Unfortunately, the hotel is currently doing a huge renovation and changing into another brand, therefore, the construction and the elevators needed to haul construcion items were unpleasant to say the least. The staff, especially, Rachel at check-in and Jackie in the dining room, at breakfast, which was delicious and freshly prepared, were both excellent.

They were in the middle of updating the place I guess( wish that was told to us before booking) there was water leaking at front door with a bucket m, 2 big industrial fans in the lobby, the elevators were janky and scary and they put us on the 3rd floor. One of the days the water was off from 10-530- so we had to go and find something to do for all that time instead of just relaxing in the room we paid for. So much construction noise going on couldn’t sleep in that’s for sure. There was a stain on the bed that was so noticeable when we walked in the room. Everything was just dirty. Our room was nasty- glad they are updating but maybe they should have closed and remodeled instead of charging full price for crappy rooms and inconveniences.

The hotel was very nice and had access to the beach and a lovely pool. The hotel charges $18 a night for parking even if you are a Hilton honors member. The restaurant was also pricey. The breakfast was good but the lunch options were limited and you could not go off menu at all.
