Clean rooms, friendly staff! Going through renovation, but was still a great place to stay.

Hotel was ridiculously pricey. Menus at the pool were way too foofy and didn't have any real standard fare. Rooms had a giant tub that was useless and a cramped little shower. Overall not worth the price

The hotel was under renovation (our room rate was reflective) but the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that the modifications were well thought out and every detail was considered and that they were the best they could be under the circumstances. Professional and friendly across the entire resort. Highly recommend.

Rooms were small and outdated, just didn’t feel luxurious at all. Shower had no pressure, and was 1’x 2’. My back was against wall showering, tub was from the 1980’s. Staff was nice but scarce. Room service was always late. No notable restaurants in Tiburon, none unless you like sitting in a lobby and eating. Had to go to the beach ritz to have decent food. Not impressed at all. Grounds were boring. Felt like a waste of a week. Pool room tvs broken. Cafe coffee was horrendous. I’ve been to 5 ritz hotels now. This was a 2 star out of 5 with 5 star prices. I actually feel like I got ripped off.
