Great location and clean room, although there was an unpleasant urine-like smell from the toilet. The check-in staff was friendly, gave us good restaurant recommendations, and offered free public transport, promising twice to email the ticket exemption. Unfortunately, we never received it. The ticket itself was not the issue, but the lack of follow-through was disappointing. The next morning, reception was unattended for about 30 minutes, and several calls to the provided number went unanswered. Later that day, we needed a refill of the empty body soap, but reception was closed and no one could be reached. After midnight, the fire alarm was triggered and firefighters arrived. We understand this may have been an unexpected situation. On check-out, the gentleman at reception was very nice. He explained that the previous staff member had been unwell, which was why reception had closed early, and we understood. He also said he would report the issue with the unanswered phone calls to management. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff were positives, but better communication and reliable guest assistance would greatly improve the experience.

Nice hotel close to the centre with all the sights and restaurants. Room was clean. Whilst there was no restaurant it was close to a few nice cafes for breakfast. There was a vending machine selling crisps and chocolate however the most important item water was always empty.

Information about requesting a twin room did not get passed on, had to wait after being an initial room (which was a double). No remote in room. Aircon turns off every two hours, which made sleeping during a hot night uncomfortable.
