There is a parking structure directly next to the hotel with good rates and secure. The location is directly across the street from the main train station, walkable to the old town and main tourist areas in Gdansk and a 10 minute walk from an amazing shopping mall.

Byli jsme velice spokojení, pestré snídaně, všude čisto, voda, káva a čaj k dispozici. Využili jsme půjčení kol. Na vlakové nádraží pár kroků, do centra pěkná procházka. Jedinou výtku bych měl k velké společné peřině na manželské posteli, to nemáme rádi, raději každý svoji :-)

Mycket bra hotell med bra läge med järnvägsstationen, spårvagn och buss på andra sidan gatan. Bra restaurang. Minus för lekplats vid ingången till restaurangen, mycket störande med högljudda barn precis vid borden. Det fanns även bords fotboll spel och shuffleboard där oljudet från spelen nådde restaurangen. Bygg en vägg eller nån form av buller dämpning.

Ingen renhold på 4 dager og 3 netter, men ble forklart dette da vi ankom. Juniorsuite var flott, slik som været. En fordel å kunne låne sykkel og sykle rundt i sentrum. God mat og lite støy. Men et stykke å gå til sentrum. Shoppingsenter rett bak hotellet.

Perfect location for a short stopover whilst in transit (arrived by train one day, left by ferry the next). The hotel is directly opposite the main railway station, Gdańsk Główny. Everything super clean, modern and well maintained. The immediate area is not great for eating out (other than fast food) and the menu of the hotel restaurant (Senso) was not particularly appealing. Breakfast, on the other hand, was outstanding. The start of the Old Town is about 10 minutes’ walk away.

Bodde i en Junior svit rummet var fint och stort. Luftkonditioneringen kom ingen kall luft utan den fungerade mer som en fläkt fast det fanns inget blås alls. Mycket varmt på rummet. Kaffemaskinen använde vi inte fanns en kapselmaskin. Mögel i duschen mycket svarta prickar. Trevligt med badkar också. 2 tv'n. Fanns inga morgonrockar eller tofflor som enligt hotels skulle finnas. Trevligt allrum om än trångt.Frukosten var bra med en hel del alternativ.

We had a wonderful stay at the Scandic. The location was excellent, with the train station just across the road and the old town only a 10–15 minute walk away. The hotel had a lovely reception area which was welcoming, and our room was spotless. Cleaning was available on request, which suited us well. The only downsides were that the shower screen was quite short, which meant water tended to spill onto the floor, and the fridge wasn’t very cold. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The Breakfast was served as a buffet with a wide selection of both hot and cold options. We chose to have it at the hotel on two mornings at a cost of 80 PLN, and it was very enjoyable. Overall, the Scandic is a great hotel in a convenient location, and I would happily stay here again.

Dåligt att det ej fanns vägguttag i sovrummet så man kunde ladda telefoner. Samt begränsat då alla inte kunde ladda samtidigt för att man fick göra det när man hade strömmen på. Städningen va bra. Rummet va ok. Dock ej mer än 3 stjärnor. Personalen va ok.

Not quite a 4 star hotel. Very dated materials in the room on the floor my room was on. It appears some rooms may be updated others are not. The photos are deceiving. Price for breakfast is quite high for the location. Overall stay was ok, location is good being across from the main train station.

Very well located for all transport. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are moments away. Walking the streets to the old town probably took 10 minutes with shops,market, splendid buildings and interest all the way. Big hotel but doesn't feel it. Reception staff and all staff I came in contact with were helpful,warm and friendly at all times. Breakfast was fabulous! Plenty of hot and cold vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options as well as meat and dairy breakfast items with the Scandinavian/ northern European style of Scandic hotels. Our room was an accessible room although I wouldn't have known other than the bathroom set up. Plenty of space for everything. Clean and modern. Kettle, glassware, fridge. My only issue was that the bathroom was a wet room and held the wet in all the wrong places. Would definitely stay again

Dyrt hotel placeret meget centralt, dog er der meget larm fra trafikken. Rengøringsstandarden er elendig og der er ingen venlighed fra personalet til at afhjælpe problemer. Ikke alle kan engelsk og prisen er for høj i forhold til standarden. Forsøgte at flere omgange at få dem til at gøre rent men måtte opgive pga. manglende vilje.

A lovely hotel. The front desk was super helpful and friendly. They even supplied us with enormous breakfast bags when our tour caused us to leave early before the included breakfast opened. AC worked well and the hotel is located near many sights and dining. I would highly recommend and would stay there again!
