This property was disappointing. Upon arrival we were told that the pool’s pump was out, so we couldn’t get in the pool. Also, the ice maker on the main floor was broken. Another disappointment is that breakfast is 6-9 AM. I’m used to other properties where breakfast ends around 10:30 AM. The attendant on duty Friday night, September 8th wasn’t pleasant at all. On the other hand, Cindy was the best!! Another bonus is the free self-park lot.

Dirty bed sheets with hair all over the bed & cockroaches found in the middle of the night. The room smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned for a month. Never coming back to that place again.

Our room was dirty. Bathroom had hairs in the shower. Crumbs in the bed when you pulled the comforter out. It was so late when we got to the hotel, had no choice but to sleep and use bathrooms. My kids had to use the dirty bathrooms and bed. Will never book here again

My only issue was the A/C was VERY noisy and likely needs replacement. It did do a reasonable job of cooling though. The room was clean and no other idsues there. Area was very good and convenient to downtown Naples.

The hotel and room were perfectly clean, apparently having been renovated recently. The King bed was super comfortable, and the room was large. The breakfast was about average for this type of hotel. The location is great, as it is near a lot of the best restaurants and services. Parking is free, which is often not true at hotels around here.

Stayed for a family mini vacation but the rooms are too small for a family of four l, the carpet had a bad smell, the bathroom is way too small but the price was good. Breakfast is good but there wasn’t enough space to seat and eat breakfast. 7 minutes to the beach is awesome though. Not bad for the price.

Last night we stayed at the Hampton Inn in Naples, the hotel was very clean and the staff that registered us (Cindy)was super nice and friendly. However, when we got to our room (202) it was hot, we lowered the AC hoping it would cool down. We fell asleep and in the middle of the night, we heard a loud noise and lost power. Now staying at the hotel, you are hoping they would have some kind of backed up generator? The AC and most lights were off due to the outage. The room got hotter very quickly to the point that we just decided to leave since no one could sleep in these conditions. A few other guests made the same decision since it was getting hot. We had to take the emergency stairs and checked out at 6am to get some fresh air in our car, upon explaining it to the concierge, she showed no care, no emotions whatsoever. As a Hilton member, I found it very disrespectful (even if I wasn't a member).... Now I know NOT to stay at that property anymore and I can say it was a bad start for our father's day plan.

There was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes because they were working elsewhere on the property. This happened to others checking in as well. Just a sign to greet us. Once checked in all was well and staff was courteous.

When we arrived to our room our AC was making a ringing noise. We went to the front desk and they had someone come check the unit. After a few minutes we were asked if we would like a different room. Within minutes we were in another room with a much quieter AC. Thank you! Would definitely stay again!

The bed isn't comfortable. I left something in the room and i needed to get in contact with the front desk. I tried to call the front desk all day that same day for hours and no one answers the phone!! i called over and over again and again for over 45 minutes and no one answered the phone! Not good business!

When we arrived for check in at the property, we had to wait over 15 minutes for someone from the front desk to speak with us. She was just sitting inside the office on her phone, as soon as other guest arrived, she came out and spoke to my wife and me. For checkout, pretty much the same, no one was at the front. Poor service, poor customer service. Cleaning was pretty good. Only positive thing in our stay.

Good location too - close enough to 5th Avenue and beaches. Seems like it has had renovations. Reception staff was friendly, room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, A/C, TV, hot water, everything worked. Free parking and breakfast was good. Hallways are narrow and elevator area is a bit spooky. Hope if they have security staff or cameras, it is posted somewhere.

Our room was very clean although I would prefer having a tile floor rather than carpet in the room. The front desk was helpful when I questioned the $20 daily credit card pending charges explaining it was for incidentals and that they would just fall off if nothing was bought. Breakfast was delicious, waffles, eggs, muffins, cereals, assorted breads, scones, fruit, yogurt, biscuits and gravy etc. We enjoyed our stay

Our overall stay was Good there were a few minor issues like for example the AC unit had a loud annoying noise frequently. Then the carpet inside the room looked very outdated. However, the amenities and the very helpful staff compensated for those mishaps. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing and the staff person Lisa was very friendly and helpful with making sure we had a wonderful breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is conveniently located just about 6 minutes from the beach and also very close to many restaurants and stores. It’s a simple hotel, but very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing—very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was surprisingly really good, which was a nice bonus! We also enjoyed the pool area. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
