Overall it was a very nice hotel. Unfortunatly the staff made this stay less pleasent, very rude, not helpful and they did their best to make us feel like we were in their way.

The hotel has somewhat pleasant and helpful staff, but otherwise I would not stay here again. The daily room cleaning did not meet our expectations, and the breakfast was on par at best. If the breakfast area had an interior design similar to the restaurant, that would help it currently looks like a school canteen. The bathrooms in the rooms could also use some upgrades and maintenance. We were also charged extra for the children's breakfast (85 PLN / 23 USD per child per day), even though we provided the ages of our children and booked our stay with breakfast included through Hotels.com. I have filed a complaint about this.

The breakfast almost has no fruits on it. The building is old and carpets in the rooms are so dirty and old. The toilet in the rooms are also old. Pool was so crowded so we couldn't use it
