

Booked a room, checked in late due to travel time (5hour drive for our daughters graduation) when we went to check in we were informed our room had been given away even though we had paid for it. So they essentially sold our room twice. An hour later the man had found us a different room after repeating telling us there was nothing he could do and they were fully booked. He offered us a dirty room, one with one bed instead of two and lots of excuses as to their new system not updating properly. Horrible experience when you are so far from home, late a night with your children thinking you have no where to stay after booking a room.

For an older property this one is in good shape. However, our room had a strong smell of pot. I know this is hard to get rid of, just wish people wouldn’t smoke in the rooms. Very clean, comfortable beds. Located in downtown in an area full of street people with no secure parking.

It was my second time staying in this place. I was never disappointed! Convenient location, clean and quiet room, very nice breakfast (coffee could be better, though:-))) Next time in Sudbury I will definitely stay here.

Gave a good rating at first. Once in our rooms many things happened to sour our experience. Will never stay and do not recommend. Plus it's in a terrible part of town surrounded by crackheads. Just don't waste your money. Better places to stay.

Rooms were downgraded from two double beds to 1 bed and a pullout. No notification until arrival which wasn't ideal for rooms with 4 teenagers in our group. Otherwise, hotel is located downtown and breakfast was good at the restaurant.

Breakfast was okay. I wouldn't say it was the best I had at a Raddison. There were not many options available and everyday was the exact same. The courtyard was nice but you had to access it through the pool area which made it a slippery trek causing dirt and outdoor debris to form on the deck. Im not sure how someone with a wheelchair would be able to access the courtyard. Takeout was not an option as there was no where to eat it in the hotel because the only place with tables was the restaurant and we couldn't bring any outside food. Overall my stay was okay but I have had better stays at other Raddison's.

Variety at breakfast sucks, 3 days in a row , same breakfast. The juice machine juice tasted off , when we complained we were told we were wrong and if we didnt like it there was a tim hortons close. This was my 6th time staying here. I thought the place was getring better. I am re booked and prepaid there for oct 1-2 , lets see if its any bettter. Several times there was no towels in the pool area. Twice we needed to get new key cards. It was just a disaster this time. Do better

The door to our room was very difficult to close and lock. I did report this and they said they would have maintenance look at it. The free breakfast is very nice. Unfortunately the scrambled eggs were cold and I’m sure had been sitting there since early morning and the same with home fries. Coffee was luke warm. We did enter the restaurant later in the morning, but the food should still be hot and edible.

No bedside access to plug outlets for cpap machines, had to sleep wrong end to reach plug, wet carpet into room by patio doors, wall paper bubbling off wall, bathroom door shredding at bottom and covered with paint, carpet under bedside table not vacuumed, room service not available- pick up at restaurant only, room was freezing cold on arrival. We had chosen Radisson based on room service due to having driven four straight days from Calgary having left our son in his new home and we were exhausted. We just wanted to chill in the room with food and warmth.
