Has decent amenities (when they are available, pool was closed while I was there and the "cafe" was missing many food items). Not sure if it was just the particular room I was in or if it is all of them but the A/C unit was incredibly loud. I could not sleep without ear plugs in. Otherwise it is still a nice and clean place to stay for a few days.

Horrible experience. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. Was never told they were both closed for maintenance on the website or at the desk when we checked in. Hotel bar states they are open until 10:30 pm, at 9:45 the bartender explains she’s too busy and can’t get us a drink. Shower does not drain and the floor had footprints from the people before us and hair in the tub. If it was $50 a night it would have been overpriced.

The hotel seemed sort of understaffed. The starbucks was not open. The pool area needed some work on the hot tub jets. The front desk rarely had anyone availble. Basic room was ok but shower pan seemed discolored and in need of updating. Nothing really wrong but at this price point we expected a little better from Mariott

Everything was fine except the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance and since I booked through Travelocity, there was no notice ahead of time. Luckily I didn't book it based on that, but we were kind of bummed.

The pool was closed was not on web page. When we checked in we were told the bar would open at 5:00. We went out for dinner not wanting to drink and drive figured we would unwind with a cocktail or 2 before retiring to our room. The bar never opened. very disappointing stay, will never come back! Not even a place to charge a phone had to go to the store for a plug. Very outdated hotel!

Fine place to stay for a quick overnight. Website stated that hotel had amenities of breakfast including Starbucks and pool. But no notification prior or during our check in that these amnesties were not available. Pool had a notice on the door that it was being “renovated”. Some of the other guests on our floor were yelling and noisy in the middle of the night. Room was fine but nothing special.

2nd floor hallway ice machine was exposed, out in the hallway, with moldy piping exposed. Obvious water leaks with ceiling and flooring moldy and unclean. Also, 2nd floor hallway needed vacuuming.

It was an older property - real musty smelling and they had fans in the hallways trying to cover it up - must have been some type of water leak. Drafty windows and heating system not the best. Staff was not around in the evening so not the best service.

There were pubic hairs in the bed and numerous types of stains on the bedding. The phone was missing several buttons and the tv did not work. We asked to be moved to another room to which we were with no apology. Only to be in a room with a bed with more pubic hairs in it.

I always try to choose a Marriott when possible. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at one. Short staffed, no breakfast available 2 of our 4 mornings there, 2 beds for 5 people and when I asked for a roll-away for my grandson, we got a mattress with no bedding. 3 towels for 5 people, I didn’t get the extra pillows I asked for until the 2nd night and I had to ask again. I was not the only room with the sleeping arrangement issue, there was another family that had 3 people that was supposed to have a bed and sleeper sofa, but their room had no sofa. I could go on, but you get the point.

Checked in with a young lady looking at her phone who appeared to be utilizing it as a mirror. She had a difficult time looking up my Bonvoy # (I’m a Lifetime Platinum Member) and never told me she gave me a handicap room. After checking in the room, I returned and questioned her and she replied “we are sold out”! Never received an apology or any other compensation…Further, I needed to stay a 3rd day, which I booked through the Bonvoy desk. To my surprise on this third day, they locked me out of my room after returning in the afternoon. While getting my keys reprogrammed I was asked for an ID by the new desk attendant. While I fumbled to get my ID, I questioned her “really?” while displaying the two cards and giving her my room # she snappingly stated “did I check you in?”…I assume, her meaning was if I had checked you in you wouldn’t have to show ID. She reprogrammed the cards without me displaying my ID….Imagine that!

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the room we were given did not match our reservation. The carpet was wet, the sofa bed was broken, and the beds were full-sized instead of the queen-sized we had booked. To make matters worse, the toilet was clogged. We reported these issues to the front desk, but were met with careless and rude behavior. Feeling unheard, we called the main customer service number and a case was opened to report the front desk’s conduct (a young lady). Thankfully, we were eventually moved to a different room that met our expectations, queen-sized beds and a working sofa bed. However, the problems didn’t end there. After checkout, we were charged for “market consumption” items, even though we never used anything from the room or the bar. This added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, this stay was disappointing from start to finish. While the second room was acceptable, the poor service and unexpected charges left a bad impression. We will not be returning to this hotel.

The halls were dirty. The rugs were stained. There was no staff overnight at the front desk or anywhere. The staff was not even reachable by phone. People couldn’t even check in. All they had for breakfast were bagels and avocado toast. No amenities, not even an ice machine. A dump. I’ve stayed at lots of Marriotts. This was by far the worst.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room in bed were comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only two concerns I had were that the property is not very well lit. The sign for the entrance does not lineup and therefore in the dark, you possibly could miss it so it may be a little bit difficult to find if you don’t have GPS. In the bathroom, there was a heavy musty odor, and I noticed that there is no ventilation fan in the ceiling, which might contribute to that. It wasn’t necessarily a dealbreaker, but anyone with asthma or breathing issues might not be able to stay in the room. Hopefully it’s just limited to one room and not others

Breakfast for two people was almost fifty dollars! Only one person to cook the meals and take orders, took almost twenty minutes to get our order. She was doing her best, but understaffed. Pool was out of service. No cribs, only pak n plays. No high chairs. Just not kid friendly. Restaurant was closed on Sundays despite room pamplet saying it would be open

Tried to watch streaming shows on TV with close captioning. Alas we got captioning only about half the time -- not enough for someone had of hearing. Would like to say shower was good but fire alarm went off just as I was about to step into the shower. So had to throw some clothes on and walk down the steps to the outside. Fire was real and in the kitchen so free breakfast also didn't happen.
