Don’t bother if you want a drink after theatre. Retutned to hotel 11.10 to find bar closed. I asked if we could get a room service drink to be told, we are a bit too busy, maybe in 20 minutes! I tried ordering again from room and was told I had to order a bottle of wine, I couldn’t have a glass. He also claimed that bar always shut 11 pm in spite of it saying midnight on all guest services. Worst service and attitude I’ve come across in long time.

Good value and the meal deal and quality of food was amazing, £25 for a 2 course meal. Eat parking and access. Would stay again, good for work as Wi-Fi is very good but as it’s a Hilton you expect it to be.

Food was nice is the only positive. Had to pay £15 to park overnight. Then didn’t sleep due to incessant loud humming from within the ceiling. I mentioned to receptionist who said she’d look into it . Not an acceptable response as dismissive. Please contact me on this number to discuss further.

Location is decent, average property, outdated bathroom, rusty drain Cheaper to park in Multistorey which uses the same entrance (cost us £7 while hotel site charges £15 and very congested) Beds are comfortable, decent space.

Warm welcome from the check in desk and warm cookies always a treat. Rooms were well appointed not new but clean and tidy and comfortable. Parking onsite was also available.

Had a brilliant stay, the room was clean, the bed really comfortable and customer service was great, you even get given warm Hilton cookies upon checking in. Really nice hotel and parking isn't too shabby either. The hotel is a stones throw from the town centre

Parking is so tight and you get stuck in there. Worst designed car park ever. The place is so outdated and it stank everywhere. The room was horrible, there was food bits and hair pins so it hasnt been cleaned. I hated every moment there.

Well situated hotel, within very easy reach of Woking town centre and railway station. My room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed, a sofa, desk and chair with plenty of power sockets and reliable wifi. The breakfast buffet was standard, but perfectly acceptable, with plenty of choice.

Good city centre hotel within easy walk off many bars and restaurants.Clean and tidy room with very comfortable bed.TV reception was very poor in our room so we were moved into another room where it was slightly better. We had a room beside the main road and the road noise was annoying in the middle of the night so would suggest you ask for a room facing away from this road

Doubletree by Hilton is located within a short walk from Woking rail station, shopping centre with supermarket, take-away places and pubs. We stayed in a Premier room with king bed on the 7th floor. The bed was comfortable. Room was large and comfortable, with large desk, two chairs, large TV, coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge. The lighing was also good. Free WiFi was excellent. Items that can improve a five-day stay include: additional drawer space, more wardrobe space.

Had a nights stay while visiting family. We were surprised to be told we were getting an upgrade to a Deluxe King room while checking in! Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Very nice, newer hotel right in downtown Wilking. Very nice shops and eateries within a short walking distance. I stayed here for two nights for business and it was excellentt. Highly recommend.

Firstly not told parking was £15 per night prior to booking. On first night main meal was brought out before we had finished our starter and chips were cold(also not chunky as stated). Could not have coffee after meal as machine was broken. No draught beer or Guinness. Cooked breakfast was not that good. However the staff were very polite and friendly.
