Heøt topp hotell! Men å kalle det for et Spa hotell er ikke rett. Spa avdelingen var mer et badeland for barn. Det er kun «stille tid» siste innslepp på kvelden, om du er heldig å få plass. Så på spa avdeling slapper du ikke av. Da barn springer rundt å leker å hopper i bassenget. Veldig skuffende. Begge sauna burde repareres da plankene på benkene var løse. Bare 1 av stolene i salt rommet funket. Å den manglet også planker. Spyleslangene i steamrommet funket ikke så du fikk ikke spylt benken før/etter bruk.

Good location in the midst of the Old Town. Facilities are a bit old and our room was noisy from the street down below. Gym was very basic and small. Breakfast was a fairly good buffet, no Chef on site (must order through waiters). Loved the restaurant around the corner, Woosabi (Asian Buns & Bowls)

Alt i alt veldig fornøyd med oppholdet Eneste som trakk litt ned: Bassengdelen i spaet var litt kaldt, og ikke alle fasilitetene virket. Siste dagen såg vi sølvkre på badet. Gav beskjed og de sa de skulle vaske ekstra godt. Noe som gav litt ekstra styr når vi kom hjem mtp frysing av klær.

Værelset kunne have trængt til at blive støvet en lille smule af inden ankomst. Vi konstaterede en plet på sengetøjet, ringede ned til receptionen som hurtigt sendte en op for at skifte det. Morgenmaden var god og der var meget at vælge imellem. Det meste af personalet var imødekommende. Pool området var ganske fint og med indlagte tidspunkter på dagen hvor der skulle være stille og roligt derinde. Man skulle booke tid for komme ind i området hvilket faktisk var okay. Super god beliggenhed med gå afstand til de fleste ting.

Can’t use the Gym if you’re in the apartment. The spa is chargeable and you have to book. I emailed the hotel twice before arriving asking about the Spa. They never responded. I found the staff in general very miserable and didn’t seem interested / seemed bored. The air con in the room is set to 20 degrees. I found the room to be really cold. I paid for breakfast which was average. Good location for bars. Room itself was lovely and spacious and super clean. Lovely view. Bath only in this room so you’d have to use hand shower in the bath

Grei innsjekk. Godt renhold. Fin restaurant mot elven. God frokost. Maten i restauranten holder høy standard.Hotellets beliggenhet er super i forhold til gamlebyen. Men, det som trakk ned, var spa’et. Lite plass, mye støy. Skulle være «stille time» fra 19.30. Umulig å få det stille med for mange mennesker og bråkende vannkaskader. Kun ett boblebad hvor folk oppholdt seg alt for lenge 🙁

A parte la posizione fantastica, camera troppo piccola senza la possibilità di aprire tutta la finestra perchè bloccata da loro con una chiave. Vista praticamente assente. Moquette con macchie enormi e polvere dappertutto. Per accedere alle camere bisogna attraversare dei lunghi corridoi stretti tappezzati da moquette sporca (non lo consiglierei a chi soffre di claustrofobia). Struttura, a mio parere, non in linea ad un hotel a 4 stelle. Personale disorganizzato e scorbutico, non fa sentire a proprio agio e non ci ha accolto come si dovrebbe. Sicuramente non ritornerei in questo hotel. Prezzo non adeguato al servizio/qualitá. Tassa di soggiorno pagata due volte (al check in ed al check out). Non per la somma (irrisoria), ma davvero é la prima volta che mi capita. Nonostante tutto l'ho dovuta ripagare per non fare storie. Vantaggi clienti VIP assenti.

Room was nice and clean, but had to call a technician because of a broken Window vent. They did not fix it at 1st visit and did not come when booked again at the reception. The room was freezing cold, so had to chance room, it had the same problem, but checke out the next day. Reception area had a very awfull smell.

Golvet var smutsigt, gick inte gå inne utan tofflor. Dörren lät hela tiden så fort andra gäster öppnade eller stängde sina dörrar pga korsdrag. Det spelades jättehög musik till ca kl 04.00 på natten, fick öronproppar men det hjälpte inte. Hotellet har bra läge men skulle inte rekommendera det.

I stayed in a Superior Room, and it was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean.The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Gdańsk, just a short walk from the historic Old Town. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea station. The only minor downside was that the view from my window wasn’t particularly remarkable, but this didn’t detract from the overall comfort.

No facecloths in shower, only 1 cap. Metal door water protector beside shower is not properly attached. We ordered a queen bed, received 2 singles pushed together. With 2 single bedsheets. They didn't even try to cover the bed gap with a queen topper. Room is laid out for two single beds. When beds are a "queen" the power sockets are in the middle above the bed, meaning you are charging your electronics while they rest on a bed - would this be a fire hazard? In this configuration there are two lampshades hanging 2 feet above your head in the middle of the bed. Floor is stained in many, many places, the blackout curtain is hanging off at the top right corner. The white curtain is stained. We found a piece of broken sharp laminate from we presumed was the bedside table on the floor. Only one hot chocolate in a two-person room and the instant coffee option is awful. No bottled water in room - only a wet water container with a sticker on top. There is a lack of beer options at the hotel bar. Shower itself is nice, but the pressure could be better. Good sized TV, although it is old, not a smart TV, you cannot cast to it or stream anything. The bed mattresses are comfortable, and pillows are good. Quiet in room fridge. Room is nice and quiet, no noise from outside, unless window is open or from the hall. Provided shower toiletries are good. The AC makes the room very very dry, needs a humidifier. Spa staff were very helpful. Hotel was informed of all the above at check-in.

I was here with my family for Christmas, it was a nice hotel and I’ve been here before. Rooms are spacious and nice, only minus is that the beds are a bit harder than what I’m accustom to, but that’s a minor detail. Breakfast is good. The spa is good. And the bar is ok. We were a party of 3 people and that proved a little challenging at breakfast as the employees seemed unwilling to group two tables together or bring another chair to a table for two, but again this was minor. The bar waiters were super sweet, bartenders not the best. Making simple classic cocktails were not the best (couldn’t make martinis dirty or dry, and the Ling Island Ice Tea that was supposed to be as ‘the serve in Manhattan’ was far off), but good for a glass of champagne or wine or beer etc. overall good and as I expected since I’ve been there before. Location is premium!

Decent but not much more. Rooms are small, carpets are dirty. Bathroom was clean and felt fresh. Technology in the room was poor, not being able to stream your own content to the tv should be standard. Breakfast was good but expensive, make sure to order from the a la carte menu, the French toast was delicious. The spa is nice but nothing more, at times it was packed and even children were allowed to run around and scream without anyone telling them off or asked to be quiet. Overall, ok but I would expect more from a Radisson hotel.

The hotel was lovely and very convenient for walking to the tourist sites. However, when we checked in at 01:00, received our keycards, walked all the way to our room only to find the keycards didn’t work. We had to walk all the way back to reception to get them fixed. If that wasn’t bad enough, the same thing happened the next day. Not exactly great customer service and spoiled an otherwise great time. We booked a treatment at the spa which was outstanding.

Indtjekning tog meget lang tid selvom der var rigeligt med personale. Vi fik først et meget mindre værelse end vi havde booket og måtte ned og sige det i receptionen. Vi fik heldigvis det rigtige værelse. Elevatorerne gik super langsomt - nogle gange skulle vi vente op til 5 minutter før vi fangede en elevator. Vi havde forventet mere af Radisson

Flott hotell med veldig god beliggenhet. Veldig dårlig renhold og logistikk i spa avdelingen. God a la carte meny ved frokost, men umulig å få oppmerksomhet fra noen servitører. Ba vertinnen om hjelp, men hun ga beskjed om at det ikke var hennes jobb. Måtte gå fysisk bort til servitørene alle 3 frokostene. Prøvde også restauranten og baren på hotellet og her var servicen dessverre ikke bedre. Har aldri før blitt så ignorert av servitører.

The check-in experience was underwhelming - the wait was quite long and none of the staff acknowledged my presence. They were friendly when I eventually got to speak to them though, to be fair. The room was fine, bathroom being the best bit, well fitted and cosy. Had to report the iron and the garment steamer - they looked and sounded hazardous and didn't work properly so I couldn't use them. Also - I booked a standard room but they said there was an extra fee if I wanted to use the spa/pool (and even if you pay you can only use it fo 90 mins) which was a disappointment and made me feel like I was a less valued guest just because my single room cost a tiny bit less than the luxury ones. I think you should re-think your strategy there, Radisson. Overall good as the location is great. I did consider getting breakfast there but after the spa situation decided not to go for it and pay them extra as I just preferred to eat in town. A mixed bag.

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff that did everything they could to make the stay perfect. Everything was good; cleanliness, room size, spa pool/sauna, breakfast. Location is very central just by the old city and nice restaurants everywhere. Couples long weekend but also good for families with children.

Location is perfect, lobby is beautiful. Very clean. Rooms are comfortable and quiet as long as people don't walk in the corridor. Reverberates a lot. Negative, I turned up after midnight. I was told there was a 24/7 reception desk. I waited outside over 20 minutes, ringing the bell, calling the reception. Nobody came or answered. We finally got in once a tourist got in with his pass. We then had to wait another 20 minutes as they were checking in someone who had booked in last minute. not impressive as I specifically chose somewhere with a 24/7 receptionist and was considering sleeping on the floor with my 12 years old. Despite the location, I wouldn't go back.

An excellent stay at a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good, but it can get very busy. The room and hotel was kept very clean, there always seemed to be domestic staff in the corridors. If I return to Gdansk I would be happy to stay here again.

Vinduet lot seg ikke låse og spratt opp hver gang vi gikk i døren. En del støy fra tidlig morgen pga renovasjon av bygning over gaten (men det kan jo ikke hotellet lastes for) Anbefaler heller rom mot elven for å slippe støy :) Ellers rolig fin spa-avdeling…. Burde dog ha tydeligere regler for bruk av spa og personlig hygienen for gjester. Flere av gjestene droppet dusj/vask før de benyttet seg av anlegget.

Across the street a huge construction site. Saturday night on the 5th floor you’ll listen to the bass from the club. Really annoying to hear it until early hours of the morning. Nice location with expensive parking. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast ok, if you have celiac disease it would be nice if food was labeled gluten free.

The pool does not operate on a walk-in system and requires booking ahead slot which was not convenient. Even with booking slots in, the pool was incredibly busy even with both adults and children (lots of them) in the main pool which made trying to swim or using the jacuzzi impossible - which gave me a 3 star, as it was not worth paying money to use (as I had booked a room without free spa access) I also used the massage services as there was a promotional offer which was of good value. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable.

Nice hotel. Great location. Helpful and friendly staff (especially Natalia who helped us a lot) Not overwhelmed by breakfast at first, BUT then we found out we could order special sandwiches, omelette, fresh juice aso for free; the menu is on a QRcode on each table. Great. We found the SPA quite noisy but OK. Also we had a deep tissue massage that we appreciated. Recommend this hotel to those who want to visit Gdańsk.

Helt ok frukostutbud, tyvärr var inte matsalen såpass stor att den kundera hantera alla hotellgäster samt att personalen inte jobbade effektivt. Detta gjorde att man fick stå i kö för att komma in och få bord. Trevlig personal på hotellet och rent och snyggt.
