The hotel room was very clean and nice. Check in/out staff were very friendly. The gym was big and even had a sauna. The only suggestions I have is to have hooks in bathroom to hang towels. Also needs a place in shower to put your soap. But I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Our stay was good. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great every morning, but I wish bacon was an option! Parking is a bit tight in the evenings. There’s a mall across the street for shopping and a lot of dining options around the property which is great!

Friendly staff! I got an upgraded room with multi-shower head and it was amazing. They have a good size workout facility with a sauna. Complimentary breakfast was great!

The room was not very clean. The floors were so Sticky that you had to wear shoes and you could hear them sticking to the floor. The shower was also dirty.

Only issue we had was our room surfaces were not cleaned very well. Both nightstands had cup rings on them. The shower had hair on the wall. The mirror didn’t seem like it had been cleaned in a while. Also, I noticed blue toilet cleaner on the toilet seat.

I was impressed with how clean the hotel was. The lobby and downstairs restrooms and our room and bathroom were spotless. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Will choose this hotel for future stays in this area.

The entire place was very clean and nicely decorated. The ladies at the front desk were not only extremely helpful, but remembered my name and details I mentioned in passing, The rooms smelled faintly of essential oils, not antiseptic or pine, but were very clean. Over-all, an excellent experience.

I had issues with the deadbolt not latching in room 203 as it doesn’t go into the door jam. I also had a person across the hall from me coughing all night and it felt like they were in the room with me. Very loud gagging and coughing in 202. The walls are super thin so I was unable to rest after arriving at 4am and having to get back on the road at 10. The lady at the service desk who I called ahead to tell her my arrival time would be in the middle of the night so everything she could to ensure a smooth check in but the system went down at 4am and I arrived shortly after so that caused some issues. Breakfast was plentiful so thankful for that. The AC was loud and cycled on and off all night. Needs servicing or something.

The entire staff was professional and kind. The rooms were very modern and clean. The feel of the atrium gave you the feel of being in a 5 star hotel. It was very inviting. People made me feel like my needs were important. I will definitely be returning here!!

Excellent beds, renovated rooms. A bit rundown in hallways and lobby but these areas did not impact my stay. Really nice gym, coffee available all day. Surrounding area is OK but has all necessities.

I arrived ahead of standard check-in but was still delivered a nice room very quickly. The room was very clean with plenty of towels in the bathroom, ample outlets for plug-ins and a comfortable bed. I had prompt follow-up with email and in-person asking if anything else was needed. When I asked for a hair-dryer, it was delivered within two minutes. All staff were courteous and helpful. Great experience overall!

This was a terrible experience with the front desk manager. I asked for a late checkout for my son given he has insomnia and didn't get into the hotel until 12:30 am. They said they would only do noon. I asked for 2 pm which the previous hotel (a Hampton Inn, Louisville) was kind enough to do, but she said no and would charge me. I talked with the manager and said we would pay the $99 tax fee for an additional 2 hours so he could sleep. At noon the manager came banging on his door, telling him to get out and that no arrangement was made for an additional day. She was so rude and inflexible, so he got up and left, even though we were going to pay! I will be sure to put a terrible review on their website!!

Hotel was very friendly and helpful. My father had a medical emergency and had to call ambulance. Lisa at the front desk and other guests were angels. Lisa the type of employee all businesses need. Thank you so much for all your help with my niece, concern about my father, and being so helpful throughout the ordeal and next day. Lisa you are an Angel from heaven.

When i checked out i forgot to ask for my cash deposit (for incidentals) back. I did not remember until several hours after i had checked out that i didnt get my deposit back. Luckily i was still in the general area when i remembered and i was able to go back and get it. If i hadnt remembered then, i wouldve driven 3 hours back home without it. A better system needs to be implemented at checkout, as the associate who received my room keys did not ask me or check anywhere to see if a deposit should have been returned to me.

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are a nice size with a very comfortable bed with nice linens. The rooms have been updated with new flooring and furnishings. Small improvements could elevate the hotel overall. Interior doors and door frames need to be painted; light blocking shade doesn't cover the full window; electrical outlets didn't work on one side of the bed. If these things could be fixed it would raise overall satisfaction. I would stay here again. Location is right off Hwy 75 making it very convenient.

Nothing overwhelming, just a place to stay the night. It is near a railroad so expect horns blasting in the middle of the night. Bathroom was kind of small, so if it's more then 2 people in the room you might look elsewhere. Front desk staff was not available when needed.

We loved the updated room. The bed was comfy. But don't bother with breakfast. Very hard biscuits and gravy with a weird taste. Not even any real juice. Orange-ade? REALLY? It's just bad. Selection of food was poor.The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

We checked in late at night, but there was an attendant there at the desk who was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was okay..was a bit disappointed that there wasnt any hot sauce or black pepper which i like to put on my eggs. My husband enjoyed the peach juice. Coffee was good, just really tiny cups. Overall we would stay again, just might treat ourselves out to breakfast.

Check in was fast, the staff was nice. The room was clean. The bed had 4 pillows and the mattress was memory foam, we slept good. The free breakfast was on point every day. My only complaint was the coffee was weak. Of back in Macon, tho will be my hotel of choice.
