Clean rooms, comfortable beds (twin/single), European breakfast buffet had a varied selection of hot and cold options, tea, juice & java, and we enjoyed our complimentary bottle of wine in the lounge area. Close to the Sao Bento train station, Time Out Food court, walking distance to Riberia waterfront for river tours or tuk tuk tours. I would stay here again.

The hotel advertised that there was on-site parking (with height restrictions). I only searched for hotels with parking as I was obviously driving a car. When we arrived there wasn't even a place to park to unload let alone parking! It took over an hour to find a parking garage that was open and we had to haul suitcases over 750 meters back to the hotel. When we arrived I asked what is going on with the parking and they said it doesn't say they have parking. When I pulled up the web site she said I'm not reading it correctly. They were extremely rude and offered no sympathy with our situation. It's false advertising and when I contacted hotels.com they agreed that the site is very misleading and they only way to know is if you read the FAQ's, which I don't every time I book.
