I don’t know how this place got a 8 out of 10 review. Their site says there is a pool. When checked in, pool was not accessible. Front desk was not helpful in accommodating the situation. I should have booked at Holiday Inn next door. Rooms were really outdated and need to be maintained. The shower faucet came off!! Broken hangers in closet, exposed screws, fixtures that came off wall. See photos. I do not recommend especially for this price. And they added the $5 “GA hotel fee” at the end which was not at in the original bill. I didn’t have time to argue about $5 but it was a bit shady.

It was clear they were doing renovations. Thankfully we were only there during the weekend. So work was not being done then. The breakfast was terrible. Noone to make sure items were being refilled. The coffee was bitter.

Staff is very friendly but it is clear the facilities have not been updated in a while as there are water stains on the ceiling and the rooms smell of mildew. Our bathtub was also clogged with hair which is never great. One positive thing is the shower did have good shower pressure. Overall you pay for what you get. The location is safe compared to similarly priced hotel/motels so that's a plus.

I stayed at this location based on reviews. The noise from the air conditioner and outside traffic made for a horrible nights sleep. Was very disappointed. The hotel is very outdated.

The staff was great but this hotel needs a lot of work. Our first room had a large leak spot near the air conditioner which caused us to change rooms. In the new room the condition of the cabinet under the TV was bad (photo) and there were rust marks on the front of the fridge. It looks like this hotel has not been renovated in years. The fire sprinklers were covered in dust and the vending machine took my money with no drink. The occasional chair was actually a dining table chair so no comfort there. The bathroom floor tile needs steam cleaning as the light grout is dark now, the fixtures in the bathroom were loose or gone. Lots of lots of loud fireworks went off while we were sleeping (strange). I will say the breakfast was good, the air conditioner worked fine, and the bed was fine.

Bathroom was not clean and the toilet seat was broken. Rugs not clean much dust on rug around the edges only had vacuumed the middle of room. Staff was very accommodating in handling our reservation and were very polite, welcoming.

This property needs to be renovated and cleaned. The staff was nice and check in was easy, but the room itself was gross. There were stains on the carpet and in one of the chairs. The bathtub was so disgusting we refused to even take a shower. The paint was all chipped. The room just seemed beat up and abused for many years. I researched the reviews of this hotel before staying at it just to make sure it was clean, and it came in very high. The room we got was not that at all. Luckily, we were only staying one night. Oh, and the LED lights outside at night are very bright. They came in on either side of the shade and made it very hard to sleep. I would keep the lights for safety, but get better shades. I won't be back to this one.

My wife and daughters stayed here in August and they noted that the condition has declined. We killed three bugs and the bathroom did not look well cleaned. Also the tub did not drain well when the shower was in use. I would not stay here in the future.

I have never in my life seen such a filthy room! Thank goodness we saw the bugs immediately and got out!!!! Staff knew of all the bugs- they tried to say it was because of the cold! I arrived with an elderly parent after a long drive….we had stayed at this hotel before! I can’t say what happened but I cannot imagine ever settling foot in this place again! They did refund me and we found a great hotel -

I stayed at this place last weekend and before that 12 years earlier. I don't think a thing had been changed since my last visit. It's definitely time for a refresh at the Country Inn. Carpets were stained, interiors were dated. It's not awful, but for the price, it should either receive the standard once-every-10 years makeover or lower the prices.

The hotel is a bit outdated, the walls of the rooms are thin enough to hear other people doing their business in the middle of the night... the breakfast was included but was very basic and average. It was ok for a one night stay, but I won't be back.

Hotel was located close to family, and convienient to places to eat, etc. Room was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard continental (waffles, fruit, coffee, etc) and there was plenty of it. The only issue I had was the mattress, it was a poor quality and offered little support. I normally can sleep on concrete or a cloud, but the one in our room was just bad. I would stay here again, because of all the other benefits.

I’ve stayed here twice. The first time the refrigerator didn’t work because the seal was broken and both times the air conditioner wakes you up every single time it turns on every single time it’s so noisy.

The staff was amazing! The property was dated. They seemed to be short staffed. Our toilet clogged and the staff person could not bring the plunger because she couldn't leave the front desk since she was the only person there. Unfortunately we did see a few baby roaches in the room. Thankfully, The staff did give us another room. The rooms were very thinly insulated so that we could hear the neighbors. Having a group of teens that weekend was not great. There a guy, who smelt up the elevator with the smell of weed, a couple was having sex and could be heard well in the hallway, there was a wedding group who were extremely loud in the rooms and hallways. These things couldn't be avoidable but made our stay not very restful for our competition the next day. While you can't know who will be the guests at a hotel, the hotel can update the insulation to keep us from hearing the other guests so easily, they will need an exterminator, they do need to shampoo their carpets leading the 2nd floor.

Management was very nice to a distressed couple in front of me. The actions of the night manager demonstrated the care and customer service that this world needs. Speaks well to the type of hospitality this property offers. Kudos to you!

Run down location. Water damaged ceilings. Hard beds. Old furniture No do not disturb signs on the door. My prescription medication was taken from our room. Management didn’t believe me. Very rude. We had rented four rooms !!!

All was very good. However, the "free breakfast" was a ill prepared: the waffle machine was inoperable, the juice machine was turned off, and no one was around to ask for help, so I had to bother the front desk staff.

The rooms were adequate for the rate. It’s what we expected. Cleaning staff were friendly. Front desk staff were less so - not bad per se, they just didn’t seem to care. In the morning, both coffee jugs were empty and there was next to nothing in the breakfast area. The milk jug was empty and there was only a single yogurt in the fridge. There was waffle mix, but the topping we opened was so old it had separated and was no longer usable. We’ve stayed at other Country Inn & Suites and had great experiences. Unfortunately, it was not at this one.

The breakfast was amazing. The offerings plentiful with full sausage egg biscuits and waffles and fruit and more. The rooms were aged, the bed comfy and clean and had no issues but the couch and chair had cushion stains that made you want to not be anywhere near them. The tvs worked great and the water pressure was great. The bathroom appeared clean but the room carpets were dusty in the corners and needed either an overhaul or a good carpet cleaning.
