Great hotel, excellent location on beautiful beach. Staff sort out the sunloungers and parasols - all included in the resort fee. Excellent grounds and pools. Lovely rooms and hotel. Great buffet breakfast. Naples is a beautiful place with great restaurants. We did a boat trip and saw dolphins and manatees which I would thoroughly recommend,

The Club level staff was beyond amazing! Huge shout out to Patty, Kathryn, and Sokol. They made our trip amazing and memorable. We will be back! Beach service, which is outsourced by the hotel, needs some work. Very understaffed. Highly suggest paying for the executive chairs so you get a higher level of service on the beach.

Everything about our experience was a perfect 10 out of 10. But what stood out time after time was every single interaction with any and all staff members. They are professional, friendly, and make you feel like the most important person on the planet. Every single time. I’ve stayed in beautiful hotels all over the world and this one is the best of the best.
