Great stay, parking signs could be better marked as its hard to find where to stop to check in. Rooms were great and ready as promised. Breakfast was a bit flat but still managable. We left early for checkout and asked for breakfast to be packed and our wishes were granted. GREAT staff.

The parking fee is outrageous (120 PLN per night). Getting in and out of the parking garage is not easy either. Very hard to check in when you get there by car, There is no place to park because of the ongoing construction around the hotel. The location is great, right by the water and walkable to many attractions close by.

This must be one of the most beautiful Holiday Inn properties on the planet. New, iconic structure in a redeveloped key part of in the heart of fabulous waterfront cafes, bars and restaurants. The entrance to Old Town is steps away. Modern, clean, quiet rooms. Fabulous breakfast buffet with many choices. The small rooftop bar is nice, but service was so slow that we left before getting served - but we saw the view. You can walk to all main attractions from here. Relatively a new hotel, on the water, nice lobby, nice sky-bar, good location, though a great deal of construction along the street so access not always clear. Not in city center as stated in Expedia's posting. Parking available but ridiculously expensive, compared to Marriott in other larger cities and even more expensive than the Radisson in Warsaw.

Bra och fint läge. Rent och snyggt. Bra frukost. Vi bodde på våning 6 och hade gymmet en våning ovanför. Blev störd några mornar och folk som tränade. Hörde dunsar och löpbandet. Inte jättetydligt men ändå störande.

We didn’t know what to expect as we booked a last minute stay on our European vacation, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel lived up to their promise of taking cleanliness seriously. The lobby was pleasant and our room was exactly as described. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The only confusion can be when using the parking garage, but we quickly figured it out and proceeded with our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely room, paid for room overlooking courtyard but room got looked onto street. Hotel in great location for local sights, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Room wasnt serviced at all over the weekend, both days had to call reception just to get clean towels and extra coffees.

Great rooms, space and comfy bed. Bathroom is high quality and interior or exterior views sufficient (as you should be out exploring Gdansk all the time!) Rooms are warm, even with air conditioning/heating off and windows open in January. Drink lots of water when in the hotel otherwise you’ll dehydrate. Hotel breakfast is excellent, and evening meals charged at international levels rather than Gdansk prices but still very good quality food. Will return. Will stay at y Inn again.

Noisy on the first floor. The food is great! Housekeeping is fantastic. The room was spotless :) I took away a star because they only have a third world hand held shower with weak water pressure, it took forever to shower which is really annoying.

Modernt men lite opersonligt hotell mitt i smeten. Eftersom det ligger mitt i ”smeten” så blir det naturligtvis en del störande ljud från gatan. Rummet hade fönster i två väderstreck och kändes ljust och trevligt.

Fick rum på 6e våningen med väldigt trevlig utsikt över staden och vattnet. Rent, helt och modernt överallt. Frukosten var väldigt bra. Det som drar ner betyget något är att sängarna, speciellt bäddsoffan var väldigt hårda.

Everything was perfect, except very rude housekeeping staff in the morning. Just knocked on the door morning 8 AM. Your mask improved that this is not standard and very rude and disrespectful.

Unfriendly hotel staff whom were unwilling to provide a decent level of service. Do not use laundry the service, as were told by staff that clothes would be ready by 6pm. Clothes were not delivered until 9pm and then we were charged 240zl ($67). Do not recommend staying here.

Initial check-in was smooth, but things went downhill once I reached my room. I had booked a queen bed, but the room I was given had two single beds. When I went back to reception to explain the issue, the receptionist was quite rude, tried to blame me for the mistake, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for asking for the room type I’d actually paid for. I was told I could switch rooms the next day, but this was inconvenient and disrupted my stay. The noise was also quite bad — if you’re a light sleeper, definitely avoid a courtyard-view room. Overall, the experience wasn’t great, and I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location in the heart of Gdansk close to great restaurants and the old city. The hotel itself was fine. However, if you want a more authentic Poland experience, this felt very American. Very comfortable and reasonably priced so you can't go wrong there. Staff was great and the rooftop bar was a plus!

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Gdańsk – City Centre and can confidently give it 5 stars. The hotel’s location is perfect-right in the heart of the city, close to all major attractions and with beautiful views of the river. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and well equipped, with especially cozy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. Everything was modern and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we’d like to give special thanks to Mr. Kamil from the restaurant, who made our dining experience even better with his attentive service. Breakfast offered a rich selection and was of good quality, though after the first day it felt a bit repetitive-there’s plenty to choose from, but the excitement wears off a little with each morning. We also tried the buffet dinner, which we wouldn’t recommend due to the limited choice and some dishes (like the pasta) not being as fresh as we’d hoped. Instead, we highly suggest ordering from the à la carte mini-menu-meals prepared fresh from the kitchen were delicious and much more satisfying. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The excellent location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service made our visit to Gdańsk memorable.

Very friendly staff and a great location vies from the room. Breakfast very good choice of food and an omelette station. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Service in the hotel quick professional and very pleasant. Had the Cheese and the Ham sandwiches from the Barry very tasty made fresh each day. Pizza and Club sandwich in the evening very good value for money. They have different offers on each day.
