The pool was closed the day we got there. I had to request clean towels, they would only replace every 3 days. I ran out of body wash, when they brought more they left it on the toilet instead of installing it in the bracket in the shower.

Stayed here for the pool and breakfast. Pool was adequate but had many cracks and trip hazards. Breakfast was edible, sausages and egg omletes were luke warm, bread was hard, pancakes were good, coffee was good. They had milk, juice, hb eggs, yogurt, oatmeal cinnamon rolls and muffins that were good. My mattress was terrible. Room was on the top floor and VERY quiet.

This Holiday Inn was a great location, with a Safeway grocery store next to it, very close drive to convenient areas with stores, restaurants & scenic sites, beautiful view along the Clackamas River; staff was very friendly & helpful, the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of hot & cold food choices, rooms were clean & spacious, beds very comfortable, nice fitness center, indoor pool & hot tub, easy accessible parking….stayed here for four nights for a wedding in Oregon City (less than 10 minute drive away)…..highly recommend this hotel

This hotel was disgusting. We arrived late at night and were looking forward to sleeping, but discovered a beetle infestation on the inside of the curtains and on the window and floor below. There were at least 15 beetles that we had to get rid of in order to sleep. Even the pool area and hallways had bugs, the pool had them crawling up underneath the edge, it was terrible.

Check in staff and breakfast staff we very pleasant. We do not like overflowing wastebaskets in our room and no dirty towel pickup. We had to get additional bath towels for day two and were given bath mats and hand towels instead of bath towels because they weren’t not available. We are missing the precovid roomservice

There hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a month. The bathroom had hair all over. We noticed many of the doors looked like someone had tried to pry bar in. This looks like a old hotel that was half way tried to remodel but feels old and dirty. Not your typical holiday inn.

It is a pet free hotel. Our couch was riddled with pet hair. Only stayed one night. I left a drink on the night stand & in the morning our beds & night stand was in golf with ant!!!🐜 Crawling everywhere! Got into all our covered packaged food! Went to get the front desk lady patrishia to come look and she said there was no manager there & she didn’t need to see it but she would call a housekeeper to come. I’m like really! Nope I’m out! Packed up and left!!! So angry & now I feel like I have bugs on me & in all our stuff! 🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜

The room was great, beds comfortable, large sized tv, bathroom was small but the sink was separate outside the bathroom. Everything was neat and clean. Our room had a view of a small river. The breakfast had a variety of items that were tasty. Great cinnamon rolls! The hotel was undergoing a renovation which I think was really needed because the carpets were dirty and the grout in the floor tile was discolored. I’m glad they are replacing those items. In its present condition I would give it a 7.

Our room was dirty. There was trash in the sink. Hair on the toilet and in the shower. Hair on the bathroom sink. Dust everywhere, and cobwebs in the window. I woke up with several bites on the back of my arm, unknown from what. The cistomer service at the front counter was great, but the cleanliness of the room was not.

Bathroom fans don't work so get ready for no ventilation. One of the beds had a opening like it was broken and split you could feel in your mid section throughout the whole night! Not comfortable. When i told them about the fan, they said it works but not well. It didn't seem to work.

Comfy beds, the ladies that were working the front desk were super nice. The room was LOUD- bc of the freeway and train tracks that must be just behind the building- even with ear plugs I wile up multiple times.

Rikki at the front desk is top notch! When we arrived to check in, there was a huge line of people waiting and only one "Rikki" working the desk! She handled herself so well, maintained her composure, was very helpful, and super sweet considering the circumstances!

Third or fourth time I’ve stayed here. My first room had hair from the previous guest in the shower, I notified the women at the front desk and she quickly got me into a different room. Overall good stay will definitely stay again.

Aside from the freeway noise, there was a VERY loud group of kids (little league or something) early in the morning waking everyone up by yelling and running up and and down the halls. Props to the employee for sitting the adults down in the lobby after the fact to make it clear this was not acceptable, but there were a lot of disgruntled guests that morning. She appeared to be the only employee in the place all night which seems like poor security. The back door near the pool was propped open the entire time we were there which also seems like a safety issue.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Holiday Inn express. The staff were very accommodating and very kind. The breakfast bar was varied and had lots of delicious options. The coffee was good and fresh. I was there for a family emergency so I didn’t get time to swim in the pool, but it looked fabulous. I would definitely come back and stay again. Highly recommended

Very good value. Basically what you'd expect based on price and online photos, but especially clean/new compared to similar hotels. Next to Safeway for easy grocery shopping. Great breakfast given it was included/free... pancake machine was interesting (haven't seen that before).

Nice rooms, quiet location, friendly staff. One concern - the toaster in the breakfast area has been broken for the past 6 weeks or so - it’s not a good look to leave it in disrepair.
