Great for families in the summer time. Perfect for just slowing down and relaxing. Could you some improvements such as gutting the bathroom and redoing it? Replace carpeting.

This hotel is fine. The location with the view is lovely. The only disappointment was with the listing photos on Hotels.com. The large building in the first photo makes it seem like this is the hotel. It's not. It's a beautiful building that houses the lobby and maybe staff rooms? Or, maybe it has higher price point rooms that I didn't see on the listing. The actual hotel is a 2-tiered strip hotel that looks like it dates back to the 50s when that was the norm. The room was nice, and the view was lovely. I'm usually really good about going elsewhere than Hotels.com to research hotels and see what they actually look like, the location, etc. I didn't do that this time. Hotels.com puts some misleading photos on their site to make the hotel look better and not what they look like in real life.

The hotel looks nothing like the impression created by the photos online. Our rooms were extremely dated and worn, and the whole property felt more like an old roadside motel than a 4-star hotel. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant, with visible dirt and grime in the shower that was simply unacceptable. We were so disappointed with the condition and cleanliness that we checked out after the first night despite having paid for two. Beautiful oceanfront location, but the hotel itself was a major disappointment.

This is a high end Motel 6 with a beautiful beach view. If you keep your expectations low you’ll be surprisingly happy.

Great location in a relaxed atmosphere. A nicely appointed coastal vibe room, although the bathroom was definitely in need of an upgrade. The hotel is only 10 minutes from town no the ocean views were spectacular.
