Amazing place to stay. We aleays choose this location over any other hotel around ennis area. We come a dozen or so times a year when at the races and they are so accommodating with us knowing we are in and out at odd hours. Never had any negative issues, although if we did im sure it would be successfully rectified!!! Also they offer secured parking for patrins with enclosed or just any tipe of trailers!!

Pleasant place, kept up well. Outside entry to guestrooms. Stairs, no elevator. Spacious room with large vanity. Tub/shower and toilet in actual bathroom. Fridge and microwave are handy. Nice looking outdoor pool and hit tub. Lots of food options nearby. Located near I 45 with easy access. We were well satsfied with value and amenities.

Though it’s an older property with doors on the outside (great for easy access to the car), it’s very well cared for by the family who owns it. Rooms have no carpet which is a huge plus—I wish all hotels did that! Bathrooms are updated also. The landscaping is beautiful, our kids enjoyed the pool and we all had a great breakfast. No complaints and I have bookmarked this Quality Inn and we will return the next time we make this trip!

Love this hotel!!!! This is the second time we've stayed there for a softball tournament! And we'll stay there every time we are in the area. Clean rooms, beyond friendly staff, big nice pool area, decent breakfast, and plenty of dining options within walking distance.

This was an older facility but maintained at the highest standard. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stay in lots of hotels but this was above a standard cookie cutter. It is rare to see pride in ownership. They did the very best with what they hsd. Lawns were maintained and kitchen staff even made our waffles. We would highly recommend.

The hotel is older, but we'll maintained. Our room was spotless and neat. I talked to an employee at breakfast (who bussed my table and offered to make me a waffle, by the way) and he said this is a family run business for years. From my perspective it is clear they prioritize quality in everything they do.

It was close to downtown so that was good. The 3rd floor had a musty smell and my room on it had a terrible smell like water damage. I had maintenance check the room but he said that was normal in Texas. The clerk who checked me in only enabled my key to work for one night on a two night stay.

This is a nice, family owned hotel. Very friendly and very clean. An older hotel so built with concrete, not wood. My room was very spacious, had a very comfortable recliner and the bathroom had been updated (nice). The best thing was the mattress on the bed-excellent. (I’ve been doing physical therapy for my back so appreciated such a high quality mattress.) Though the hotel is older and a little dated, it was exceptionally clean. It did seem like I felt some humidity that the air conditioner didn’t eliminate and the breakfast was just average but neither of those things would keep me from staying here again.

Things about this hotel that I really liked : 1) Very fast and friendly check in 2) Comfortable mattress and pillows 3) ADA compliant commode (higher than a normal commode ) 4) Hot water with adequate water pressure 5) Adequate and average hotel breakfast 6) Lots of food choices available within walking distance. 7) Relatively quiet despite being close to a freeway. 8) Clean Things I didn't like 1) The decor, which typically isn't that important to me, was very tired, and needs to be updated. Mildew stains above the bathroom door, and some of the wallpaper seams are coming apart. 2) Our front door was difficult to open at yimes...not all the time, but it would take 2 or 3 tries to get the door to open. 3) The bathroom sink bowl was cracked and looked like it was attempted to be repaired, but it just needs to be replaced. I would like to add that I would stay here again. It seems as though rennovations ate being made, but not all at once. When I close my eyes to sleep, it doesn't matter what the room looks like, but the mildew bothered me. Hopefully my review is objective, and you can decide for yourself whether you would stay here yourself.

Older hotel. Great service. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Room just stayed Damp. Had to keep a/c at 67 to keep comfortable. Convenient location but wouldn’t say safest area, but on par with other Ennis hotels.

The night desk lady went out of her way to be helpful when I checked in late at night after a long day of driving. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety and laid out very well. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathtub looked so clean that I decided to relax in the bath rather than take a shower in the morning. Considering all this and the price point, I would highly recommend. This was my second stay at a Quality Inn on this trip and I will definitely be looking for a Quality Inn the next time I need a hotel room. Both nights were good experiences and both hotels were consistent in what they offered and their condition.

Great super clean and updated room! Absolutely loved it and felt safe with the locks. The young gentlemen who assisted in bringing my heavy luggage upstairs were very professional, respectful and well mannered! I left a $10 tip for each young man! The lady at the front desk was so very kind and welcoming. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and a fabulous updated clean room. We will be staying there again in the near future!! I will recommend!

Service was amazing, I don't remember lady's name that checked me in , but I had forgotten picture ID but I had card I prepaid for room had my name on card and address on cmeck with my name so she helped me get it taken care of and paid for so friendly and helpful. She could tell I'd had a stressful day and worn out and then she took and walked me to the room. I couldn't have had a sweeter person. Everything was clean and very quiet even close to interstate no noise. And bed very comfortable.

We loved our trip and overnight stay at Quality Inn. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind when my daughter got sick in the middle of the night. I absolutely recommend them just based on the hospitality, but the comfort and cleanliness was superb as well.

Highly recommend this location! The Front Desk attendant was so welcoming upon check in and the their hotel mascot Shadow is absolutely adorable. The beds are comfy, rooms are clean and their morning breakfast was perfection. The hotel clerk in the breakfast area was so kind, he made my daughter the best tasting Texas waffle ever. He was so courteous and made us feel right at home. The premises is very beautiful and country chic! Plenty of areas to sit back and relax and enjoy nature in their pool and patio areas. Stop by this little gem! It’s close to all the shopping and restaurants. We went for a family funeral and this spot was just what we needed. Thank you so much from McAllen Texas!

Every staff member I encountered was incredibly polite. Check in was super easy and the location was perfect. Just seconds away from Walmart and dining. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

The only complaint we had was the political news channel being played in the public eating area. Weather, sitcom, reading rainbow... literally anything else would have been better. It was very annoying to be subjected to political nonsense when trying to eat. Other than that the place was clean, cool, and quiet and we enjoyed our rest.
