The hotel is fabulous… clean rooms, nice renovation, great breakfast food, polite staff, wonderful patio and clean pool

Extremely friendly staff. Room was of good size and clean. Overall property was very pleasant. Our room was dated and showing its age... couch lacked support; some drawers and closet door were offtrack (however, it is our understanding that rooms are in process of being refurbished). We would stay here again.

The toilet didn’t flush so we had to go down to the lobby to use the restroom. The phone did not work and no one answers at the front desk. There was no hot water for showering. The staff at the front desk did not care . We should be refunded for the room. Terrible experience.
