I dod not see it, k I nd of never saw it vefore but yhere is a $12 a day patking fee. Total BS in my mind. I was stuck in the elevator sevetal minutes. Called with call button and it rang for several minutes. Later I wiated 10 minutes gor the elevator. Never came I used tge freight elevator. I did tell the front desk but the elevators were still intermittent when we left.

Beautiful , Hotel , great breakfast options. The rooms are very quiet, bathroom is nice. They gave us complimentary drinks when we arrived from 5-7pm . Overall great stay

Excellent room, plenty space. Clean and tidy. Safety a plus. Stayed on 7th floor, quick elevator to front desk, breakfast, and evening bar area. Enjoyed metting Betty the bartender, what a treat. Pool easily accessible and nice. Smooth check out.only issue was travelers kept carts after transporting their luggage so we had to make several trips to carry ours. And didnt know we had to pay $12 a night to park - there was plenty parking so unnessary. Would stay again, liked being away from dc area.

A clean and vibrant property. However, even though a small fee, paying for parking was not expected. Receptionist, though very knowledgeable, had not mastered english and was very difficult to understand. NOTE: She did her very best to be of assistance even with her minimal english skills.

Overall it was ok. There were a number of little thing that weren't great. The soda and another drink machine were broken at the breakfast buffer, and i get my morning caffeine with diet soda. One night is no big deal, but this lated 5 days. 2 out of 3 washers on our floor were broken, but it didn't matter because they couldn't make change for quarters. The cost of the laundry was also twice what my next hotel was. And there were just other little tiny minor things. I feel like this place is headed one of two directions, a big remodel or a rebranding to a "lesser" brand. I hope.the former, because the happy hour is great. Enough that i didn't like taking that star away.

Honestly just OK. Dev vent for the price but felt ill-maintained overall. It was mostly clean, though there were really visible, gross older stains on the shower curtain. Also a rather unpleasant musty-like smell through the two-room suite. We opted to stay here for a quick overnight as it was nearby Wolf trap (we came in from MD for a concert).

Really liked the convenience of this location. Breakfast was great with MTO omelettes. The only compliant was cleanliness of room. Chairs had crumbs, couch bed had sheet partially on but the bedding bag had a pillow with a dirty pillowcase so had to give my daughter one of our pillows & she chose to sleep on couch instead of pulling bed out as it should not have had sheets already in it, but should have been in bedding bag.

Well restaurant doesn’t open until 530 so access to food Once it’s open only one bartendender takes forever you have so to bar order your own food which is crazy and be asked to pay for it before you even eat!! They definitely need more staff. Our room was not cleaned once was there from Wednesday to Saturday no fresh towels garbage overflowing. Far cry from the embassy suites we stay in indiznzpolis

The spacious room was perfect for our two-person stay. The lobby and amenities were similar to other Embassy Suite hotels we’ve visited, which we were pleased with. However, the 2-star comfort rating was due to the malfunctioning air conditioning unit. The temperature never dropped below 71 degrees, which was uncomfortable for a couple who prefers a normal sleep temperature of 66 degrees. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the air conditioning issue was disappointing.

The room decor is dark and dated. Bathroom vanity was old and painted The Air Conditioner was very noisy and the filter was completely embedded with dust. The hotels main air conditioning units under our bedroom window and was extremely noisy. Traffic around the hotel is unbearable!!! It might have been a 4 star Hoyt but not anymore Not worth the amount of money I paid.

Decent hotel. Breakfast was very good and had cook to order omelets available. However, the A/C in our room was very warm and so it got uncomfortable at night in there at times. Also, there was some difficulty in getting solid help from the front desk when a need arose during the stay but then eventually we got the support —- just took more effort and time to finally get it. Overall, “decent” hotel and was close to the metro’s silver line.

Very loud. Thin walls. You can hear everything. The main lobby is all open and tiled so you hear everyone and everything echo up to your door. I was in between the electric room and the exit stairwell so it was a nightmare. Doors were constantly being slammed over and over every few minutes for hours. It was crazy. Room 509. Lotion bottle was empty when I arrived. The front desk is very very nice, and the hotel is very clean, and chairs are comfortable. Bed is OK. The breakfast is nice. Parking is a bit cramped.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly very professional unfortunately the property itself is a bit rundown. the Wi-Fi didn’t work for approximately 14 hours during my stay. The TV and the entertainment system are 10 years outdated. The rooms are becoming a bit outdated and old.

Overall, this stay was fine. But it was only fine because the staff were wonderful. Check in went fine. But when we tried to pay for parking on the app, all we got were error messages. Staff quickly helped us and directly charged our room. Next, the log on for the wifi wasn't working. Staff said this was a known error and quickly made a workaround. Next, when i laid down to bed, i found one of the legs on the bed was broken. Staff quickly connected us with engineering who made the repair. The toilet in our room never stopped running. The only other issue we had was the heat and humidity which were oppressive. The AC just couldn't keep up, either in the room or the common areas. Made it difficult to get good rest. All in all, while this review sounds negative, it isn't intended to be so. Building could use some upkeep, but the staff were all amazing.

Booked this location through hotels.com. We arrived later in the evening so the manager was gone for the day. Upon arriving we we told that we had to pay for the room due to an issue with receiving payment from hotels.com. I explained that I had already paid for the room and provided the receipt. Once again I was told that I had to pay for the room directly and the next day when the manager was in, they would attempt to “work it out” with hotels.com and see about getting me a refund. I expressed my dissatisfaction and stated that I was not going to pay for the room again. I had my receipt and the issue was between them and hotels.com, which co reacted the rooms from them. However, after sitting in the lobby until 3 am, hotels.com were finally able to get the issue corrected. So after working out of town and then driving another few hours to reach the hotel, we were greeted with sitting in the lobby til the middle of the night. I asked if she could give us the room and when the manager came in at 7am, she could take care of it so we get some sleep. We had to go to work in the morning. However, it was apparent that she didn’t care and was happy to let us sit in the lobby. Note: after listening to everything that transpired between the front desk clerk and hotels.com it became apparent the issue was the language barrier. NEVER AGAIN!!

We like this location for visiting Wolf Trap. Unfortunately the staff was not able to communicate well, was not familiar with the area, was hesitant to help and didnt answer the phone when i tried to call from the room with a question. We were not advised about the parking set up and I was not able to use the 'app' at 11 pm with a dead phone battery. The desk clerk finally helped but reluctantly. Also the food at breakfast was not really up to par, specifically the watery grits. The evening free cocktail is so limited it wasnt worth attending, we gave our tickets away. Would rather have free parking. But, this said, its a good option for visiting Wolf trap. Sad the desk clerks have never heard of it. The hotel is in better physical shape than previous visits which is nice.

I had a great experience staying at Embassy Suites by Hilton Tysons Corner. The hotel is very clean and beautifully maintained. The location is super convenient — just a short 2-minute walk to the Metro station, and right next to Sushi, Chipotle, and Chick-fil-A. I really appreciated the complimentary drink tickets for the evening reception at the hotel bar from 5 to 7 PM — such a nice touch! They also provide some light snacks during that time. I have stayed here a couple times now and the cleanliness and comfort are all that I could ask for, however, the breakfast was much less impressive this trip. The breakfast offerings of pancakes and french toast alongside the omelet bar and other usual items were tasty enough, but both the french toast and pancakes were very overcooked and tough, and it would have been nice to see some different options some mornings instead of the same. But, aside from that, the stay was excellent and I will likely be returning, although I may skip the breakfast next time.

Their breakfast and happy hour has never recovered from Covid. Giving little reason to choose them over any other basic hotel. Didn’t even offer coffee until 730am.
