The lady who does breakfast is exceptional. Friendly and keeps her station spotless and loaded up with items. The hotel should be very proud to have her. I didn't see her name, but having stayed at this hotel a few times she is the regular lady here.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The room had a strong, musty odor that was so unpleasant we went out and bought an air freshener almost immediately. The furniture, bed, carpet, and refrigerator all appeared old and badly in need of updating. The lighting in the room was also terrible—lamps everywhere with extremely bright white bulbs that made the room feel anything but comfortable or relaxing. The coffee in the breakfast area was equally disappointing. We didn’t risk the free breakfast after seeing the coffee machine. Thankfully, there was a Dunkin’ Donuts about half a mile away. What really made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff. From check-in, they came across as dismissive and unhelpful, to the point that we simply avoided dealing with them for the remainder of our stay. Overall, the room felt dated, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained, and the service did nothing to improve the experience. I would not stay here again.

Everything was surprisingly good. Clean, nice breakfast, 24/7 coffee or tea. Excellent stay for the low price. Great restaurant right up the street was an added bonus. (I can't recall the name but it was in a catering center about half a mile away)
