Quarto e banheiro bem maiores do que o habitual para um hotel IIbis. Então, o conforto foi excelente, bem acima da média. Localização excelente, em cima de um shopping, com passagem direto até as 22:00h, e de frente para uma estação do metrô que vai para os principais pontos turísticos de Porto e Gaia. O hotel ainda fica próximo a uma região de bares e restaurantes, ótimo para estender a noite. O hotel conta com estacionamento gratuito e o pequeno almoço é ótimo.

Really good option outside of the city center, but with easy access there and to the tourist attractions nearby. Good public transportaion, it also offers parking in case you need it. Breakfast is charged apart, but worth paying for. The property is located in the top of a shopping mall, which makes easier for shopping or food.

Gute Lage etwas ausserhalb gleich beim Krankenhaus, aber mit sehr gutem Metroanschluss. Parktplätze genügend vorhanden Das Hotel befindet sich über einem Einkaufszenter. Der Lift vom Einkaufszenter bis zum Hotel war kaputt. Der Lift innerhalb der Hotels funktionierte. Auf Anfrage, wann denn der Lift repariert wurde hiess es im Hotel, das sei Sache des Einkaufszenters. Im Einkaufszenter hiess es, es werde wohl nie repariert. Von der Rezeption machte aber auch niemand Anstalten uns beim Hochschleppen der Koffer zu helfen.

Location was absolutely perfect, though access to it may seem a bit tricky. It is located on top of a mini Shopping Mall so plenty of options for meals are easily found. Location is also pretty easy to locate if you are arriving via the Metro do Porto. Breakfast was freshly done everyday with plenty of options to have for the first thing in the morning. The Rooms were small yet they did their job correctly, one side note there was no water bottles in the room so youd have to buy one in the snack bar in the hotel lobby or to the supermarket outside the hotel. The Staff was absolutely brilliant ready to help with any needs you may require.

Accueil correct. L’hôtel est neuf, très bien et à environ 15 minutes à pied de l’aéroport. Grande chambre éclairée naturellement, propre tout comme la salle de bain. Grand lit confortable. Idéal pour la nuit precedent le départ. Le wifi est toutefois faiblard.

Recepción muy lenta, con dudas. El hotel está en general, desgastado salvo la zona de abajo, recepción, sala de desayuno, por cierto muy bueno y variado. Las habitaciones necesitan una reparación, en especial los baños. Los techos de estos estaban con una especie de láminas descolocadas, con óxido, incluso una de las habitaciones nos la tuvieron que cambiar porque caía agua oscura de dicho techo, cosa que no les pareció raro al personal. Llevamos dos perros pequeños, cobran 15€ por noche y por mascota, independientemente si pesa 60 kg como si pesa 1kg ( caso de uno nuestro ), no es justo.

Not in the center city, but the metro is next to it and 10 minutes or so and your in the center city. Very clean and there is a food court and grocery store in the same building. I would stay there again

Hotel localizado na estação de metro do IPO. Fica dentro do shopping São João, inclusive tem supermercado. Na frente fica um parque. É proximo das Universidade do Porto como de outras universidades e do Hospital São João. Na redondeza encontra-se supermercados e padarias. Hotel bem organizado, atendimento dos colaboradores muito bom, internet boa. Gostei da estadia.

It is very good hotel location and very easy to get the train rstop to go the city center. My stay include my family and frineds are satisfied at the IBIS HOTEL. But I would like to suggest to the manager of this hotel that the shower booth should have the curtain or sliding door to prevent the water spread over or flood in the toilt. It is not convenience to do shower freely due to above reason.

Estadia boa. É a 4 vez que fico no Ibis Porto. Hotel bom e limpo. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom. Excelente localização ao lado do metrô e de um pequeno shopping com restaurantes e supermercado. Ao lado hospital São João e Universidade do Porto. Gosto muito de me hospedar aqui. Muito prático. Não tem geladeira no quarto. Este fato é uma desvantagem.

Hotel is outside of center but onky a 12 min tram ride which is located outside of hotel. A small shoping center is located one floor below hotel with good eating areas and a very nice grocery store. Rooms are equipped with aircon., tv, good beds, basic. Near hospital, quiet area, nice lobby.

Hotel maravilhoso , em cima de um pequeno shopping com padaria , supermercado, lanchonetes e restaurantes . Pertinho de uma parada de ônibus que leva à praia . Proxima à Linha amarela do Metrô que passa por cima da Ponte do Centro Histórico .Do Centro podes pegar outros metros. Quarto amplo e confortável .

The hotel is horrible to find when driving there in the dark. Only small signs, SIX of them, lead you the way and when it's dark, you're driving a car you've just rented and you don't know the city, it's not easy. A very friendly and helpful member of the lobby staff helped us to get there. Breakfast rather poor and the pizza you can get in the afternoon and evening not to be recommended. Some of the lobby staff don't know English. But the hotel is clean and pretty well situated - once you know where it is.

Even though the hotel is not located in the city center, it is easy enough to get there and to the tourist attractions using the convenient metro nearby. Hotel is outside of center but onky a 12 min tram ride which is located outside of hotel. A small shoping center is located one floor below hotel with good eating areas and a very nice grocery store. Rooms are equipped with aircon., tv, good beds, basic. Near hospital, quiet area, nice lobby.

Over a smallish shopping mall with supermarket and cafes, and right next to IPO metro station with frequent trams to Porto's historic centre. Much cheaper then more central hotels, so offered excellent value for money.

El desayuno para celiacos e intolerantes al gluten y lactosa a pesar de avisarlo cuando se contrato el desayuno que estuve una semana cuanto apenas me sirvieron 2 panes pequeños de bollería congelado y calentado al microondas que se quedaba mas duro que una piedra . Sin posibilidad de desayunar nada mas. Mientras que las otras personas pagaban lo mismo que yo y podian tener un desayuno completo. Una discriminacion muy grande para un problema de alimentacion.
