Asked to park in front and told reserved for diamond members. Parking lot was empty. Came out the next morning and 3 windows broken, pistol, checkbooks, and travel bag stolen. $1400 in glass damage for a $250 pistol. Cameras are of no use, too grainy. Room was decent. 14 hour trip home with no back window.

My stay was comfortable and quiet. My room was clean. I enjoyed having the parking close to the building. Staff was friendly. I didn't grab breakfast as it was provided at the conference. There was also adequate restaurants and shopping nearby.

We woke up at 3:30am itching and found two bed bugs which we put in a plastic bag and took to the front desk.We packed and left. My husband is highly allergic to bed bug bites. We were assured the rental on our room would be refunded.

The property was clean & the staff was nice. However, the bathrooms need to be renovated. The shower walls were cracked. We moved to a 2nd room & the shower walls in that bathroom were cracked & looked just as bad. Otherwise, the hotel was fine

Drove into the hotel and the entrance was block and there was a 10 foot hole at the entrance. Had to drive around to the back. Also, checked in and the shower in the room was a handicap shower and we are not handicaped. A/ C in the room was very noisey.

We reserved a room online. Upon arrival 30 minutes later; after reserving while driving, the clerk was rude, acknowledged my reservation, but said they were booked and that should have blocked my reservation. She then said she couldn't help bc I booked with a third party. I asked why she didn't call and let me know...she said she was "busy".

Arrived at 3;30 pm to check in. I was told the system was down and they had no idea when it would be up and running they cant make keys. I went next door to the Hampton Inn they make there keys "in house" had a nice stay.

Check in time is 3 pm but was told my room was not cleaned and ready. Was told that it would be ready in about 30 minutes. Came back 45 minutes later and was given keys to the room. When we got to the room it was still not cleaned and the maid service did stop cleaning another room and started on cleaning my room. So about 4:20 the room was ready.

The front desk employee (Melvina) was rude and unfriendly, not suited for interaction with weary travelers. She got mad at me because she was unable to see the writing on my driver's license. It is very clear. Every person I've given it to on this family vacation, besides Melvina, has been able to easily read it. Get glasses and a welcoming attitude. Better yet, replace Melvina with someone who wants to be there and be a smiling face to weary travelers.

((Traveler Beware)) Be very very careful when dealing with this staff from this property! They’ve charged me twice because I used Expedia when I booked and when I caught on to it through my debit card institution and contacted them on my OWN behalf, they’re were not willing to reverse the charge from their mistake. If you have to stay at this property be sure to pay with cash only because the staff will not help you.

When we arrived, the area looked so unsettling that we left. Of course non refundable booking but it was not worth risking staying in that area. We had to stop our car and uhaul trailer to wait for more than 10 homeless people to move off the street. They were blocking the entire street both directions

We stayed here on our way to Florida. The hotel is reasonably priced. It’s right off the highway. The hotel itself and the area were quiet. All in all, got a good night’s sleep and a much needed rest on the long drive.

my comforter had a huge stain on it. when I asked for a replacement, I was NO! We removed the sheets. I went to Walmart purchased my own. The rooms are really smaller than what is advertised on the site. (Really small). the free breakfast end at 830 not 0900 as the sign clearly states in the breakfast area. When asked the employee shook her head and replied it's over no more. food.
