Great older hotel that has been updated. Close to downtown. Beautiful landscaped gardens. Highly recommend

Booked a block of rooms here for an event elsewhere and the pool area/gardens was the perfect place for everyone to meet and network

Outstanding staff was absolutely wonderful as was the property pool area just lovely

Lovely little slice of resort with convenient access to main roads. A very nice overnight stop. Simple but clean. Nice pool area. Will come again.

Easy parking, pool, quiet

Because of the false advertising of this site byExpedia, our trip was less than perfect. We didn’t plan on having a car and booked this hotel because the advertising said there was a cheeki pool bar. There was an old cheeki that was used to serve breakfast. Now we had to go out to eat and drink. You need to update your ads. This cost much more because we had to use taxis and Uber.

Nice clean hotel with easy access to downtown and restaurants. Very safe and easy to park. Nice pool area. Nice breakfast

Not at all as expected, pictures appeared better than the property, there was no real continental breakfast just cereal and bagels with a gallon of milk. No elevator on property so be prepared to haul your bags up some stairs…cleaning staff uses marshals shopping carts to move around bedding and whatnot. Suuuuper expensive for a motel. Office closes at night so make sure you don’t lose your key!

I loved the Pool and Landscape with all the plants and flowers surrounding the pool area! And the breakfast Tiki bar area was terrirfic. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating to all of our needs and the facility was always very clean. The rooms were clean as well, and the beds very comfortable, however, the hotel did not provide tissues or conditioner and the a/c units were a bit dated. Also their only cable network is Direct TV so would have been nice to be able to use streaming channels.

Our stay was nice. The room was clean. The updates and improvements could have been done better, but didn’t affect our stay. The location was great for going both North and South of Naples for what we were doing. My huge complaint is the fact it says a bar. We specifically look for hotels with a bar onsite so we don’t have to drive after having a few drinks at the end of the night. There is a physical bar, but it doesn’t serve anything but breakfast. For this reason, we won’t stay again. Very misleading to get people to book.

The rooms are very clean and the parking is perfect.

The front desk lady was nice and polite. The room was clean but smelled humid at first. Plenty of parking space. Location is great and it seems like a good/safe place for families in general . On the other side; seems outdated, very basic amenities and toiletries (only shampoo and small soap bar, not even lotion or tissues). The bathroom door didn’t close. The main door only had one safety lock and missed the usual that goes on top and it’s only open from inside. Towels for room/ pool were clean but very thin, the pool was not that clean. Breakfast space is outdoors and next to the pool with very little choices of food. The place has a lot of potential but needs attention. Tolerable for one night.

The staff at checkin were friendly. Everything else about the stay was not so good. When we walked into our room, the bed comforter had a cigarette burn on it. Walked into the bathroom and several cockroachs were crawling around. The pictures of the Garden Inn on the Expedia app were deceiving as the building and room were not as well kept as the pictures shown.

Nothing fancy but extremely clean, comfy beds, nice bedding, new tile floor, plenty of towels, super kind staff, clean pool & pool area. Overall a great find & will definitely stay there again when in Naples.

Checked in and didn’t even stay the night. Bed bugs ! Had to wash all clothes and luggage !

Cockroaches were in the room. I told the manager, no discount offered.

Bathtub the drain was hair clogged shower was a trickle. It was just the bathroom was just filthy. The bedroom carpet had very big, stains furniture was old and crappy.

One night stay. Was clean and was a solid room that gave us what we needed. A bit dated, but nothing crazy that ruins the experience.

The hotel is next to a busy road so expect high road noise until late evening. The room itself has no curtains apart from blackouts so if you wanted to sit by your window at the table everyone could see in when walking past. There was an adjoining door to the next room along so we could hear all their conversations and TV. The shower has grout coming away. Breakfast was basically toast , pastries or cereal. Staff were miserable. Luckily we only stayed one night. Photos on the website are misconceiving. For what we paid for the room I expected more.

This is an old property that has had some cosmetic updates, but it still retains features from the 70’s. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a pool and a they do provide a simple continental style breakfast. Considering that most other hotels in the immediate area are going for double (or more) than this place, for budget minded travelers, this is a good facility.

Positive: Beautiful pool area and outside of hotel has an appealing nautical/tropical design Room was clean and bed comfortable. Very basic amenities. Negative: Bolt lock on door was broken, TV had to be serviced to work properly, and 3:00 pm check in was delayed 30 min. Air conditioning unit very loud when on and I could hear everything in the connecting room next door. (earplugs were a great help)

It was clean and pleasant and excellent TV selection. No microwave. Not good noise protection from next rooms. Breakfast was basic. Boiled eggs but no scrambled, bacon, waffles.

The room was clean. But the venting is old and i could hear other guest all night. Then add in road noises and it was not a restful stay.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel. From the time we showed up the staff was friendly and helpful. While it took a while for the A/C to get the room cool, once it was the room was comfortable the rest of our stay. The room was clearly refurbished and looked like new. The pool was a comfortable temperature with salt water and large enough that I was able to swim even with other guests in it. The continental breakfast is exactly what you would expect with bagels, muffins, cereal, and hard boiled eggs. What makes the breakfast so special is eating it in a tiki style hut. This is by far the best 2 star hotel I’ve stayed at.

We did not need the room after all and did not complete the stay. Forever and a day, hotel and car rental bookings were not charged to credit card until one arrived for the service. Hotels.com charged our card immediately upon booking, several days in advance . The cancellation policy is not clear, though in the fine print, one can find that there is a 24 hr window immediately pre stay where it is too late to cancel, losing the full room charge even if one makes the call and tries to cancel, as we did with Hotels.com. They advised call the hotel directly. We called the hotel directly to try to cancel in advance, starting 5 pm two days prior to scheduled arrival. Front desk indicated that the manager Frank could help us out, but was already gone for the day. We were given his work times for the following day and advised to call back. On two calls that day and again early on the next day, the day of our scheduled check in, we were told the same thing, that he had gone to lunch or had stepped out for an hour and a half. Upon calling on the following day, same story! The manager NEVER took any of our multiple calls! We never got a chance to speak with him. We are very disgruntled with both Hotels.com AND with Naples Garden Inn. We will henceforth book directly with any hotel, rather than through this App so can avoid the run around and the losses in the event travel plans change, so that can cancel reservations directly with the hotel PRIOR to being charged.

The staff was terrific. The pool area was peaceful, furnished with lovely blue furniture. I would recommend. Any requests were handled immediately.

The worst service offered in town not only the hotel conditions are deplorable but the front desk staff are so unresponsive and mindful that they better close out the place!

I have been a guest at the Naples Garden Inn numerous times. I love the mom and pops vibe / charm the Inn provides! The staff, from top to bottom, have always been so friendly and accommodating…if you have an issue during your stay, let them know…the problem will be resolved…very simple process. Start your morning with a poolside breakfast under the tiki hut…not a bad way to start the day! (Breakfast includes: hard boiled eggs, bagels, bread, danish, cereal, coffee, juice) The lnns location is perfect…close to the beautiful beach, restaurants, and shopping. In the past, I have stayed in a few other Naples hotels, but the Naples Garden Inn is the place for me!

Nice room but very noisy air conditioner. Private party of 20 or 30 had a boom box at maximum decibels by the pool right under our room all day. Complaints to management went unheeded. Ruined what would have otherwise been a nice stay.

Very nice, quite, and cheaper place to stay. The beach was just a few minutes away with lots of stuff to do around the area.

Very clean and nice property. The pool is nice and the surrounding area is pretty and well kept. . The breakfast and coffee were not good and our room was close to the road and it was noisy.

It was a quiet and clean hostel. Close to zoo and shopping area on the Main Street. I like how convenient it is for bus, uber and walking around

The picture made it seem like the doors to the rooms were inside when in fact they are outside. The breakfast was not very impressive. It was clean and nice size room. The AC was either freezing or hot, it was hard to adjust. The room next door was very noisy.

The breakfast was not very good. The coffee and old boiled eggs made me sick. The eggs were soaking in the water that they were boiled in. I did mention this to them

I needed a last minute room for the night and found this hotel. Wow! So clean and safe. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Free breakfast in the morning poolside. The only down side was the only protein offered with breakfast were hard boiled eggs which I’m not a fan of. Other than that a fantastic place. I’ll stay here in the future for sure.

Easily accessible. Not as quiet as i was expecting from other reviews. I prefer sleeping with minimum amount of lightning. But the drapes didn't completely cover the windows. Sink was separate from the bathroom. Which proved to be less functional. Breakfast was served outside under a tiki hut on a very cold/wet and windy day. Bed was comfortable.
