Disappointed they closed the indoor pool which was the reason I booked here.There was a hole in the walll by the bed.The toilet seat was loose every time you sit on it it moved.The pool being not open should have been disclosed I wouldn’t have booked there.odd rooms in the building have sound of highway all night.Breakfast ok sausage/eggs not real tasty but filling stairway carpet dirty.

Toilet did not work at check in room 100, maintenance had to come out twice. Racks in bathroom for towels rusty. Toilet seat was loose and hard to sit on without it sliding around. Breakfast continually ran out of eggs. Breakfast ended and 0900-0915 the 2 days I was there, they just started cleaning and putting everything up. Ice machine downstairs broken, had to go to 3rd floor, something black in ice on 3rd floor looks like mold.

The pool wasn’t open & they didn’t mention it. The guy who worked overnight was very unprofessional & unfriendly. He tried to insinuate that a “black” guest, stole the container for ice. She had only asked where theirs was & he responded “You probably stole it.” He was also rude to my daughter & her guests. They constantly complained of how uncomfortable he made them feel. The breakfast was gross by the way.

Sadly pool was actually not available. Staff were very nice and facility clean. Hoping they fixed the coffee machine - malfunctioned morning we were leaving. Staff member worked hard to fix but it appeared to be more complicated than a quick fix!

Although it was clean, not a great stay. The bed had squeaky springs. The smoke detector started beeping loudly at 6:30 am every 20 seconds. When we told the staff at checkout, they said nothing. The shower leaked water in the floor. The ice machine did not work. The vending machine was empty. The soda machine was unplugged. Probably will not stay here again.

Booked based on this property having more good reviews than bad as of recent dates.. this is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! Please do not stay here. The clerk at check in was very kind, but when I got to our room it was very late after driving many hours… the bed had dirt on sheets, there were TWO small dead cockroaches on the sheet under the comforter. The floors were dirty as well! This prompted us to check the mattress to ensure we weren’t going to pick up bed bugs, and after unzipping the mattress cover… there was a very large blood stain on the mattress that was quite gross. The halls reeked of marijuana and the breakfast was practically inedible. I usually give placed the benefit of the doubt but this was not pleasant. We checked out after a few hours of sleep and hit the road to our destination as we were just not comfortable with staying any longer.

Our room was clean.The staff helped me find a phone charger and welcomed us with water & & crackers. Most of all, our bed was comfortable.Great stay for the price and going to a concert at the amphitheater.

There was no one at the front desk when i arrived to ck in, i waited like 5-10mins before someone came in from outside. The room was clean the pillows and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was horrible, bagels were rock hard the bananas werent ripe and the coffee was watered down. And there were roaches.

Juice machine next to the collection of lamps sitting on the dining room floor was out of order, which was the only thing I considered consuming from that place. I stayed here a year prior and had no issues, but it’s awful now. Hopefully the remodel brings it back

The front desk staff and breakfast were both good. But we couldn't sleep! The loudest road noises we've ever had, and we travel a bunch! Even with a sound machine and additional white noise on my phone you could still hear the freeway...even at 2am. The hotel room was disappointing as well. Small and uncomfortable. Broken bathroom door, mold on the shower light fixture, the AC wouldn't stay on. How this hotel scored 8 on expedia I have no idea. We were very disappointed.

Despite the hotel description, rooms are NOT soundproof. You can hear everything going on outside of your door or down the hall. Likewise, if you walk down the hall you can hear others in their rooms. I was there with my kids and our floor reeked of marijuana. Two of the three nights we were there someone was in the stairwell, which echoes loudly, and was talking and laughing really loudly until 2 and 3 in the morning. There are other issues, but I’ll stop there. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Front desk acted like my checkin was an inconvenience to her. I was at the counter in the middle where the shelf is. She made me walk to her with my documents instead of getting out of her chair to assist me. The facility isn't clean. The base of the bed was some cheap metal/tin that made a metal popping noise anytime I sat down or got up. The toilet tank cover was some random tank cover that wasn’t made for the toilet. Lots of caulking to mask flaws and funk. My stay was intended to break up my long drive so only overnight or I would’ve looked for another facility.

When we arrived the desk manager, Mr. Patel, was so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they're putting a lot of care into switching owners. He gave us a little treat bag and check in was easy. We were driving and stopped here for one night so you don't expect much. But not only was it clean and friendly, the beds and pillows were actually comfortable! Like real pillows and blankets! I know y'all know what I'm saying. For the price this place was the Taj Mahal of 2 star hotels. Hot breakfast free in the morning and Mr. Patel was there in the morning fixing an issue in his street clothes. That's care and dedication people!

The staff here is STELLAR!!! I want to thank each and every employee, from the folks at the front desk, to the service crew and the gal who sent me in the right direction for what I needed from a store... I hope the owner of this property realizes what an asset he has in these people. I have stayed at far more expensive properties and gotten far less customer service. Thanks again, y'all, I really appreciate all you did!

I was so pleasantly surprised! I was expecting average and got exceptional SERVICE!! The staff at this property was EXCELLENT!! Kirby, Mike and the other gal at the front desk, along with housekeeping folks all went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. So, the property is the property, but the staff MADE THE STAY!!! My only complaint was the coffee...it was really weak, but the staff is really strong on customer service!! Thank y'all so much!!

This hotel had more than exceeded my expectations for an on the road overnight stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We came in late evening and really liked that the staff gave us a small welcome chip and more importantly a list of area restaurants with their closing times. A big help. The halls smelled of new paint not pot ( a rarity recently;). The room was efficient, clean and air cold) . The bathroom had a european type shower ( no bath). The bed had white sheets ( my preference) and was very comfortable. Lastly a nice variety of staple breakfast foods and coffee/water available 24/7 .

Stopped here for the night on our way to Florida from Michigan. Easy to locate through app to book the room. Price was affordable, staff was pleasant upon our arrival. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Free breakfast was typical but still nice to fill up before hitting the road. Would definitely stop again if in the area

This property looks nothing like the photos. We felt well and truly tricked! The reviews are just not honest. When we arrived and saw tables with tissue under them to stop them rocking, abandoned vending machines, lamps lined up in the dining room and the shabby condition we knew we’d messed up! The sliding door to the bathroom had what I can only imagine was vomit on it. It must have been open so wasn’t noticed to be cleaned. The carpet was sticky. The pillows smelt so we had to sleep with a towel on it. The rooms are so old and shabby. Breakfast was a complete joke!!! And it was 7am -9am on a Sunday. We couldn’t wait to leave. We paid $120 for this room and were totally ripped off!!

Toilet did not work at check in room 100, maintenance had to come out twice. Racks in bathroom for towels rusty. Toilet seat was loose and hard to sit on without it sliding around. Ice machine downstairs broken, had to go to 3rd floor, something black in ice on 3rd floor looks like mold.

Super nice staff. Great woman who checked us in. Room was better tha we expected. Updated and clean. Need a clock for me, i cannot see the microwave clock at night. Minor. Breakfast was wonderful and they were constantly cleaning and replenishing the hot foods.

Great roadside stop for one night, or maybe a couple days. Stay if you need to be in the area. Was very clean, and breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, plus the usual cold stuff. Right across from a huge shopping plaza with many restaurant options and a Kroger grocery store. The Direct TV went down during a storm, but certainly not their fault. AC/heat system in the room was a little unusual in that it would automatically switch from AC to heat if the room went slightly colder than your AC setting. I didn't really want the heat on in August just to increase the room by 1°, but I couldn't control that.

Hotel exceeded expectations for the price! Attendant was nice and friendly. Food was better than expected - they served waffles, eggs , sausage, yogurt, bagels, and more. Place had a musty smell, but was really clean. Bathroom was clean. Would stay again on a road trip.

There was no one at the front desk when i arrived to ck in, i waited like 5-10mins before someone came in from outside. The room was clean the pillows and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was horrible, bagels were rock hard the bananas werent ripe and the coffee was watered down. And there were roaches.

This hotel had more than exceeded my expectations for an on the road overnight stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We came in late evening and really liked that the staff gave us a small welcome chip and more importantly a list of area restaurants with their closing times. A big help. The halls smelled of new paint not pot ( a rarity recently;). The room was efficient, clean and air cold) . The bathroom had a european type shower ( no bath). The bed had white sheets ( my preference) and was very comfortable. Lastly a nice variety of staple breakfast foods and coffee/water available 24/7 .

Place is clean and the mattress was better than most places I have stayed. Seems to be a little dated but not bad. Eggs and sausage and other stuff for breakfast and it was good. Walls are a little thin so if kids are near or like to run inside you will hear them. Over all it’s not a bad place.
