It is not in an ideal pedestrian area but Parking was fine and it wasn't too noisy. The lobby was clean as was the room. There is a coffee machine, soap dispensers on the walls, and fridge and microwave in the room. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. There are vending machines without items for purchase in them. They do give you a doggie bag of munchies including water when you arrive. Speaking of arrival, I arrived on time and waited for 14 minutes in the lobby for someone to return to the desk. On the desk was a sign that said back in 15 minutes or less with no departure time. I have no idea how long it was up before I arrived. Another couple came in after me. The phone kept ringing. A lady came in. And still, no one was there. They are obviously in the process of renovating as there were old mattresses and ironing boards piled up outside the hotel. I don't know when they were being disposed of but piles of old mattresses and iron boards outside is not a look that inspires confidence. The upper floor we were on was blocked off at the end as that was where the rooms they were updating were located. We didn't sample the complimentary breakfast so I can't comment on it. When the rooms are updated some of the items above will solve themselves. I do hope they hired more people as the front desk should never be left unsupervised, especially when guests are expected and the front door to the downtown property is left unlocked.

Enjoyed our stay at Days Inn. Good service from the go, attentive staff, comfortable check-in. Clean room, many accessible power outlets in the room. Nice decor, clean and well maintained from inside. Nice washroom, with all things provided. Very helpful front desk staff. I had forgotten to pack my tooth brush, asked if there was a place to get it, as it was late in the evening. He said they had tooth brushes and he will deliver it to my room, that very kind of him. We were provided breakfast cards and a discount coupon for dinner( btw, the menu is really good with veg options) The breakfast, next morning was superb, loved the hot breakfast, the staff- girl assisting was very charming and helpful. The check-out too was very smooth. We had a very good experience, and I found it to be the best. There is lot of parking space, and have many vehicle charging spots on the property. And thank you the Days Inn, Sudbury 50 Brady st, for the welcome bag with cold water bottles, microwaveable poopcorn pk and candies - chocolate. Loved the surprise bag at check-in Great experience!!!

Property is a bit worn and dated. Smudges, scuffs, chipped corners, etc. Bathroom tiles unprofessionally installed, grout was dirty, fan was dirty/didn’t work. Continental breakfast was fine.

The room was absolutely not clean. There was still toothpaste in the sink from someone previously, and nobody has vacuumed behind any of the furniture. You can visibly see all the dirt, including a pill (hoping it was ibuprofen) that somebody else had dropped on the floor. The TV turned itself on at least 5 times which is incredible strange and unsettling, and the incidentals fee is $250 which is more than anywhere else I’ve been, and is way too much for the room we stayed in to begin with. The staff was nice enough, the room itself was… okay. We did not eat there so can’t comment on that.

Back entry to room filthy. Found it hard to believe any business would alow it to be this messy. No more than 30 minutes of work. Bedroom nice but what looks like and might be “black mildew” in tub corner.

The washroom and shower were beyond disgusting. There was mold throughout the shower. I have pictures, but this review does not allow uploads. The couch in the main area was torn and worn out. The mattress was very old and stained.

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. However the room was very run down. Peeling paint, black mould in the bathroom around the tub and on the bathroom ceiling, stains on the carpets, and on the linens. My pillow was also a flat as a board. The walls had partially patched walls and there was a drill hole in the door. The chair in our room had a giant stain.

1. Bathroom Safety - no grab rail in the shower and no non-slip surface on the tub, during shower it was ++slippery - either put something non-slip or put in a grab bar 2. Bathroom Safety - light switch for the bathroom was over by the door to the room, far from where needed and no night-light in the bathroom to assist with darkness when someone gets up during the night to use toilet 3. Pillows - all three pillows on bed were +++++flat, stacked on top of each other were thinner than the thickness of the comforter 4. Health and Safety - garbage stored under the stairs in a public facing area, some bags open with garbage coming out 5. Cleanliness of room - garbage under the counter in the bathroom (not in garbage can), sheets on the bed were wrinkled (I chose to believe just wrinkled and not used), floor by bed had several candy wrappers on it when we entered

The room was filthy, sofa cushion was torn up and the bedding was a mess. The toilet constantly ran. The indoor common areas and exterior areas were filled with construction debris such as toilets, broken furniture, mattresses and garbage. It basically looked like a homeless encampment and should not be graded with any star. We cancelled our reservation and went to another hotel.

Dirty carpets, mostuire in shower, hairs on floors and shower, dirty desk (hand print) and dirty tables at breakfast. Temperature setting was also broken so it was really. I will never go again.

While there were a large number of people checking in around 4:30pm they had two efficient front desk workers quickly checking everyone in. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had good quality Dove brand hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The free breakfast was adequate.

If you can, don’t take a room near the stairs or ice machine! Our room smelled of smoke and the ice machine made noises throughout the night. Our room had stains on the ceiling, the sink was plugged and the bathroom was very small. The breakfast was very good as usual.

The TV in our room did not work. When we contacted the front desk, they came to our room to try to help but were unable to. We kept waiting and then went to the front desk to seek help again only to find out that the person who was helping us had gone home. The second person couldn't fix the TV either. We had to ask for a new room. They are so understaffed at the front desk that all of this took 90 minutes to resolve and many trips to the front desk.

When I check in at 5:30 pm, this lady staff was on phone for a while even though I stood up front desk. She never give me any look. And after she hang off phone, just starring me without any word. I told her to check in then she said " I need ID" She was very unfriendly, impolite. And after that i went back to front desk toto update Membership number, she gave me annoying face look (kind of What do you want?). She shouldn't be at front desk at all. At least this gentleman kindly helped me to change a room and TV problems. If not i would give this place one star ✨️

Front desk was so helpful finding us a room on the ground floor because we were travelling with a baby, our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable , breakfast was really good too. This will be our go to every time we come to Sudbury

It is always a good experience to come to the days in in Sudbury. The rooms are always clean and relatively comfortable and the breakfast buffet is good for a continental. Staff is always kind.

This is a very good property to book for Sudbury, especially if you have a vehicle. Easy to access and amenities were very good! Would recommend this to anyone and will surely rebook there when visiting Sudbury again. Breakfast was very good with many selections available!

Clean room, friendly efficient service but an odd building design with no elevator to the second floor and only one practical staircase as room keys do not unlock doors leading from parking lot to peripheral staircases. Pedestrian access to downtown through an underpass you need to jaywalk across the highway to get to. Not a good underpass for nighttime use.

It's in the centre of Sudbury but away from the poorer area. It's a little awkward to walk around because you have to cross a very busy road, but once I figured it out, I had my running route planned.

A lot of renovations, looks good. However while checking in there was a drunk man hanging out at the counter talking to the staff member. He approached me and my child, didn’t give us space. Across the street is a homeless encampment. Breakfast was really good. Probably one of the best I have been too while on my trip.

The only reason I gave this place a rating of 3 was because the continental breakfast in the morning was awful. The staff couldn’t keep up with replenishing it, the bacon was so crispy it crumbled in my mouth.. if you fix the minor issues there - it would be a great place.

The breakfast was seriously depleted by the time We went down at 9am. The fresh fruit was not replenished. The eggs and potatoes (tater tots) were less than appetizing. It was better the second day when we went down just after 7am and things were still in supply. Need another staff person at breakfast to replenish supplies.

The hotels has a restaurant and its wonderful! A 10/10 experience the food was great the service was great, it was better then Montana’s! The only thing i would say is that the room we had needs some maintenance. The bathroom especially, the bath was in rough shape, i wouldn’t of let me child go in, rusted corners. But i would definitely go again because i was treated with a wonderful staff!

Clean and comfortable room at a great price point. The continental breakfast is great and also we really enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. Only reason for the 4 star is because they are in the middle of renovations. We look forward to seeing the improvements as we will definitely be booking here again when we attend medical appointments in Sudbury

The restaurant meals that my husband and I ordered was terrible!! It was not worth the money that they charged! Overpriced!! Morning free buffet was ok. Extremely disappointed!!
