The front double doors were deplorable. Fingerprints, smudges, very dirty. The outer landscaping was very bad. Needed definite TLC. I was placed on the interior 2nd floor and no elevator. I’m 79 years old and that’s a hard task. He should have seen that I was older and needed a room better accessible.The desk clerk was kind to carry up my bags.

Out of order signs on pool and soda machine. Construction/ renovation items in lobby. Rooms for pet owners were comparable to staying in someone’s basement without a dehumidifier. Room was clean and adequate for our short stay.

There was black mold all through the entire room. There were pubic hairs all over the bathroom. The room was very, very dirty, and the smell was horrendous. The bathroom was so dirty. We couldn’t shower in it.

This was one of the most terrible hotels I've ever booked. The lobby smelled musty and heavily of air freshener to cover the bad smell. The room was worse. It smelled awful, there were brown specks on the bathroom towels, and there was a liquid outline from a cup on the night table. Was the room even cleaned? I am sensitive to mold, and I could feel the effects of the room in my lungs almost right away. The front desk was not helpful. I had to ring the bell for the desk attendant for about 5 minutes before he showed up. I told him I wanted to cancel the booking because of the dirtiness and smell of the hotel and he said he could not do that. I contacted hotels.com and have yet to hear back about a refund. You should not even consider staying here. We ended up staying at the Holiday Inn Express about 20 minutes away. It was a bit more expensive, but worth it to stay in a clean, fresh room.

We stay here frequently but this time was horrible unfortunately, our room was dirty and we found a shirt and eye gels from previous people who stayed there and popcorn kernels on the floor and the bathroom area was filthy! I would of complained to a manager but a 16 year old kid was not caring about anything!

It was a cheap rate but a terrible time, I arrived ready for a Zoom call, their internet failed me, the room was cold, the heater did little. I literally walked out, gave back the card key and said, refund me, I'm going up to street to the Holiday In Express. I expect my room payment and deposit to be fully refunded.

The property is fine, the hotel really needs up graded!! It stormed and the roof leaked on the bed, the curtain is broken so i had to put safety pins in it to keep it shut, the air conditioner is very noisy, sounds like a truck coming through!! The price was right, thank you!!

Price is right. In our room anything with a fan was making noise. The ac fan would make a loud noise every few minutes, the fan in fridge click like a card in bike spokes and the fan in the bathroom sounded like it might vibrate out of the ceiling. For real, other than that it was a decent room.

Off the highway hotel in decent condition so ok for a night or two stay. I am a repeat visitor however and noticed on this visit the wifi was barely working (weak and constantly dropped). Notified the person at the desk who claimed she didn’t know how to fix it. Additionally, I discovered the hair dryer did not work in my room at 4 am as I was preparing for an early departure. Will look elsewhere for next trip through the area.

The man checking me in asked if I was traveling alone. That’s terrifying. Then there was a rhythmic sound on the other side of the wall that sounded like a car alarm that never went off. I didn’t sleep at all.

The location is very secluded but is right next to a sheets and the turnpike which is convenient. We were there for an emergency visit due to a death in the family. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. The young man we saw most often was very kind and promptly responded with any question or need we had. We needed to use two extra blankets as we had kids with us during the trip. My brother-in-law also got a room for the first night of our stay and ended up taking one of the extra blankets for his 19-month-old. I completely forgot that the blanket was removed from our room and I got a call from the owner telling me he was going to charge me because they couldn't find it anywhere in our room. Explain to him that my brother-in-law took it and at first he denied anybody even staying on the second floor. Then he said there were only people staying in my room number. I said I could have my brother-in-law call and explain to him what happened. Then he said he was going to charge my brother-in-law that they did find the extra blanket. But now they're missing a quilt. It was just absolutely crap communication between their cleaning staff and front desk. They should have told me to bring them to the front before checkout if I knew any of this would have been an issue. We travel all the time with our kids and are regularly asking for extras. This is the first time I've been accused of stealing A blanket that in fact had stains all over it.

Do not stay at this property! In fact, Expedia should not even have it on the booking site. It is that bad! It started with the fact that a pre-check in was completed, but once we arrived, we had to do it all again. Night One--Absolutely no hot water! Had to take a cold shower. Spoke to management about this the next morning, and they said it would be fixed that day because several guests had complained about it. The soda machine and juice machine are both not working, and haven't been since June according to other reviews. We had to ask the front desk clerk, who was sleeping, for the correct number of towels and more toilet paper several days during out five night stay. The lack of towels and toilet paper for rooms must be common because the desk clerk pulled them out of a dresser located behind the desk. Twice the pancake machine was not working, and we had to call a worker to get them to come out and fix it because there was no one available at the desk. The breakfast was very sparse. Only had fresh fruit twice in five days. The bedspread on the bed had blood stains on it; bathroom tiles were cracked, and the jacuzzi tub didn't work because it was stuck in the shower position. Lamps only had one light bulb in them when they called for two. Overall, a very bad experience. So bad, that we will never stay in a Days Inn again. If we could have received a refund, we would have left after the first night. We think a refund from Expedia would be in order.

During the night my room lost power. In the morning I went to the front desk to let them know. I noticed rest of the building I was in had power so i suggested it was a breaker. Not only would the lady at the front desk not help me with this, she would not move me rooms. There was no one from maintenance and no manager working. I finally got her to call the manager when I was standing there so I could speak with them. I told them, due to not having any power, I was expecting atleast a partial refund. I was informed that the girl I was speaking with on the phone was an assistant manager and could not provide a refund. She took my information and said that the manager would reach out to me that evening. I have not received any correspondence. They kept insisting that it was the power company's fault and there was nothing they could do. This was obviously not true since the rest of the building had service and they could have put me in a room that had power or simply made it right with financial reimbursement or offered a complementary night (which I would have been reluctant to take). Honestly, reading my own review, it sounds made up. Who would think that they would be treated in such a way after paying to stay somewhere.

This was an okay place to spend a night during our travels through PA, on our way to New England. It was cleaner than expected, and the bed was pretty comfortable. There wasn’t much around the area for finding food/drink for dinner.

Stayed here for 8 days with my wife to ski and snowboard at 7 springs, Hidden Valley and Laurel Mountain. Great location close to dining places and bars with live music, coffee shops, bakeries, ski rental places and a snowboard/ski shop within a few minutes drive. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again.

Room was clean, staff was professional, and it was quiet. Great place to stay if you’re skiing at Seven Springs and want a cheaper alternative. There are restaurants and a coffee shop right next to this motel as well, very convenient.

We chose this motel because it had a pool for the kids, and unexpectedly needed to stop for the night. The pool was closed, front desk staff was not friendly, there were animal noises in the walls, and we could not use the air conditioner because the overwhelming scent of burning dust made us all cough and my daughter have a horrible headache. The breakfast was extremely limited. The bathroom was gross and none of us felt comfortable showering. If it hadn't been an unsafe neighborhood to be driving around very very late we would have gone elsewhere but we absolutely had to stop. To be honest - I've stayed at a ton of hotels and motels and this may have been our worst experience ever. I may have gotten two hours of sleep. Housekeeping lady was super duper nice though!!
