Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. I found that my hair dryer didn't work and they replaced it immediately no questions asked, overall I was just very happy with my stay there.

Stayed 1 night

First of all, this hotel does NOT have an elevator. I did not realize this when checking in until we were bringing our stuff in to our room for the night. My husband is disabled and we travel with 2 dogs, so this was problematic. A maintenance guy helped us get our wagon for gear and luggage up to our room. But the stairs were hard on my husband. The carpet on the stairs is really old and worn. The stairway smelled like pot. When we got to our room, it was HOT. It was 85°. One of the bedspreads had stains on it. The corner bedskirt on the other bed looked like something threw up on it and just got wiped off. The room was obviously a “pet room” but when they are charging me almost as much for my dogs to stay in the room as what it cost for just my husband and I, we expect better than this. I didn’t even want to walk across the carpet in my bare feet. Ultimately, I do NOT recommend this hotel at all. Especially if you are traveling with pets. We have stayed in way nicer hotels with our dogs for less. They should be ashamed of themselves. I’d understand if they were a newer and nicer hotel. They’re not even close. I’d rather sleep in my car than stay at this hotel ever again.

We stayed in room 108 and it had an unpleasant smell. We informed the front desk when checking out

A good bed and clean room. The bathroom is especially nice for someone with physical disabilities. My only complaint was the $100 charge to my card for incidentals. I’ve never had that done before; they remove it after cleaning the room but by then a traveler is long gone for a dispute.
