Lovely hotel we have stayed here several times. Bed comfortable, large bathroom, indoor swimming pool, nice lounge bar area, nice large choice buffet breakfast, onsite parking £10 for 24 hours.

Lovely hotel walking distance of Solihull shops, bars and restaurants. We only ate breakfast which had plenty of choice from cooked to continental. Nice room and bathroom with plenty of space. Didn’t use swimming pool this time but previously it’s been nice. On-site parking at cost £10 per day.

Really nice hotel. Well located in Solihull city centre. Lovely big room. Pool etc were great with great staff. Great breakfast. Small gripe regarding breakfast we were not advised some items were chargeable, but aside from that all was good!

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff and the service of this hotel was fantastic. They were happy and extremely helpful. My husband is gluten free and they cater for his needs at breakfast with kindness. It made his stay pleasant and inclusive. The hotel had been done up since we last stayed and it's been nicely transformed. Leisure facilities weren't amazing but staff were still very helpful Room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed.

Really lovely room (317) only thing I would say was it’s quite noisy right next to the lifts with the occasional inconsiderate guest. Not the hotels fault, just people’s post Covid attitude. Room was very clean and top quality toiletries.

The hotel was very clean. The pool , jacuzzi etc was a lovely bonus sifter a day out as well. The staff without exception very very friendly and you could not fault any of them. We will definitely be back . Thank you all

I stay in this hotel often with work and the service is alwasy great, but Josh on reception was particulary lovely when we checked in yesterday. We upgraded to a suite which was large and spacious, and the bed was huge! However, it was a little tired and the patio was rather uninspiring with no furniture or plants and so we didn't actually use it despite the weather being glorious. Overall this is a good hotel, the breakfast is great and the staff are all very couteous and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, but for the premium suite, I had expected a little more luxurious room with a more premum feel.

Lovely hotel, great food & staff. Unfortunately the room on top floor had a window so high that there was no way to see out of it, when my mother mentioned it at reception she was told they couldn't move her. She was left feeling claustrophobic - at STG £217 for a night - it's not good enough from a hotel of this standard

Lovely hotel. Lots of plugs near bed good for guests with medical equipment. Beds are very comfortable! Unfortunately i was in a room near the loft and even with ear plugs i was woken repeatedly and ended up giving up on sleep at 5am and getting up for a shower. Hotel staff didnt seem bothered when i told them of my poor night sleep. Bathroom- good shower, shampoo, body wash provided. Room has iron and ironing board plus brew area and small fridge. Hair drier and tv in room also. Overall i would recommend. The food was really nice i ate tea at the hotel and breakfast and it was lovely. I didnt get round to using the gym or pool but the timings for opening seemed really good

Over all hotel was good with friendly and helpful staff especially in the dining area. However our room was extremely noisy with air conditioning units right out side the window - it did not help that the windows are single glazed and offer no sound protection what so ever!! We where also astonished that when checking out we had to pay a car parking fee (£10 per night) Not sure why they are charging guest to park their car when they are already paying a substantial fee to stay in the hotel!!!

The hotel had one elevator working on a weekend with weddings which made it a bit backed up. The bar and kitchen closed quite early which seemed odd. Staff at the front desk and fitness center were wonderful.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now for conferences, in 2023 and 2025 and had a good time both times. The hotel is well located, close to a mall with shops/dining options, the staff are friendly and generally helpful, but I have to say they really need to sort the bar out. On a busy evening you can wait 15-20 mins for a drink because despite operating as an event space they generally only have 2 people on the bar and these are obviously not experienced bar staff. It was like it in 2023 and was just as bad this time. They do their best but it could be so much better. The service at the bar is my only negative about this hotel.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Lisa who booked my group booking was amazing helpful and very professional..credit to the hotel. My only issue was the conference room aircon was heating the room rather than cooling, and the USB portal was faulty, so our presentation had to be presented on laptop..i did speak to reception as few times but they did not send anyone...the room got so warm we had to sit outside in the lobby to work

Certain members of staff at Reception (not all) unbelievably rude. Asked for the shower to be fixed as it continulusly dripped after use and made noise, was advised by man at reception that maintenance would attend. They never did, throughout my stay (3 nights). My wife asked if the room could be cleaned by housekeeping in the evening, instead of a polite acknowledgement she was corrected on her grammar. On the third night, guests next door played loud music and made noise throughout the night. The night manager attended twice to question the guests, but they continued to be disruptive. It was only at 5am when I attended the reception in person, I was offered an alternate room to sleep in. I was woken by housekeeping at 9am, because they were not informed I was in the room. This is not a hotel I will stay at again, and it has made a very bad reputation to the IHG brand. I will be grateful for the general manager to contact me to address these issues.

Great amenities and property. Located not too far from the Airport and next to a mall and an outdoor pedestrian only street with shops and food fair. Various local pubs to choose from. Less one star because the holiday restaurant service is really slow and sometimes just not attentive waited 30min before I had to go to the bar myself and place an order. Good thing the Euros were on TV. But the food was great. Try the chicken curry!
