Hampton Inn - Naples - I-75

My stay consisted on one night for work in the Naples, FL area. I checked in around 5:30 pm. There were a number of restaurants a short drive away, an parking was ample. I was on the second floor, as far from the elevators/parking lot as you could get, so, not terribly convenient. I should have asked for something better, but once I got settled, why bother. Oh, and since my room was closest to the interstate (yep, interstate view), it got a little noisy early in the morning. Hey, I had to get up to work anyway, but would not have liked that if I were on vacation. The room was cool and clean with plenty of towels, clean sheets, and surprisingly comfortable pillows. There were no instructions for the television and the menu did not seem to work, but I was exhausted from a long days work and it didn't matter. No real room amenities, and the air conditioner was a little loud (woke me up several times when it kicked on), but for the price, the room was actually better than I had anticipated. I did go walk by the pool, as I had considered taking a quick dip before bed. It was clean but not particularly inviting. Honestly, my room was so far away, it just did not seem worth getting wet and tracing through the entire hotel. Again, it was a cheaply priced, 1-night, for-work stay, and the hotel was a solid value for the price point my employer paid for the room. Great for work or quick stay-over, but I would not recommend it for a vacation.

We had a great stay for a week. Pool was nice as well as breakfast. Clean rooms and hotel.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Overall very good. Not happy with the person who checked us in. He was not very friendly, or helpful. Almost seemed like we were bothering him. Other than the ice machine not working on 2 of the 3 floors, the hotel was nice.

Loud outside and TV going all day inside. Breakfast not very tasty. Some of the staff very nice but some not welcoming at all and unwilling to help. The man we checked in with was quite cold and not helpful. Encountered him many time thuough our stay and always the same. The weekend lady was wonderful and Mike very nice as well. They need to get all the ice machines working. I really enjoyed the very clean pool every day but it is loud from the freeway.

While I enjoyed my stay for a few nights, the grounds were noisy! Huge refrigeration semis park on the property and hear their engines/refrigeration throughout the night, therefore interrupting sleep. This should not be considered a truck stop!

A bit rundown Workout facility was two star while on a treadmill. It suddenly stopped from a power surge. Staff was great great location.

We were so happy with our stay at the Naples I75 Hampton Inn. Green, quiet, lots of walking space for our dogs, great pool, easy parking and even a BBQ to use poolside. A great respite on our lengthy road trip adventure.

The worst service & staff, rude, pool filled with leaves and debris every day, key cards hardly ever worked for rooms or building, barking dogs round the clock, ice machines broken, breakfast food ran out before breakfast time ended. Very poorly managed and sheds very bad light on Hampton Inn. Way overpriced for accommodations.

Very convenient to me, very close too were I had to go to, and it was a very clean hotel.

Hotel is in convenient location. The pillows were gross. They were yellow and smelled. There was hair in the bed under the sheets. Hair in the bathroom and tub. Breakfast isn't great either. Staff was friendly though.

The lobby, hallway, elevators and rooms are dark and shabby. The towels are thin and worn out. There were holes in the blanket on my bed. An old bottle cap was on the floor in my bedroom when I checked in.

Property has gone declined in cleanliness and room smelled like dog and mildew.

The first room had a terrible musty smell. I pulled back curtain and black mold on the walls. I asked to be moved. THe next room no smell but still mold on wall. Never again will I stay here. Sad that they dont see that. Obviously not pulling back curtains when cleaning

I paid for a King Bed room and was not allowed what I paid for. Instead, I was given two queen beds and the first bed had blood on the sheets. I took pictures. Hilton Honors said there was nothing they could do because it was a third party booking. A third party didn't leave nasty bloody sheets on that bed. Beyond disgusted!

Room was very clean. Quiet and comfortable!

This was clean, quiet, staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Room 327 in need of some TLC. Checked in room smells moldy, like a wet dog or carpeting that got soaked. I know Florida has humidity that can cause issues but this was worse. Door to room pretty hacked up on inside, almost looks like someone tried to bust in, they haven’t even tried to paint bare wood. Also, shelf by bathroom sink has 1” burn from cigarette in my non smoking room, similar on end table between beds, either a burn or some other type of damage. I’ve stayed in worse and was too busy to bother moving but next time in Naples it’ll be somewhere else. I expected, and I’m use to, much better from Hampton.

The air conditioner filters were clean. But the shower pressure was terrible .The iron didn’t work . And the room even with all the lights on was very dark . But the room seemed clean . The man that checked us in was very helpful. and very nice .

The only issue was the noise A/C that sounded like a helicopter was about to land every time it went on!

Liked the room and the beds were comfortable, they should add more to the toiletries

Great place to stay, close to the i75. Clean and nice surroundings. The only thing that I didn't like was the bed was too hard for me. I like a more softer mattress, but there again, I'm fussy. Overall, very nice place.

Well i must say the stay was great & only down side was bed was not comfortable @ all please they need provided better beds !!

The hotel and stay were very good except for the fact that the thermostat was not working correctly so we couldn't do the temperature above 69F. I went to the lobby to ask for help but the attendant was alone and said they would make a note for the morning which didn't help me because I was going to check out the next morning.

We were in the area for school graduation. Checking was quick and trouble free. We were allowed an early check in time at 1:00 pm which kept us on schedule to clean up after a long ride and meet family. The room was clean. The location was convenient for our needs. The bed was sagging, hard and uncomfortable. The shower head was partially broken so the spray couldn’t be adjusted. The water pipe coming from the wall was loose and heavily caulked prior to hise a rattle. Over all the stay was acceptable but not up to the Hilton chain standard we’ve had before.

One night stay over. Easy check in and out. Room clean and well appointed. Small gripe with electrical and usb out outlets not working properly. Other than that a good stay. Breakfast excellent choice.

I love Hampton Inns, but this one was in need of some tlc. The shower doors would hardly slide, paint was peeling from the ceiling & the shower wall panel had 2 large cracks. The ac worked great & the breakfast wasn't bad, but that's where it ended unfortunately.

the housekeeping staff was very friendly! The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful - what type of training are you offering your HOSPITALITY staff, because it seems they do not understand the industry that they are in. There was an overgrowth of mold on the curtains which we noticed a few days in, after we started having sinus issues and feeling sick. The pillows were awful flat pancakes, the pool area, while it was nicely laid out is next to a highway so very loud, the breakfast was pretty bad and I could go on. I guess the best thing about the hotel was that there is a 7-11 nearby ?

Staff was professional and welcoming. Will be staying here during my monthly visit to the area.

I loved staying here. All the front desk staff was super kind and accommodating. Jeff was exceptional. He was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and nice. The key system needs to be updated, and the rooms need to be painted. It would be nice to have some drawers. Housekeeping was amazing!

Overall a nice property. Front desk manager Jeff was excellent and accommodating. Surprisingly there was no half and half at Sunday breakfast.

Clean property. Amazing staff! Got my little gift bag when i arrived so that was nice. I will come back for sure to this location.

Great value and location was perfect. About 15 minutes from the beach and the airport clean nice pool and staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating towards a late check out.

We stayed for 6 nights. Our room was fine … typical hotel room. The staff were generally personable and helpful. The breakfast needs work. For 4 of the 6 nights there was no half and half for coffee and the fruit was mostly rotten. I expected much better for the price I paid.

We had a great stay for a week. Pool was nice as well as breakfast. Clean rooms and hotel.

Breakfast horrible. Why bother. That bad. Food not refill often. Good cold. Toaster did not toast.

Hampton Inns used to provide a decent breakfast. Now every one of them serves food that is hardly edible.

Very clean and convenient location. Breakfast was disappointing as they ran out of scrambled eggs. When asked said they would be out in 1 minute. Took more like 15.
