Wonderful staff, great hot breakfast, comfortable room, nice clean outdoor pool and quiet, safe outdoor setting. We had a sick family member on our trip, and the staff was exceptionally gracious and helpful. They were on top of any additional cleaning we requested and everything was done with excellence.

I have two small dogs and there is plenty of mowed field in back of property to walk them. Hotel also have poop bag stand out back for convenience. Hotel staff welcoming to my fury family.

The staff were excellent, but this place was a huge disappointment. The outdoor pool was disgusting. We chose this one because of the pool, so we were very sad we couldn’t utilize it. There was an oily looking sludge with hundreds of bugs just floating on the surface. The hotel was packed all weekend with kids and not a single one could get in the pool.

The pool water was green and had some type of foam on top, our air conditioner was almost governed, it was so hot in our room. The room had a foul odor, the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows may as well have been a sheet. The Hampton Inn next door was only $5 more and I wish I would’ve selected there instead. It is going to be a rough day at Cedar Point today.

Loved that the hotel was very quiet and well kept. The beds aren’t as soft or thick as I would have liked but they weren’t terrible. The overall cleanliness was good such as the bathtub, linens, pool, and main floors. However, the housekeepers definitely get lazy in spots they know aren’t being checked or are easily visible. I had to search for my AirPod and that’s when I found there was food, dirt, and trash under the bed frames and on the floors beneath the long curtains. This is concerning as it could bring about bugs. My daughter absolutely LOVED the complimentary Mrs. Fields cookies that were restocked at the front desk everyday so that was a huge plus. Staff was polite & smiled in passing. Also loved that the hotel is located near plenty of restaurants and stores as well as right down the street from Kalahari & Great Wolf Lodge. Definitely would stay here again!

Check in went smoothly. The shower stall in the room was a little dated and odd. The chair in the corner had a fabric covering and was dirty and stained. All the fabric covered boothes in the breakfast seating area were stained and dirty.

The front desk staff was great! Very nice and helpful! The hotel is older and a bit dated. The lamps in our room had weird rust stains and there was some black mold near the tub. I did also find a piece of dog food on the floor when we checked in. Beds were comfortable, room was a bit small, and the pool was very nice. All noises from the hallway were very loud. Kids running, yelling, and even just talking, you could hear everything.

From checking in to checking out, we were very pleased with our stay. Everyone we had any contact with was super friendly! This hotel is SUPER CLEAN!! Crisp white bedding. Crisp white towels!! The breakfast was outstanding. Cheese omelettes and sausage links were a great protein source. They had a good selection of breads as well. Yougurt. Cereals. Juices. Oatmeal.

The property itself.was fine. The breakfast, not so much! The sausage patties & Links looked raw ( microwaved maybe) . The eggs were cold. The 1st mornimg there was No OJ.. and 2nd morning there was only Canberry & water. Always coffee. The furniture in the dimning room were stained & disgusting. I fid not see sn attended whiping down tables/chairs.

Must’ve been some sort of convention going on cause there were about a dozen young girls running around the hallway and shouting and slamming doors until about 11pm. Our door was no barrier to it all as there was a 1/4” opening around it where the light actually shined through all night. Some damage to light shades as well

we had an overall good experience but on the website, the king bed suite is advertised with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot but the room did not have any of those amenities. we had brought food and drink that needed these appliances so it was a moderate inconvenience. the staff was very nice. only other complaint would be that the tv was very old, small, and far away from the bed. it was not a smart tv but luckily, we brought our streaming box. the wifi was spotty though, so it was blurry at times.

Ran our card for the stay early morning at check in, even though we selected pay at check in. Beds squeaked with every move, train come rolling through at 5am (sounded like a tornado), walls are paper thin and we heard doors slamming all night by neighboring rooms. Rooms aren’t as updated as the pictures appear. Breakfast was okay. Staff was super nice and checked in with us multiple times.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast and WiFi were both included and the hotel was reasonably priced. The only real complaint I had is the TV is quite old. You aren’t able to connect to Netflix on it, nor are you able to screen share from your phone or other device.

we were in the room at the end of the hall next to the back door and door for the stairs. and the entire night and early morning starting at around 5am all we hear is a squeeky door opening and the door slaming shut. horrible room placement especially with families, sine no sleep can be expected

Very friendly staff. The hotel and our room were very nice and recently updated. Great condition! Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel and location were quiet. We traveled with a dog and the extra fee was only $25. Great room and accommodations for an extremely reasonable price. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend and we would stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic! After arriving into the USA without our luggage due to a flight fiasco, we met Greg on Check-In who was extremely friendly and accommodating (helping us with some bathroom amenities until we could get to Walmart). The check-in process was good other than an issue with pre-authorising a foreign card but this was swiftly resolved. We arrived into our room to find balloons, a bag of goodies and a card signed by all the staff for my partner’s birthday - this wasn’t requested or expected so it really blew us both away after a terrible ordeal travelling across the Atlantic - we were very touched by this sentiment and will never forget this. The breakfast was really tasty - a little limited on hot options but still very good for what was there. We would recommend staying again - Greg really was a star and such a friendly person to speak with late at night or early in the morning.

The bed was super comfortable. I had work that I had to get done. I put the do not disturb sign on the door and they pretty much left me alone. I left my keys in the room one day and they were very helpful in resolving the issue.

Room was clean and no complaints there. Front desk person at check-in was polite but extremely slow and did not seem super confident in answers to my questions. I was charged for what seemed to be maybe one nights stay and an incidentals charge the morning I was scheduled to check in when asking the staff member of that's what it was she wasn't entirely sure. I kept an eye on my account and the charge was dropped and the other card we provided was charged appropriately for our stay.outside of the slowness to get checked in the stay was fine. About 20 minutes or so to Cedar Point which was the purpose of our trip so this spot was fine for us.

We recently drove up from Virginia for a trip to Cedar Point and stayed at this hotel – and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Rebecca, the shift manager, gave us a warm greeting upon check-in and even followed up shortly after we got to our room to ensure everything was satisfactory and to see if we needed anything else. That level of courtesy really stood out. During our stay, there happened to be a baseball team staying on the same floor, in the room right next to us. Honestly, we were amazed at how quiet and respectful the group was! Even when they had a late-night pizza gathering in the lobby that went on until 1am, it was contained, cheerful, and never disruptive — a real testament to how well the hotel manages its guests. At checkout, Art at the front desk was equally professional and polite. He took the time to ask how our stay was and genuinely seemed interested in our experience. Overall, we were 100% satisfied with every aspect of our stay — from the hospitality to the peaceful environment. Rooms were clean and up to date. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical of most mid-tier hotels, but there was limited seating and the actual seats were cloth and looked stained. The hotel is on a frontage road off a four lane road that is not marked, so it is easy to miss.

I’m not sure why they made it so difficult to get in and out of this hotel, but what a nightmare. Once we figured that out, check in and staff were great and room was great for what we needed. Bathroom sink needs unclogged. Room 119 also…please fix juice machine-you have to atleast have orange juice with breakfast. Thanks:)

room was clean and had appropriate amount of towels for the 4 of us. only complaints were about the breakfast: toaster didn't heat properly, no spray for waffle iron, and yogurt, butter, etc placed in melted ice was kind of gross to think of all the germs with peoples' hands dipping in to get their condiments.

I asked at the desk if breakfast was going to be restocked and was told it would be. Seemed to be only one person working front desk and breakfast. We turned to leave and got a look into the kitchen. The door was open. It was filthy. Boxes stacked, food spilled, dirty dishes….

We had a good 1 night stay. Staff were all friendly, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was a plus as everything was stocked and there was hot food (cheese omelet & sausage links). There were all the other normal options of muffins/bread/bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. The dining area was much nicer than the other hotels in the same price range in the same vicinity. Room was small and simple. The bathroom was decent size and there were 4 sets of towels, hand towels, and wash clothes already in the bathroom when we arrived. Overall it was a good stay and a good value. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean room and the staff was great. Breakfast oatmeal was not warm at all but the receptionist offered to microwave it for me. Husband said eggs were barely warm. Great back yard to exercise the dog.
