Much of the atmosphere seemed geared toward influencers and TikTok content creation rather than discerning travelers looking for comfort, elegance, and a meaningful enhancement to their NYC visit. At these rates, I expected timeless luxury, seamless service, and a sense of hospitality that elevated the experience. Instead, it often felt performative and transactional. There are many hotels in New York that deliver far better value, stronger service, and a more authentic luxury experience.
