What a great mountain! Free buses everywhere make it so easy. This place was perfect for me and my husband. Loved the outdoor hot tub and sauna/steam room. Overall great place!

Nice little property. We found out last minute that we needed to take are kids I had booked it for two adults the listing says it sleeps 4 but we had to pay and extra $200 for are 3 children to sleep there, owner stated it wasn’t a very child friendly rental but we found the kids loved the pool, hot tub and walking paths. Location was great

The place was great. Very clean, very quiet, and peaceful. The unit is stocked with almost everything you need. The only advice I'd offer is, if you plan on using the pool or hot tub, absolutely make sure you read your messages from the host and give her the names before you arrive. Especially if you stay on the weekend because the HOA is closed and there's absolutely NO way to contact them to get amenity passes and she doesn't just automatically get them for you.

Arriving at the rental we were quickly disappointed. There was a musky odor to the place. The furniture in the living area was uncomfortable with very little tv and no DVR to compensate. The sliding back door didnt lock leaving us feeling unsafe. The bedroom was the worst part. The pictures made it look bright and clean. But we found gross stains on the lounge chair and the white bedding was brown and dingy along with the pillow shams. They hadnt been washed in quite awhile. The sheets were very old and rough. Thankfully we brought our own pillows and a few blankets. We did not want to use the ones provided. There was No natural lighting and it was very dark inside. In the kitchen there were 2 washcloths available both were by the faucet and looked like they had been used and not washed. The most upsetting part of our stay was that we were discriminated against for having a service dog due to one of the guests having seizures. Per VRBO and state/federal laws, service animals are not animals. They are there to help someone with health conditions and or physical disabilities. If she were educated in the laws and with the laws of VRBO, she would know this. Per VRBO I did not have to disclose that we had a service animal. The host tried to make us leave with 2 hours notice by 5pm with no where to go and charge $200. VRBO verified she could not legally do this. The service dog is well trained and did NO damage.We left the condo as clean as when we arrived if not cleaner.

We stayed in this condo when we came to Sun Valley to do a gravel bike race. The condo was conveniently located close to trails, restaurants and local attractions. The building was quiet and comfortable. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The size was just perfect for the two of us. The owner was helpful and accommodating. We would love to stay there again if we return to the area.

This was a great home base for me and my wife while hiking and fly fishing in the Sun Valley area. The condo had everything we needed and the kitchen was stocked adequately for when we wanted to cook in for some nights. This condo would be small for more than 2 people, but is a place we would definitely book again next time we visit the area. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Over the years we have stayed in perhaps a dozen condos in Indian Springs. For two people, this first floor condo ranks as one of the nicest. The very small deck has a pleasant, cool, shady view of the small pond. It is equipped with thoughtful, useful accessories in the kitchen and bath.

My wife and I stayed 11 nights for a ski trip. The space was perfect for a couple. We loved having the fireplace, and the holiday decorations were a nice touch. The location is very convenient to the blue and red buses that go into town as well as Bald and Dollar mountains for skiing. Kim was very responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Several days skiing with my college age son. Not much snow, but still a great time, and this little condo was the perfect spot. Communication was great, check in was super easy, and condo was exactly as advertised (only better). I would definitely stay again.

The unit was sparkling clean and comfortable. Everything was provided to make our visit so relaxing and enjoyable. The back yard setting off the patio is peaceful and lovely. It\'s convenient to the walking paths and, if you want to use the free city bus, the bus stop is just a short walk away. There will definitely be a "next time" for us!

This condo was PERFECT!Clean, cozy, and convenient. The bed had a comfortable mattress with nice linens, and the bathroom had soft cudly large towels. There were amenities like good lighting throughout, well equipped kitchen, and nice size tv with ample channels. We wholly enjoyed our week long stay, and highly recommend it. If we are lucky enough for a return visit to Sun Valley, we would love to stay in this lovely condo again.
