L'hôtel est très propre avec des prestations haute gamme comme la piscine avec nage contre courant, un jacuzzi bien chaud face à la Wisla. Un sauna et Hammam au top. Salle de sport non utilisé. Fontaine à eau plate et pétillante. Restaurant bon et prix très compétitifs. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. L'hôtel mérite bien les 4 étoiles. L'accès à l'aéroport est direct via la gare à 8min à pied pour 20 zlotys (environ 5€)

Brilliant hotel right next to a main train station on the outskirts of the Jewish quarter. Lovely swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Clean amenities, friendly staff and glass bottles provided to fill with mineral water from a machine in the corridor.

Hotel heeft een prachtige ligging aan de rivier met uitzicht op de oude wijken van de binnenstad. Het is een modern hotel met alle faciliteiten. Kamers zijn netjes, badkamers zijn schoon. Op de bovenste etage(s) bevinden zich het zwembad en de sauna. Ook heeft het hotel een kleine maar geschikte fitness ruimte. Personeel is professioneel en service gericht. Het ontbijt is uitstekend en zeer uitgebreid. Op loop afstand bevind zich het centrum en de oude wijken.

Lovely hotel. Our room had a river view 👍. Totally recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel 2 evenings in the bar area, there may not be a massive choice but what we had was very good quality and reasonably priced. We went on the Qubos river boat and we were the only 2 on it, felt like a personal trip, loved it and only cost us 20 zlty each! There is a train station about 7 minutes walk and easy to get to. We went to Auschwitz on the train and used it to get to other local areas. All in all great hotel and good base to get to any part of Krakow.

The carpet in our room was stained and looks really dirty .When I book there was Breakfast incl but we didn't received in Hotel.They don't have enough trobe for us water in pool and jacuzzi was too cold and not enough space for everyone in pool and saunas.Was apect much nice all very disappointed.

Køleskab virkede ikke ved ankomst. Blev først udskiftet efter 3. modning i reception. Den gratis vand er ikke flaske vand men vand fra køle maskine der skal tappes på gangen. Rengøringen kunne være bedre ved ankomsten.

Die Zimmer sind groß und ruhig gelegen. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Saunen sowie einen großen Pool mit Jacuzzi mit Blick auf Krakau. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren für 10 Tage in Krakau. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb von Krakau, aber man kann vieles auch zu Fuss erreichen. Wir haben es auch sehr geschätzt, das Hunde willkommen waren. Für ausgiebige Spaziergänge biete die Umgebung ausreiche Möglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Abend gerne in der hoteleigenen Bar ausklingen lassen. Hier macht Jakub einen tollen Job und ebenso tolle Drings. Das Parkhaus ist Leiter sehr klein und eng. Wir hatten mit unserem Tesla Model X etwas Probleme, besonders bei der Ein- und Ausfahrt. Wir werden jedoch wieder kommen, wenn wir wieder in Krakau sind.

The Hotel is good and the staff are friendly. The location is fine, around a 20 minute walk from the centre of town. The rooms were fine, although our view of the roof of the building wasn't great. The bed was our biggest concern, with two single beds pushed together and a double mattress over the top and two single duvets. This meant that there was a light switch, presumably normally between the two beds which was now in the middle of the bed at mattress height. This was accidentally switched on twice during our stay during the night, waking us up both times.

Bella struttura , belle camere, eliminerei la moquette che è anti igienica e ha un cattivo odore infatti abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera….alcune camere sono estremamente rumorose per gli impianti sui tetti e l’aria condizionata funziona male. Ottima la posizione e buona la colazione varia c’è un po’ di tutto . La tv ha canali Rai uno e due a volte si vedono a volte no, dipende se l’evento sia criptato o meno . Comunque la struttura è nel complesso bella … ha una piscina e vasca idromassaggio , sauna, bagno turco, palestra ed è tutto incluso con gli accappatoi gratuiti ed i dispenser per acqua. C’è la possibilità di noleggiare le bici o/e fare un giro in un loro piccolo motoscafo sul fiume Vistola per pochi zloti.

Pool was great. Hot tub was not working though. Rooms slightly tired, but clean! 25 minute walk to the main square. 2 single duvets for a double room? Found that a little strange. Staff were pleasant. 80 ZL (around £16!) for breakfast is an absolute rip off though. Embarrassing how they can charge this much. Turn right out of hotel and you can get a lovely little breakfast for 2 for that price!

Bra frukost, något äldre rum där en dusch hade varit önskvärt. Blev inte riktigt kallt i rummet, trött AC. Sköna sängar, be om en extra kudde. Poolen var för liten om man vill simma men trevligt utrymme förövrigt. Bra lugnt område nära floden, toppen för promenader och in till gamla stan.

Grrat location just south of the river within easy walking distance to some major, historical areas. All memebers of staff were very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, wifi was great throughout the hotel and the restaurant was spacious with good food.

Excellent helpful staff,especially Katarzyna at the reception. Room view fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi, clean and perfect size. Breakfast was plentiful, and lots of choice,my only gripe was that the coffee ,especially the cappuccino was not aromatic,and hardly any crema on the top.

We had a great time at the Qubus. Location was great, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool etc was great great but there were a few odds and ends which could've been done better. We were told that the rooms and pool had robes, slippers etc but there were none in the rooms or pool. Having a shower after the pool therefore involved doing that in the communal areas, but the changing room was all open so people in the sauna area could see in and the shower doors were glass so there was no privacy. The beds only had one naff pillow and no more in the rooms so you had to go to reception to ask for more. The room was made up as a double bed but we'd booked a twin so they were great changing it round to be a twin but then the way the beds were arranged meant there was a big light switch behind my head which kept going off in the night and lighting the room up as i knocked it whilst sleeping. We had to rearrange the room again to make the twin set-up viable which was a pain. So they coukd definitely do with a few improvements but for the money it was great.

Beautiful place, with a wonderful and helpful staff. Especially Jurand who was working at the front desk helped us a lot . He was always patient, kind, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. In addition, we loved the pool and a hot tub with a great view of Kraków. Breakfast was delicious with many great food choices.

Everything was great! Breakfast was a little expensive but the buffet is huge. The front desk let us in early and that was much appreciated. Love that it had a bathtub, pool, sauna, and steam room. Close to downtown. My only complaint would be that the hot tub was not hot enough.

Travelled with my dad, 2nd visit to the krakow and the Qubus hotel. No complaints whatsoever, cleaners were thorough, staff were attentive. Overall 100% recommend. The location of the hotel is a 20 min walk from the old town but there is a tram that runs frequently close by. Gym is small but caters for all your needs. Swimming pool has a lovely view of the river and city. Bar serves till late. Will be re booking next year!

Hurtig check in, pæne værelser, gode senge, fint badeværelse. Lækker pool og spa. Helt fantastisk morgen buffet med et kæmpe udvalg. God mad i restauranten om aften. Det eneste minus på dette hotel er at bar personalet skal være enige om hvad man skal betale for de forskellige ting og hvordan driks laves. Vi købte den samme slags øl samt str og en mojrito hver aften. Og det blev 3 vidt forskellige priser. Plus den ene mojrito smagte mega meget af gin.. Søde personaler, dog kunne de godt smile en smule mere. Den ene unge mand i baren var meget sød til at skrive en seddel med ting vi skulle se.. personalet er God til engelsk.

Super lækkert hotel. Rigtig god morgenmad med et stort udvalg. Udsigten (ihvertfald fra værelse 731) er fantastisk. Tæt på sporvognsstop - Plac Bohaterów Getta. Og der er masser af gode spisesteder i nærheden. Det tager ca 25 minutter til Old town og Kazimierz er lige på den anden side af broen.

Nice clean rooms and overall advantage with the location. Facilities wise also a good hotel with swimming pool as well as gym. A few suggestions- - needs to speed up the check in process. - breakfast needs to include vegan options like vegan sausages or patties. Should also have items like hash browns. Vegetarians or vegans within our group had a huge challenge managing in breakfast

We loved the room we was worried it would be too cold as we went in November but it was perfect, staff were lovely, breakfast could’ve had more hot food options and more small tables instead of larger tables
