Bayfront Inn 5th Avenue

Nice pool area and great restaurant/bar. Room was very clean and comfortable plus we had a great view. Our King Suite also had 1 1/2 bathrooms! Very nice.

Located in the middle of everything. Walking distance to Tin City & luxurious 5th Avenue. Our room overlooked the bay and provided great sunrise and evening views. We loved the outdoor lounge area with its impeccable views and service. Bringing a swimsuit is a must for the indoor pool.

Located on the bay, within walking distance of downtown. Tiki bar adjacent to lobby dock and pool area has great food and entertainment.

Pool not nice Poor breakfast very bed organized !! They tell me breakfast start 6 o’clock and nobody was there before eight!! Only three items for breakfast if you want more you have to pay for!!

The location on the bay was beautiful. We had drinks and appetizers on the deck overlooking the water and the food and service were good. We felt the room cost was very affordable.

The elevator was broken and we have to take stars to our room with luggage no assistance and we are 76 and 70 yrs old Thanks

Great location, first room had water leaking through ceiling. Second room was on first floor by the stairwell which was noisy due to the elevators not working. Staff was great tho!

Great property! Very clean, delicious breakfast offered. It’s a little older building but offers great views of the bay.

The shower in our room had visible mold along the grout lines and corners, which was both unsightly and concerning for hygiene. We reported it to staff when we checked out, showing the photos we took. While the location, is one of the best, the mold issue is a serious lapse that needs to be addressed. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously to improve future stays. Also the included continental breakfast need to be improved

I will never stay here again. 1. Room phones didn’t work the whole 5 days we were there. We had to keep going down to front desk when we needed anything. 2. Housekeeping is HORRIBLE never cleaned bathroom floors. Never washed room floors. Our feet were filthy after getting out of the shower and walking in the room. Never picked up dirty coffee cups. Didn’t empty garbage. 3. Room key. We had to go to the front desk 4 times in a 5 day stay due to the fact that when we went to open our door, the key didn’t work. They had to reprogram 4 times for us. 4. Housekeeping never left us coffee for the next day. So we couldn’t call bcuz the phones didn’t work so then we had to go down again for coffee 3 days. It’s a nightmare. Spend a little more money and stay anywhere else. And with all these issue they didn’t even try to rectify them by adjusting my bill in any way. Never again.

The property was dated and not very clean. (Feet get black from walking in room.) Hallways are tiled and doors do not soft close. Front side of building faces really noisy street. Extremely noisy. We even had a sound machine to block it out and it was still so loud and continuous . I probably wouldn’t go back because of this problem. Otherwise…the staff is great (especially Noah!), proximity to everything and parking was excellent. Pool area was small but it was nice to have a heated pool to relax and enjoy the weather! Beautiful sunrises on the bay.

I liked the location but i didn't think it was very clean

Rooms were a bit dated, elevator was slow rooms were a little tight for 3 people, booked 2 harbor view rooms and the gave one of our away so we settled for city view and was supposed to get a credit and never received it. It was convenient to shopping and dining.

I was looking for a hotel with a great view that was also conveniently located near the office I needed to be at the next day—and Bayfront exceeded my expectations. The bayfront setting offered a stunning view, especially from the outdoor dining area, which was a beautiful place to relax. I stayed in a bayview room, and waking up to the sunrise over the water was truly a highlight. While the building is older, it has been thoughtfully updated with modern decor and a fresh, inviting feel. The AC worked perfectly and doubled as a soothing source of white noise. The bed was very comfortable and spotless, and the room itself smelled clean and fresh. Though the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, it was well-maintained, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. The overall atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to unwind. The staff stood out with their exceptional friendliness and hospitality, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant—the food was excellent. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance, which was a great bonus. All in all, Bayfront checked all the boxes for me. I would absolutely consider staying here again.

Great location, but to noisy at least our room was located facing the streets and you can hear everything from the outside, EVERYTHING. Also the walls are very thing and if you happen to be in a connecting room with the door in your room, you can hear like if the person is on your own room. My kids fell asleep at 9:00 pm and another family next to our room with kids and parents screaming until 11:00pm. That part was horrible and last at least for 1-2 hours. Besides the noise the rest was great, the restaurant, the staff super friendly, clean and the beds were comfortable.

The location is great. Walkable to 5th ave, shops and gulf of mexico. Our room was on the street side and was very noisy with car traffic until all hours of the night. We could hear the tv's from neighboring rooms as well.

The stay was enjoyable overall. The location is excellent, within walking distance of 5th Ave. However, the public WiFi was not working during our stay, which was inconvenient.

Please invest in quieter windows on the street side of the building. The traffic is very loud especially because it’s at an intersection with a ton of loud vehicles accelerating from a stop. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

No internet WiFi and kept telling me (as if I am stupid) how to connect my devices. It didn’t work. It also isn’t my device bc I tried with my phone my laptop and my iPad to no avail. Nice hotel but I travel for business and need WiFi.

Nice hotel, but even though they promised to refund one unused night due to a flight problem, confirmed by hotel.com and by the receptionist when I arrived... I never saw the refund and went back on their promise. Too bad, I go to Naples several times... I would go elsewhere. Very disappointed

property was very nice and very centric, but poor customer service. I had made reservation for two rooms through Expedia and days before the trip, one of my rooms got cancelled. upon calling the hotel, I was told they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do to help. The room I was left with had a pull-out couch but no sheets for it. The hair dryer in the bathroom was very sticky. We were a large group, all staying at this hotel, we rented 2 boats from the marina next to the hotel, upon our arrival from the boat, it started raining, we took shelter at the hotels outdoor bar that was practically empty, where we were told could not stay if we were not consuming, we explained that it was only while the rain passed and that we would be eating there later but were confronted by a manger who very rudely and loudly in front all other guest kicked us out. We tried going to the pool and again we were told we could not be there until the rain passed even if we stayed out of the water. Hotel staff was not able to help us or accommodate us anywhere. We were forced to put everything away in our cars and end our plans for the day. Needless to say, we all took showers and went for dinner somewhere else. The free breakfast is not so free. I had a room for 4 people, but they only give you up to 3 vouchers only. the voucher only covers a selected option, and you need to pay a 20% gratuity on it.

Noah at the front desk was amazing. He made sure that we had a cart to bring our things up.

An article of clothing was taken from my room. After numerous phone calls, at least 6, and two weeks of time passing we have never even received a phone call back as promised.

Didn’t have any breakfast but the hot tub was great with fresh clean towels and the service and location was excellent, right near 5th Avenue where all the best spots are, perfect to walk around and get to the beach!

The Bayfront Inn is located right near Tin City and is walking distance to plenty of great shopping and restaurants on Fifth Ave. The hotel restaurant and patio area have great views. We were very happy with our stay.

Great stay in Naples staying at the Bayfront. Well located for 5th ave and about 20 minute slow walk to the beach.

No complaints was very clean and couldn’t fault it rooms were fine also . The only complaint was we paid to have breakfast included were not given vouchers until we asked then when we were offered a Continental Breakfast which wasn’t great tasteless . There was an upgrade of $2 ( $5 was tax and gratuity added) for cooked breakfast but everything else was full price . I would suggest don’t pay for Breakfast Included . That apart really good

Very nice hotel, make sure you ask for the breakfast voucher.. they give you 2 free drinks too for the bar.. bar bites were great too.. lots of places to walk to for lunch or dinner.. if you want to go to Tin City, there’s a walkway under the road so you don’t have to cross the busy street.. it’s around by the pool.. we had a great time and the price was great.. bathroom was a little small but the shower was fabulous..

The restaurant-bar should close late night and should have latte, cappuccino, espresso at breakfast and all the time.

Great location just steps away from Tin City and Downtown Naples. Courteous and friendly staff! Great views from hotel and room overlooking Naples Bay. Only had breakfast there and the food was fresh and tasty. Rooms were clean. Only negative was the elevators were a bit on the slow side and with as hot as it was outside it would have been nice to have ceiling fan(s) in the room. But overall it is highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Steven, in particular, went out of his way to provide beach chairs and an umbrella, which made our beach day so much easier and more relaxing. The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping staff was prompt and responsive. One of the highlights was breakfast on the outdoor deck—delicious food with a beautiful view overlooking the marina. The location was also perfect: conveniently close to downtown shops and restaurants, and just an 8-minute drive to a stunning beach. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was a madness for the ladies working over there. You can see an overwhelming environment. I asked for hot water for my thermo and she only brought me a mug, my toasts were burnt and the server almost through the dish to us. They need more people helping at the busy time because the service ends up not being the best one.

It was for the most part a comfortable stay. Where the hotel missed the mark was: the room was damp, it was raining outside but the A/C didn't wring moisture out of the air in the room. The hallways were 100% better. No microwave in room and the smallest refrigerator I've ever seen in a room. Free continental breakfast was offered in the hotel's cafe. Got our coffee and waited for the pastry, butter and jam. After 55 minutes we left. Got our breakfast at another nearby restaurant.

The best place in Naples But sadly this time the Bambu Tropical Bar and Restaurant was missing staff so badly… the two poor waitresses were slammed with people for breakfast and no eggs,sausages… The restaurant used to be such a nice place… Hope the managers will do something to give those hard workers more respect.. We will be back soon

I reserved this hotel since it was under my applied filters of "breakfast included" and reserved it also because of its location. The price I paid for a weekend day was in the same range of good named hotels so I was expecting more during my stay. It is not worth to stay there at all. What they include as breakfast is very minimal: A coffee, 1/2 sliced strawberry, around 15 blueberries, a tiny croissant and a mini cinnamon roll. You have the option to pay extra US$4 if you want eggs, potato and a sausage (which was never given to us), but you have to forget about the fruit. It took 30 minutes for the waitress to get the order. 55 minutes from our arrival we still had not received our breakfast. We arrived at the table at 9:40am and we had to get up at 10:35am because the check out was at 11am and the receptionist was not able to extend the check out to allow us to eat the offered breakfast. We told the waitress we were coming back since we have to pick up our baggage and check out. When we came back to the restaurant, we had to wait another 30 minutes before having our breakfast. A total of 1 hour and 20 minutes passed for us to be served a breakfast that was not worth the wait and the service we received. Very bad experince, i wish i had selected another hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday :(

Do not stay at this hotel or eat at the restaurant! The rooms were okay, but the bathroom was old and dirty. The check-in service was good, but the restaurant service was absolutely terrible. As a Gold member, I received a complimentary drink — but only draft beer was available. We also had a continental breakfast included, so we went to the restaurant in the morning. The hostess was rude from the start. We sat down and waited over 25 minutes before the waitress even came by to take our order. Since it was just a continental breakfast, we assumed it would be ready quickly — but we ended up waiting another 20 minutes. At that point, I had to ask the waitress for our food, as we had already been waiting 45 minutes. We hadn’t been offered coffee, water, or anything at all. When I asked about the food, she simply said, “It’s not ready, and we’re busy, so I just canceled your order.” Completely unacceptable. I don’t understand how such unprofessional and untrained staff are allowed to represent this establishment
